However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the hollow may have other shapes.
The battery replacing device 100 runs on the bearing platform 130, a threading slot 131 is formed in the bearing platform 130, and the threading slot 131 extends along the running direction of the battery replacing device 100 and is arranged right below the first routing wire 121. The threading groove 131 is used for making room for the first trace 121 arranged on the lower side.
As shown in fig. 3, a line protection board 124 is fixedly disposed at the bottom of the power exchanging platform 104, and the first wire 121 is disposed above the line protection board 124. The wire-protecting plate 124 is used for fixing the first trace 121 and supporting the first trace 121. As shown in fig. 4, the lower surface of the wire guard 124 extends downwardly beyond the upper surface of the load-bearing platform 130.

The fixing means of these fixing points may be wire clamp fixing or other existing means of fixing the cable. Of course, the arrangement of the fixing points is not limited to the manner shown in fig. 3, and the fixing points can be selected as desired by those skilled in the art.
The first wire 121 is fixed to the wire guard 124 by a cable fixing wire clamp.
The upper surface of the line protection plate 124 is provided with an anti-abrasion pad to prevent abrasion of the first wire 121.
The power exchanging platform 104 includes a horizontal driver (an alignment driver 108 and an unlocking driver 110 described below), and the first wire 121 is connected to the horizontal driver. These horizontal drives are used to drive components on the power switching apparatus 100 to move horizontally.
One end of the first wire 121 is provided with a connector, and the connector is inserted into the horizontal driving device.
The battery replacing device 100 further comprises a cable drag chain 113, the cable drag chain 113 is disposed on a first side of the vehicle body 101 in the traveling direction and is spaced apart from the vehicle body 101, the first side is parallel to the traveling direction, and the first wire 121 is disposed through the cable drag chain 113. The cable drag chain 113 can enable the first wire 121 and a second wire 122 to be described below to move along with the movement of the power exchanging device 100 without being worn due to relative displacement with the ground. The cable drag chain 113 has many applications in the prior art and will not be described in detail herein.
The head end or the tail end of the vehicle body 101 is provided with a protective shell 111, the protective shell 111 is connected to one end of the cable drag chain 113, and the first wire 121 passes through the protective shell 111 and is connected to the vehicle body 101. The protective case 111 is used to protect the wiring from the cable drag chain 113 to the vehicle body 101.
The battery swapping platform 104 includes: a fixed part 106, a moving part 107 and an alignment drive 108;
the fixed part 106 can be lifted relative to the walking mechanism 103, the moving part 107 is arranged on the fixed part 106, and the alignment drive 108 is used for driving the moving part 107 to move relative to the fixed part 106;
the first trace 121 is electrically connected to the alignment driver 108.
The moving portion 107 can horizontally project toward a second side of the vehicle body 101 opposite to the first side in the horizontal direction so as to avoid interference with the cable drag chain 113 provided on the first side of the vehicle body 101.
The battery swapping platform 104 further comprises an unlocking part 109 for unlocking a battery of the vehicle and an unlocking drive 110; the fixed portion 106 can be lifted relative to the traveling mechanism 103, the unlocking portion 109 is disposed on the fixed portion 106, the unlocking driver 110 is used for driving the unlocking portion 109 to move relative to the fixed portion 106, and the first wire 121 is also electrically connected to the unlocking driver 110.
The power conversion platform 104 is further provided with a plurality of sensors, and the first wire 121 is also electrically connected to the sensors.
The first trace 121 includes a first branch trace 1211 and a second branch trace 1212, the first branch trace 1211 is electrically connected to the alignment driver 108, and the second branch trace 1212 is electrically connected to the unlocking driver 110.
Optionally, a splitter may be further disposed on the fixed portion 106, the first wire 121 is connected to an input end of the splitter, and an output end of the splitter is electrically connected to each horizontal driving and sensor of the power swapping platform 104. A splitter capable of splitting a signal line and an electric line has been widely used in the prior art, and is not described herein again.
The battery swapping device 100 further includes a second wire 122, and the second wire 122 is electrically connected to the traveling mechanism 103.
The battery replacement equipment 100 further includes a lifting mechanism, the lifting mechanism is disposed on the traveling mechanism 103 and is used for lifting the battery replacement platform 104, and the second routing wire 122 is further electrically connected to the lifting mechanism.
Specifically, the second wire 122 is connected to a driving installation portion 126 disposed at the head end or the tail end of the vehicle body 101, and is electrically connected to a traveling drive in the traveling mechanism 103 and a lifting drive in the lifting mechanism, where the traveling drive is used for driving the vehicle body 101 to travel, and the lifting drive is used for driving the power exchanging platform 104 to lift.
The first trace 121 and/or the second trace 122 include signal lines and power lines to transfer electrical signals and power.
