Abstract
The invention discloses a double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film which comprises an upper surface layer, a core layer A, a core layer B and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer, the core layer A, the core layer B and the lower surface layer are formed by co-extrusion and then biaxial stretching, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of polypropylene, the core layer A is made of α -polyolefin, and the core layer B is made of homopolypropylene.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of BOPP films, in particular to a double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film.
Background
The existing biaxially oriented polypropylene film is divided into a single-sided heat-seal type and a double-sided heat-seal type, and further, the existing biaxially oriented polypropylene film only comprises a single-sided heat-seal matte BOPP film and a double-sided heat-seal transparent BOPP film.
With the economic development and the improvement of the living standard of people, the packaging bags of some commodities in the market of terminal consumer goods need to be made of BOPP films with double-sided heat sealing and matt surfaces, but the existing biaxially oriented polypropylene films cannot meet the market demands, so that the development of the BOPP films with double-sided heat sealing and matt surfaces is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects, provides the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film which is reasonable in structural design and good in mechanical property, meets the market demand on the BOPP film which can be subjected to double-sided heat sealing and is provided with matte, and increases the market competitiveness of the product.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme that the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film is composed of an upper surface layer, a core layer A, a core layer B and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer, the core layer A, the core layer B and the lower surface layer are formed by co-extrusion and then biaxial stretching, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of polypropylene, the core layer A is made of α -polyolefin, and the core layer B is made of homopolymerized polypropylene.
Furthermore, the materials of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are both composed of binary copolymer polypropylene andor ternary copolymer polypropylene.
Further, the material of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer is made of polypropylene with the model number of FS5612 and/or polypropylene with the model number of F5006.
Further, the α -polyolefin is one of model 8505E and SH 5205.
Further, the homopolypropylene is one of T36F and F280.
Further, the thicknesses of the upper surface layer, the core layer A and the lower surface layer are all 0.5-1.5 μm.
The thickness of the core layer B is determined according to the total thickness of the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film required by a user, and the thickness of the core layer B is equal to the value obtained by subtracting the thicknesses of the upper surface layer, the core layer A and the lower surface layer from the total thickness of the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film required by the user.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the BOPP film has reasonable structural design and good mechanical property, meets the market demand on the BOPP film which can be subjected to double-sided heat sealing and is provided with a matte film, and increases the market competitiveness of the product.

A double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film is composed of an upper surface layer, a core layer A, a core layer B and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer, the core layer A, the core layer B and the lower surface layer are formed by co-extrusion and then biaxial stretching, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of polypropylene, the core layer A is made of α -polyolefin, and the core layer B is made of homopolymerized polypropylene.

Wherein the model of α -polyolefin is 8505E.
Wherein the model of the homopolymerized polypropylene is T36F.

The physical properties of the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film in this example were tested, and the physical property test results show that the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film in this example has a longitudinal tensile strength of 125MPa, a transverse tensile strength of 260MPa, a longitudinal elongation at break of 165%, a transverse elongation at break of 45%, a longitudinal heat shrinkage of 3.2%, a transverse heat shrinkage of 1.5%, a longitudinal friction coefficient of 0.35Us/ud, a transverse friction coefficient of 0.35Us/ud, a heat-seal strength of 3N/15mm, a haze of 76%, and a gloss of 10.5%.
Test example 1
The effect pair of the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film in example 5 and the double-sided heat-sealable BOPP film currently on the market after being used in a rice ball wrapping film are shown in table 1.

Test example 2
The physical property test results of the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film with the thickness of 25 μm in the embodiments 1 to 6 show that the double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film has the longitudinal tensile strength of 115 to 135MPa, the transverse tensile strength of 230 to 280MPa, the longitudinal elongation at break of 120 to 180 percent, the transverse elongation at break of 30 to 55 percent, the longitudinal heat shrinkage of 2.5 to 3.5 percent, the transverse heat shrinkage of 0.8 to 2 percent, the longitudinal friction coefficient of 0.25 to 0.4Us/ud, the transverse friction coefficient of 0.25 to 0.4Us/ud, the heat-sealable strength of 2.5 to 3.5N/15mm, the haze of 65 to 85 percent and the glossiness of 8 to 12 percent.

Claims (6)
1. A double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film is characterized by comprising an upper surface layer, a core layer A, a core layer B and a lower surface layer, wherein the upper surface layer, the core layer A, the core layer B and the lower surface layer are formed by co-extrusion and then biaxial stretching, the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are made of polypropylene, the core layer A is made of α -polyolefin, and the core layer B is made of homopolymerized polypropylene.
2. The double-sided heat-sealable matte BOPP film according to claim 1, wherein the materials of the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer are both composed of binary co-polypropylene and/or ternary co-polypropylene.
3. A double sided heat sealable matte BOPP film according to claim 1 wherein the material of said upper and said lower skin layers is selected from the group consisting of polypropylene type FS5612 and F5006 type.
4. A double sided heat sealable matte BOPP film according to claim 1, wherein said α -polyolefin is one of type 8505E and SH 5205.
5. A double sided heat sealable matte BOPP film according to claim 1 wherein said homopolypropylene is one of T36F and F280.
6. The double-sided, heat-sealable matte BOPP film according to claim 1, wherein the thicknesses of the upper skin layer, the core layer a and the lower skin layer are all 0.5 to 1.5 μm.
