Background
Most of the existing methods for manufacturing veneers such as impregnated bond paper veneer plywood, impregnated bond paper veneer lumber core board, impregnated bond paper veneer oriented strand board and the like directly press and attach the impregnated bond paper to artificial board base materials such as plywood, a core board, an oriented strand board and the like with high requirements on board surface flatness, and the yield of products is low due to the limitation of the surface quality of the artificial board base materials during production.
The artificial board is a board made by processing natural wood decorative veneers into artificial veneers and covering and pasting the artificial veneers on the surface of a common plywood. However, since the plate is flammable, once a fire occurs, the safety of people's lives and properties is seriously threatened. In order to ensure the safety of the living and working environments of people, the artificial decorative board used as an indoor decoration material has excellent fireproof performance, but the artificial decorative board has no fireproof performance and is easy to corrode a wood base material in a humid environment, so that the artificial decorative board is necessary to be subjected to anticorrosion, mildew-proof and flame-retardant treatment.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a composite artificial board with corrosion resistance, mould resistance and high flame resistance and a manufacturing method thereof. The veneer has the following advantages: the production process breaks through the production process of manufacturing artificial boards such as plywood by using glue to compound veneer with wood skin by a substrate manufacturer, and solves the pressing defect caused by high substrate moisture of the artificial boards such as artificial plywood pressed and pasted for a long time.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a composite artificial board with corrosion resistance, mould resistance and high flame retardance is characterized in that: the composite artificial board is formed by randomly combining a veneer layer and a slab layer; the decorative layer is made of wood materials or non-wood materials, wherein the wood materials comprise wood shavings, wood fibers, cotton stalks and mushroom bran; the blank layer is plywood, a blockboard, an oriented strand board or a straw board.
The manufacturing method of the composite artificial board with the functions of corrosion prevention, mould prevention and high flame retardance comprises the following steps:
(1) the finishing layer is prepared by gluing and compounding a polyurethane adhesive, an aldehyde-free biomass adhesive or a formaldehyde-formaldehyde adhesive (urea formaldehyde, phenolic aldehyde and melamine formaldehyde), a waterproof agent, a mildew inhibitor, a flame retardant and a tackifier, so that the water content of the finishing layer is dried to 3-15%;
(2) uniformly paving the veneer layer obtained in the step (1) on the upper and lower plate surfaces of the slab layer, wherein the single-side coating weight is 100-120 g/m2The paving amount is 0.5-3.5 kg/m2The paving thickness is 1-3 mm;
(3) after paving, the composite artificial board is manufactured through high-temperature hot-pressing treatment.
Preferably, the weight of the waterproof agent, the weight of the mildew preventive agent, the weight of the flame retardant and the weight of the adhesion promoter in the step (1) are respectively 0.05-3.4% of the weight of the finishing layer, 0.01-4.5% of the weight of the finishing layer, 0.04-3% of the weight of the finishing layer and 0.5-1.5% of the weight of the finishing layer.
Preferably, the hot pressing temperature in the step (3) is 100-150 ℃; the unit pressure and the time are divided into three sections, one section is: 0.7-0.9 MPa for 3-10 min; and (2) second stage: 0.3-0.5 MPa for 1-10 min; and (3) three stages: 0 to 0.3MPa for 1 to 10 min.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the composite artificial board with the functions of corrosion prevention, mildew prevention and high flame retardance is not easy to mildew and corrode in a humid environment, so that the service life is greatly prolonged. Meanwhile, the surface of the composite artificial board forms a high-density layer and the flame retardant have synergistic effect, so that a compact layer is formed on the surface of the material when the material meets fire, the heat source can be prevented from being transferred to wood, oxygen can be isolated, and the flame spread and the propagation can be effectively prevented. The flame-retardant veneer does not generate toxic and corrosive gas during flame retardance, and meets the requirement of environmental protection.
The invention furthest enhances the adaptability of artificial board base materials with different appearance qualities and physical properties, in particular to artificial board base materials such as plywood, blockboard, oriented strand board and the like. Meanwhile, the appearance quality and the physical property of the product are improved, and the problems of high requirement on the surface quality of the base artificial board, poor physical and chemical properties and low product percent of pass of the existing production process for directly pressing and pasting the veneer artificial boards such as the impregnated bond paper veneer plywood, the impregnated bond paper veneer laminated wood board, the impregnated bond paper veneer oriented strand board and the like are solved.

The present invention is further described with reference to the following specific examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.
The artificial composite board of the present invention is composed of a veneer layer and a slab layer in any combination, and the following examples 1 to 3 adopt a three-layer structure in which the veneer layer is respectively paved on the upper and lower surfaces of the slab layer, as shown in fig. 1.
Example 1
A method for manufacturing a composite artificial board with corrosion resistance, mould resistance and high flame retardance comprises the following steps:
(1) the finishing coat is prepared by gluing and compounding a polyurethane adhesive, an aldehyde-free biomass adhesive or a formaldehyde-formaldehyde adhesive (urea formaldehyde, phenolic aldehyde and melamine formaldehyde), a waterproof agent, a mildew inhibitor, a flame retardant and a tackifier to dry the water content of the finishing coat to 5%; wherein the waterproof agent accounts for 0.05 percent of the weight of the finishing layer, the mildew preventive accounts for 0.01 percent of the weight of the finishing layer, the flame retardant accounts for 0.04 percent of the weight of the finishing layer, and the tackifier accounts for 0.5 percent of the weight of the finishing layer;
(2) selecting a blank layer with the thickness of 12mm and the length and the width of 2450 and 1230mm, uniformly paving the veneer layer obtained in the step (1) on the upper and lower plate surfaces of the blank layer, and coating the single surface of the blank layer by 100g/m2The laying amount is 0.5kg/m2The paving thickness is 1 mm;
(3) after paving, the artificial composite board is manufactured through high-temperature hot-pressing treatment; wherein the hot pressing temperature is 100 ℃; the unit pressure and the time are divided into three sections, one section is: 0.9MPa for 10 min; and (2) second stage: 0.5MPa for 10 min; and (3) three stages: 0.3MPa for 10 min.
Example 2
A method for manufacturing a composite artificial board with corrosion resistance, mould resistance and high flame retardance comprises the following steps:
(1) the finishing coat is prepared by gluing and compounding a polyurethane adhesive, an aldehyde-free biomass adhesive or a formaldehyde-formaldehyde adhesive (urea formaldehyde, phenolic aldehyde and melamine formaldehyde), a waterproof agent, a mildew inhibitor, a flame retardant and a tackifier to dry the water content of the finishing coat to 10%; wherein the waterproof agent accounts for 2 percent of the weight of the finishing layer, the mildew preventive accounts for 1.5 percent of the weight of the finishing layer, the flame retardant accounts for 1 percent of the weight of the finishing layer, and the tackifier accounts for 1 percent of the weight of the finishing layer;
(2) selecting a blank layer with the thickness of 12mm and the length and the width of 2550 and 1250mm, uniformly paving the veneer layer obtained in the step (1) on the upper and lower plate surfaces of the blank layer, and coating the single surface of the blank layer by 110g/m2The laying amount is 2kg/m2The paving thickness is 2 mm;
(3) after paving, the artificial composite board is manufactured through high-temperature hot-pressing treatment; wherein the hot pressing temperature is 125 ℃; the unit pressure and the time are divided into three sections, one section is: 0.8MPa for 6 min; and (2) second stage: 0.4MPa for 6 min; and (3) three stages: 0.2MPa for 6 min.
Example 3
A method for manufacturing a composite artificial board with corrosion resistance, mould resistance and high flame retardance comprises the following steps:
(1) the finishing coat is prepared by gluing and compounding a polyurethane adhesive, an aldehyde-free biomass adhesive or a formaldehyde-formaldehyde adhesive (urea formaldehyde, phenolic aldehyde and melamine formaldehyde), a waterproof agent, a mildew inhibitor, a flame retardant and a tackifier to dry the water content of the finishing coat to 15%; wherein the waterproof agent accounts for 0.05-3.4% of the weight of the facing layer, the mildew preventive accounts for 0.01-4.5% of the weight of the facing layer, the flame retardant accounts for 3% of the weight of the facing layer, and the tackifier accounts for 1.5% of the weight of the facing layer;
(2) selecting a slab layer with the thickness of 18mm and the length and the width of 2750 and 1310mm, uniformly paving the veneer layer obtained in the step (1) on the upper and lower plate surfaces of the slab layer, and coating the single surface of the veneer layer with the weight of 120g/m2The laying amount is 3.5kg/m2The paving thickness is 3 mm;
(3) after paving, the artificial composite board is manufactured through high-temperature hot-pressing treatment; wherein the hot pressing temperature is 150 ℃; the unit pressure and the time are divided into three sections, one section is: 0.7MPa for 3 min; and (2) second stage: 0.3MPa for 1 min; and (3) three stages: 0MPa for 1 min.
The performance test results of the composite artificial boards prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the present invention are shown in table 1 below; the above examples prove that the composite artificial board with corrosion resistance, mildew resistance and high flame retardance is not easy to mildew and corrode in a humid environment, so that the service life is greatly prolonged.
