step 10, measuring the continuous pipe diameter and the height of the circumferential weld, adjusting a lifting mechanism (44) to enable a louver wheel (2) to be abutted against the circumferential weld, and fixing the position of the lifting mechanism (44);
step 20, pushing a base (42) to move in a reciprocating mode along the axial direction of the continuous pipe, and polishing and grinding the circumferential weld by a louver wheel (2);
and 30, repeating the step 10 and the step 20 until the polishing operation is finished.
