Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of coiled tubing technology and oil-gas field exploration and development by adopting coiled tubing operation, in particular to a coiled tubing field butt welding girth weld reinforcement polishing tool and a method.
Background
Coiled tubing (also known as coiled tubing or CT for short) is a basic and important component of coiled tubing operation technology, can be used for operations such as well workover, well logging, well drilling, well completion and the like and various operations in various fields such as oil-gas ground pipelines, submarine pipelines and the like, is mainly made of carbon steel, has a pipe diameter of 0.75-3.5' and a length of hundreds of meters to thousands of meters, does not have joints, and is usually coiled on a coiled tubing roller.
The continuous pipe has complex working conditions, is subjected to various complex forces such as stretching, bending, internal pressure, torsion, internal expansion, fatigue and the like in the operation, is lifted up and lowered down once to bear 2 bending cycles, undergoes 6 bending actions, is led out of a roller, passes through a gooseneck bracket, an injection head clamping block, a blowout preventer box and enters a shaft for operation, so that the failure conditions such as damage, corrosion, even fracture and the like of a pipe body can be inevitably generated in the repeated lifting operation, the locally damaged and failed pipe body is removed, and the on-site pipe welding repair is the only method for solving the problem.
The pipe-pipe butt welding repair of the field continuous pipe generally adopts a manual or automatic argon arc welding (TIG) process, and in order to ensure that a welding joint can smoothly pass through an injection head clamping block and ensure the sealing performance of a blowout preventer and a blowout preventer box, the excess height of a butt-joint circumferential weld must be polished and removed.
The steel for the material of the continuous pipe is ultra-fine grain controlled rolling controlled cooling steel, the high-quality obdurability of the steel is realized by controlled rolling, the steel is still a weak link of a continuous pipe column relative to a pipe body welding joint, the continuous pipe usually works under complex comprehensive actions of pulling, pressing, extruding, expanding, scouring, corrosion, fatigue and the like, the working condition is severe, and a butt welding ring welding seam finished on site inevitably bears the same working condition, so that the comprehensive quality requirement on the welding joint is very high.
In order to ensure the comprehensive quality of a good welding joint, polishing of the extra height of a circumferential weld is one of key technologies, and the requirements and conditions for polishing the circumferential weld of a butt joint of continuous pipes have the following aspects:
1) the extra height of the welding seam is required to be polished to be flush with the pipe body, and the base material of the pipe body is not required to be polished excessively and abraded so as to avoid reducing the bearing section of the pipe body; 2) the polishing cannot be carried out with obvious unevenness so as to avoid influencing the passing performance of the injection head and the sealing performance of the blowout preventer and the blowout preventer box; 3) the polishing transition is required to be smooth, and stress concentration defects such as sharp edges, scratches, pits and the like cannot be caused, so that operation accidents caused by stress concentration fracture in the operation process are avoided; 4) the good grinding quality of the weld reinforcement is beneficial to the detection and evaluation of the quality such as the weld penetration of the nondestructive inspection butt weld.
Therefore, the polishing quality of the butt-joint circumferential weld of the continuous pipe has direct influence on the comprehensive performance of a field welding joint of the continuous pipe, so that the method has important significance in ensuring safe production and reducing operation accidents in the welding repair operation of the continuous pipe.
At present, after the continuous pipe is in butt welding, a manual handheld angle grinder is used for polishing and grinding the extra height of a circumferential weld, the working principle of the manual handheld angle grinder is that the extra height of the circumferential weld is ground, removed and flattened through friction between a hundred impellers which rotate at a high speed and the extra height of the weld, and the manual handheld angle grinder has great requirements on the operation level of a human operator. The polishing process requires that excessive polishing cannot be carried out and base materials are not allowed to be damaged, so that the polishing process is in place and attractive in appearance for the extra height, and the welding seam edge and the base materials are in smooth transition, which is a very difficult matter to do by manual operation.
In actual operation, excessive grinding or incomplete grinding of the welding line is easy to occur, grinding edges and corners and grinding marks are obvious, the circumferential size is not uniform in grinding, the welding line and the base metal are smooth and difficult to control, due to the fact that manual operation and force application are not uniform, a heat affected zone of the welding line boundary and the base metal are obviously excessively ground, the bearing section is reduced, welding craters are directly scrapped or the mechanical property and the fatigue property of a welding joint are obviously reduced, the stability and the consistency of the butt welding quality of the field continuous pipe are reduced, and the operation risk of welding and repairing the pipe column is increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a polishing tool and a polishing method for the surplus height of a circumferential weld of field butt welding of a continuous pipe, which are used for effectively polishing the surplus height of circumferential welds of various pipe diameters and ensuring the polishing quality of field welding joints.

The invention also provides a polishing method for the surplus height of the field butt welding girth weld of the continuous tube, which is used for polishing by adopting the polishing tool for the surplus height of the field butt welding girth weld of the continuous tube, and comprises the following steps: step 10, measuring the continuous pipe diameter and the height of the circumferential weld, adjusting a lifting mechanism to enable a louver wheel to be abutted against the circumferential weld, and fixing the position of the lifting mechanism; step 20, pushing the base to move back and forth along the axial direction of the continuous pipe, and polishing and grinding the circumferential weld of the louver wheel; and 30, repeating the steps 10 and 20 until the polishing operation is finished.
The invention has the advantages that the lifting mechanism is arranged on the lifting fixed seat, and the determination of the initial polishing position and polishing feeding of the welding seams with various pipe diameters can be realized by changing the relative height of the lifting mechanism and the lifting fixed seat.

Detailed Description
It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the embodiments with reference to the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an embodiment of the invention provides a polishing and grinding tool for a weld joint surplus height of a field butt welding ring of a continuous pipe, and the polishing and grinding tool for the weld joint surplus height of the field butt welding ring of the continuous pipe comprises a louver wheel 2, an angle grinder 3 and an adjustable fixed guide tool 4.
The adjustable fixed guide tool 4 comprises a base 42, a lifting mechanism 44 and a pressing strip fastening mechanism 41. The base 42 comprises a fixed arm and a lifting fixed seat, and a first supporting roller 43 is fixedly arranged below the fixed arm. The upper part of the lifting mechanism 44 is fixed on the lifting fixing seat, the lower part of the lifting mechanism 44 is provided with a second supporting roller 48, and the second supporting roller 48 can move along with the lower part of the lifting mechanism 44 along the vertical direction relative to the adjustable fixed guide tool 4. The pressing strip fastening mechanism 41 is fixedly arranged on the fixing arm, and the pressing strip fastening mechanism 41 can fix the angle grinder 3 (the angle grinder 3 is provided with the hundred-blade wheel 2 and used for grinding the butt girth weld 1 of the continuous tube) on the fixing arm.
The lifting mechanism 44 is arranged on the lifting fixing seat, and the determination of the initial polishing position of the welding seams with various pipe diameters and polishing feeding can be realized by changing the relative height of the lifting mechanism 44 and the lifting fixing seat.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the bead fastening mechanism 41 is composed of a fastening bead 410, a bolt fastening assembly 411, a pressing block 412 and a rubber pad 413, and the angle grinder 3 mounted with the louver 2 is fastened on the base 42 through a second base fixing hole 422 by a plurality of groups of fastening beads 410 (3 sets, which are uniformly distributed on the fixing arm at intervals along the extending direction of the angle grinder 3 body), and has a shock absorption function. Both ends of the fastening bead 410 are provided with pressing blocks 412, and the pressing blocks 412 and both ends of the fastening bead 410 are fixed on the fixing arms by bolt fastening assemblies 411.
As shown in fig. 4, 5 and 6, the first support roller 43 and the second support roller 48 have the same structure, and the first support roller 43 is mounted on the base 42 through the first base fixing hole 421 and fixed by the base screw hole 420 and the first screw 46. The second support roller 48 is mounted on the crane 441 through a crane fixing hole 4410 and fixed through a crane screw hole 4411 and a first screw 46.
The first supporting roller 43 is assembled by a roller 430, a retainer ring 431, a mandrel 432, a bearing 433 and a spacer 434, and the roller is designed with a 90-degree V groove 4300, so that the adjustable fixed guiding tool 4 can be fixed on the pipe body and can slide stably and reliably along the axial direction to adapt to various pipe diameters. The roller 430 can make the adjustable fixed guide tool 4 and the angle grinder 3 and the shutter wheel 2 mounted on the adjustable fixed guide tool move back and forth along the axial direction of the pipe-pipe welding joint through the rotation of the bearing 433, so that the polishing and grinding of the pipe-pipe circumferential weld are realized.
The elevating mechanism 44 is composed of an elevating frame 441, an elevating shaft 442, an elevating bearing 443, an elevating retainer 444, a bearing end cover 445, an adjusting knob 446 and a screw fixing component 447, the elevating shaft 442 is composed of the elevating bearing 443, the elevating retainer 444, the bearing end cover 445 and the screw fixing component 447, and is fixedly mounted on the base threaded hole 428 through a base bearing hole 426 (mounting through hole) and an end cover hole 429. The lifting frame 441 is connected with a screw thread 4420 of a screw rod through a lifting screw hole 4413. The lifting frame 441 and the second supporting roller 48 arranged on the lifting frame can be driven to move up and down in the slide way 424 by rotating the adjusting knob 446, the adjustable fixed guide tool 4 is used for driving the angle grinder 3 and the louver wheel 2 to rotate along the axis of the mandrel 432 of the first supporting roller 43 arranged on the base 42, the determination of the initial polishing and grinding positions of welding seams with various pipe diameters and the polishing and grinding feeding of actual welding seam extra height are achieved, the base 42 is provided with a scale mark 423, the lifting frame 441 is provided with a reference line 4412 for polishing and grinding quantitative feeding, and after the adjustment of the lifting position is determined, the lifting frame is fixed through the threaded hole 425 of the base by using a second screw 47. Handle 45 is connected with base 42 through the handle screw hole of base 42, is favorable to the operation and the support to the frock in the process of polishing.
The invention also provides a polishing method for the surplus height of the field butt welding girth weld of the continuous tube, which is used for polishing by adopting the polishing tool for the surplus height of the field butt welding girth weld of the continuous tube, and comprises the following steps:
step 10, measuring the continuous pipe diameter and the height of the circumferential weld, adjusting a lifting mechanism 44 to enable the louver 2 to be abutted against the circumferential weld, and fixing the position of the lifting mechanism 44;
step 20, pushing the base 42 to move back and forth along the axial direction of the continuous pipe, and polishing the circumferential weld by the louver 2;
and 30, repeating the step 10 and the step 20 until the polishing operation is finished. To be provided with
Polishing and grinding the extra height of the pipe-pipe butt-joint girth weld of the continuous pipe as an example:
measuring the height of 2mm according to the pipe diameter of 2' and the surplus height of the circumferential weld, rotating an adjusting knob 446 to enable a crane reference line 4412 to correspond to 26mm of a base scale line 423, holding a horn mill 3 by a left hand, holding a handle 45 by a right hand, abutting two groups of rollers 430 against the pipe wall under the action of gravity, finely adjusting the rotating adjusting knob 446 to enable a louver wheel 2 to slightly contact with the circumferential weld 1, screwing a second screw 47, and finishing the first round of surplus height polishing of the circumferential weld under the condition of axial reciprocating polishing; and the left-handed adjusting knob 446, the sinking lifting mechanism 44 and the inclination angle of the louver wheel 2 are increased, namely the second round of polishing feeding is carried out, and the required polishing of the weld reinforcement is repeatedly finished.
The optimal method comprises three stages of rough polishing, fine polishing and fine polishing of 60-mesh, 120-mesh and 180-mesh hundred-impeller wheels, and the polishing process is finely controlled by matching with a mode of large feeding, small feeding and weak feeding, so that the required polishing quality and effect are achieved.
From the above description, it can be seen that the above-described embodiments of the present invention achieve the following technical effects: the invention can solve the defects and shortcomings of the traditional polishing method, can adapt to polishing and grinding of the residual height of the circumferential weld of various pipe diameters, and can realize simple and convenient control of the fine polishing and grinding process. The invention is axially and repeatedly polished and ground continuously and stably along the butt-joint girth weld pipe body, the polishing and grinding quality of the welding joint is good, the polished and ground surface is smooth and uniform, the welding joint is flush with the pipe body, the defects of transition grinding, grinding failure, obvious grinding marks visible to naked eyes and the like are avoided, the polished and ground welding joint is smooth in transition with the base metal, and the form and position tolerance and the size of the welding joint meet the standard requirements of a continuous pipe.
