The feeding device comprises a limiting plate, a funnel stand, a first support, a second ultrasonic sensor and a vertical plate, the limiting plate is installed at the top of the funnel stand, the funnel stand is fixed above the vertical plate, the first support is installed above the vertical plate, the second ultrasonic sensor is fixed on the upper portion of the first support and faces the second storage box, and the vertical plate is fixed on the upper portion of the second storage box.
The air outlet device comprises an air outlet, air pipes, two second supports, motors, a separation net, a motor base and fan blades, wherein the air outlet is arranged at the upper part of a second storage box, the air pipes are fixed above the air outlet, the number of the second supports is two, the second supports are arranged at the edge of the air pipes, the motors are fixed on the motor base, the separation net is arranged at the right part of the second support, round holes with the radius of 1 mm are uniformly formed in the separation net, the motor base is arranged on the air pipes, and the fan blades are arranged on a main shaft of the motor at equal intervals.
The shutter and the baffle are connected in a quick-release manner. The first storage box, the second storage box and the inner wall of the water tank are coated with anticorrosive materials.
The inner wall of the funnel stand is of a polishing structure.
The second support is made of a magnetic material, the air pipe and the isolation net are made of iron materials, and the air outlet and the air pipe are welded in a seamless mode.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: when the first ultrasonic sensor detects that an object falls into the second storage box from the feeding device, a signal is sent to the controller, the controller driving device starts to operate to finish the classification operation of the waste medicine bottles, the step of manually opening the device is replaced, and the efficiency is improved; the height of the liquid level in the second storage box below the glass medicine bottle is detected through the second ultrasonic sensor, the height data is uploaded to the controller, the controller drives the bidirectional water pump to work, the height of the liquid level is stabilized at 50 cm, the glass medicine bottle is prevented from falling and breaking, and the possibility of liquid medicine pollution is reduced; through the work of controller drive air-out device, make the high-power operation of motor, the air outlet produces the strong wind and blows to the baffle with lighter plastics medicine bottle on to in transferring into first storage tank along the baffle, heavier glass medicine bottle falls into in the second storage tank, thereby accomplished the automatic classification operation of abandonment medicine bottle, saved the manpower, reduced categorised cost.
