The invention solves the problem that the existing steel pipe rust removing equipment for bridge construction realizes rust removal of a steel pipe by closely attaching a polished head to the surface of the steel pipe and enabling the polished head to surround the steel pipe for a circle, but rust of the steel pipe splashes in a polishing mode, and the steel pipe after rust removal is easy to be oxidized again.
