After the stone has passed, the shutter returns to its original position under the action of the weight of the shutter body 41. The angle sensor arranged at the end part of the rotating shaft 42 detects the rotating angle of the baffle body 41, and the controller adjusts the feeding speed of the feeder 1 according to the change of the angle, so that the violent change of the feeding amount due to the change of the discharge port is avoided. When stones with the diameter larger than the feeding hole of the crusher appear in the hopper, the position of the baffle body 41 can be adjusted through the hydraulic oil cylinder, so that the stones with the super-grain diameter can be conveniently taken out; meanwhile, the stone with the super grain diameter is prevented from entering the crusher to cause production interruption and damage of the crusher.
In conclusion, the baffle body can be adjusted linearly up and down and also can be adjusted back and forth, the size of the discharge hole can be adjusted according to the size of the yield, and the position state of the baffle can be adjusted according to the size of the stone particle size. The vibration frequency and the amplitude of the vibrating feeder can be adjusted to meet the requirement of adjusting the feeding amount. The controller can automatically adjust the vibration frequency and the vibration amplitude of the vibrating feeder according to the position signal of the bin gate baffle. The thickness of the discharged material is adjusted through the baffle body, so that the thickness of the material layer is kept consistent in the feeding process, and the baffle body can be adjusted to meet the requirement of passing of stone blocks with super-grain diameters.
The invention also discloses a movable crusher, which is provided with the crusher feeding mechanism for uniformly feeding materials.
