The slotting device with the collecting function and convenient to replace is characterized by comprising a workbench (1), a top plate (3), a collecting mechanism, a connecting pipe (5), a slotting head (4), two fixing mechanisms and two supporting columns (2), wherein two ends of the top plate (3) are respectively fixed above the workbench (1) through the two supporting columns (2), one end of the connecting pipe (5) is vertically fixed below the top plate (3), a notch is formed in the slotting head (4), the other end of the connecting pipe (5) is arranged in the notch, the two fixing mechanisms are symmetrically arranged relative to the axis of the connecting pipe (5), the connecting pipe (5) is connected with the slotting head (4) through the fixing mechanisms, and the collecting mechanism is arranged above the top plate (3);
the fixing mechanism comprises a fixing plate (6), a fixing rod (7), a spring (9), a limiting assembly and a limiting plate (8), two through holes are formed in the connecting pipe (5), the through holes correspond to the fixing mechanism in a one-to-one mode, one side of the fixing plate (6) abuts against the inner wall of the notch, the other side of the fixing plate (6) is fixedly connected with one end of the fixing rod (7), the other end of the fixing rod (7) penetrates through the through holes to be arranged inside the connecting pipe (5), the other end of the fixing rod (7) is fixedly connected with the limiting plate (8), two ends of the spring (9) are respectively connected with the inner wall of the connecting pipe (5) and the limiting plate (8), the spring (9) is in a stretching state, and the fixing rod (7) is connected with the inner wall;
the collecting mechanism comprises a collecting box (13), a rotating assembly, an air extracting assembly, two filter screens (14), two collecting assemblies and two fixing assemblies, the collecting box (13) is fixed above the top plate (3), the two collecting assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides below the collecting box (13), the two fixing assemblies are symmetrically arranged about the axis of the connecting pipe (5), the collecting box (13) is connected with the grooving head (4) through the fixing assemblies, the filter screens (14) are fixed inside the collecting box (13), the rotating assembly is arranged between the two filter screens (14), the air extracting assembly is arranged above the collecting box (13), and the air extracting assembly is connected with the collecting box (13);
the collecting assembly comprises a suction nozzle (16) and a first connecting pipe (15), two ends of the first connecting pipe (15) are fixedly connected with the lower part of the collecting box (13) and the suction nozzle (16) respectively, and the suction nozzle (16) is communicated with the collecting box (13) through the first connecting pipe (15).

The slotting device with collection function convenient to replace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the limiting assembly comprises a plurality of limiting blocks (10), a plurality of grooves are formed in the fixing rod (7), the limiting blocks (10) are equal to the grooves in number, the limiting blocks (10) are in one-to-one correspondence with the grooves, one side of each limiting block (10) is circumferentially and uniformly fixed on the inner wall of the through hole, the other side of each limiting block (10) is arranged inside the corresponding groove, and the limiting blocks (10) are slidably connected with the grooves.
3. The collecting notching apparatus recited in claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism further includes a pulling rod (11), and the pulling rod (11) is vertically fixed above the fixing plate (6).

The grooving apparatus with a collecting function convenient to replace according to claim 1, wherein the fixing assembly comprises a suction cup (18), an exhaust pipe (19) and a second connecting pipe (17), two ends of the second connecting pipe (17) are respectively fixedly connected with the lower part of the collecting box (13) and the suction cup (18), the suction cup (18) is communicated with the collecting box (13) through the second connecting pipe (17), the suction cup (18) is communicated with the exhaust pipe (19), a valve is arranged in the exhaust pipe (19), a first one-way valve is arranged in the second connecting pipe (17), and the valve and the first one-way valve are both electrically connected with a PLC.

The grooving apparatus with a collecting function convenient to replace according to claim 1, wherein the air suction assembly comprises an air cylinder (21), a piston (22), an air inlet pipe (23), an air outlet pipe (24) and a cylinder (20), the air cylinder (21) is fixed above the collecting box (13), the piston (22) is arranged inside the air cylinder (21), the piston (22) is in sealing connection with an inner wall of the air cylinder (21), a cylinder body of the cylinder (20) is vertically fixed above the air cylinder (21), a small hole is arranged above the air cylinder (21), an air rod of the cylinder (20) passes through the small hole to be fixedly connected with the upper part of the piston (22), the lower part of the piston (22) is connected with the rotating assembly, the lower part of the air cylinder (21) is communicated with the inside of the collecting box (13) through the air inlet pipe (23), the air inlet pipe (23) is arranged between two filter screens (14), one side of the air cylinder (21) is communicated with an air outlet pipe (24), and the air cylinder (20) is electrically connected with the PLC.

The grooving apparatus with a collecting function convenient to replace according to claim 5, wherein the rotating assembly comprises a rotating shaft (27), two torsion springs (29), two bearings, two cleaning plates (28) and a connecting unit, the filter screen (14) is provided with through holes, the through holes correspond to the bearings one by one, an outer ring of the bearing is fixedly connected with an inner wall of the through hole, two ends of the rotating shaft (27) respectively penetrate through the two through holes, the rotating shaft (27) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the bearing, the connecting unit is connected with the rotating shaft (27), the connecting unit is arranged between the two filter screens (14), the connecting unit is fixedly connected with the lower part of the piston (22), the torsion springs (29) correspond to the bearings one by one, two ends of the torsion springs (29) are respectively connected with the outer ring of the bearing and the rotating shaft (27), the both ends of pivot (27) respectively with two clearance boards (28) fixed connection, clearance board (28) support and lean on the one side of keeping away from the linkage unit of filter screen (14).

The grooving apparatus with a collecting function, which facilitates replacement, according to claim 6, wherein the connecting unit includes a rotary table (26) and a wire (25), the rotary table (26) is fixed to a rotary shaft (27), one end of the wire (25) is wound around the rotary table (26), and the other end of the wire (25) is fixedly connected to a lower portion of the piston (22).
8. The grooving apparatus with a collecting function convenient to replace according to claim 7, wherein a second check valve is provided in each of the air inlet pipe (23) and the air outlet pipe (24), and the second check valve is electrically connected to the PLC.
9. The easy-to-replace slotting device with a collecting function as claimed in claim 8, wherein one side of the cleaning plate (28) close to the filter screen (14) is provided with a brush which abuts against the filter screen (14).
10. The grooving apparatus with a collecting function, which facilitates replacement, as claimed in claim 1, wherein a rubber pad (12) is provided on a side of the fixing plate (6) near an inner wall of the recess.
