Furthermore, the terms "first," "second," and "third" are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in FIG. 1, the extracting solution circulating and filtering apparatus includes an extracting tank 1, a liquid medicine circulating pipe 2, an extracting solution storage tank 3, a duplex filter 4 and a liquid filter sieve 5. The extraction tank 1 is used for uniformly mixing the extracting solution; the liquid medicine circulating pipe 2 is used for communicating the liquid at the bottom of the extracting tank 1 to the upper end so as to form circulation and fully mix the liquid; the extracting solution storage tank 3 is used for storing the filtered extracting solution; the duplex filter 4 and the liquid filter sieve 5 are used for filtering the extracting solution.
The bottom and the upper end of drawing jar 1 are connected respectively to the both ends of liquid medicine circulating pipe 2, and are provided with drawing liquid pump 7 in the liquid medicine circulating pipe 2, will draw the liquid of jar 1 bottom to upper portion through the drive effect of drawing liquid pump 7 to make the extract temperature more even on the one hand, on the other hand makes the extract more fully mix.
The lower end of the extraction tank 1 is provided with an extraction tank bottom liquid discharge valve 9, a circulating valve I11 and a circulating valve II 12 are further arranged in the liquid medicine circulating pipe 2, the extraction tank bottom liquid discharge valve 9, the circulating valve I11 and the circulating valve II 12 in the drawing 1 are opened, the liquid pump 7 is started, and circulation is started.
The liquid discharge of the extracting tank 1 is controlled by a liquid discharge valve 9 at the bottom of the extracting tank.
The duplex filter 4 is connected between the liquid outlet end of the extraction tank 1 and the liquid inlet end of the extracting solution storage tank 3, and the duplex filter 4 is a conventional device in the field and is used for filtering the extracting solution. A duplex filter liquid inlet valve 10 is arranged in a pipeline of the duplex filter 4 and is used for guiding the extracting solution flowing out of the extracting tank 1 into the duplex filter 4. The duplex filter 4 is provided with a duplex filter liquid inlet switching valve I13, a corresponding duplex filter liquid outlet switching valve I15, a duplex filter liquid inlet switching valve II 14 and a corresponding duplex filter liquid outlet switching valve II 16, so that the double tanks of the duplex filter 4 can be switched.
The duplex filter 4 is suitable for filtering products such as rhizome decoction pieces and the like which have easy specific volume filtration after extraction. The blow-off valve 20 is used to discharge the sewage for cleaning the duplex filter 4.
The liquid filter sieve 5 is connected between the liquid outlet end of the extraction tank 1 and the liquid inlet end of the extracting solution storage tank 3, and the liquid filter sieve 5 is connected with the duplex filter 4 in parallel. A liquid filter screen liquid inlet valve 18 is arranged in a pipeline where the liquid filter screen 5 is positioned and is used for guiding the extracting solution flowing out of the extracting tank 1 into the liquid filter screen 5. The liquid filtering sieve 5 is a mechanism known in the art, has the advantages of being not easy to block, easy to replace the sieve, capable of being configured with sieves with different apertures and the like, and is suitable for filtering products which are difficult to filter after being extracted from herbal pieces such as flowers, seeds and fruits in the embodiment.
Although the liquid filter screen 5 is per se a conventional mechanism in the art, it is not readily conceivable to put the liquid filter screen 5 in parallel with the duplex filter 4 for the filtration of the extract, achieving the beneficial effect of a set of devices capable of producing a wider variety of products.
Another innovation of this example is the buffer tank 6 associated with the liquid filter screen 5. The buffer tank 6 is arranged between the liquid filter sieve 5 and the extracting solution storage tank 3, or the buffer tank 6 is arranged at the downstream of the liquid filter sieve 5 and is used for temporarily storing the extracting solution flowing out of the liquid filter sieve 5. When a certain amount of the extracting solution is stored in the buffer tank 6, the extracting solution pump 7 is started to pump the extracting solution from the buffer tank 6 into the extracting solution storage tank 3.
The provision of the buffer tank 6 can yield at least two advantages:
firstly, the liquid pump 7 is protected, and the service life of the liquid pump 7 is prolonged, because such an operation mode avoids unstable flow of the filtering liquid flowing out of the liquid filtering screen 5, namely, avoids damage to the liquid pump 7 caused by unstable flow of the liquid flowing through the liquid pump 7, and also avoids the probability of idling of the liquid pump 7 (namely, no liquid flows through the liquid pump 7);
second, the flow of extract from the buffer tank 6 into the extract storage tank 3 is more stable and thus easier to monitor the liquid level in the extract storage tank 3. A liquid level meter (not shown) is provided in the buffer tank 6.
If the duplex filter 4 is used for filtering, the liquid inlet valve 17 of the extracting solution storage tank is opened, and the filtered liquid is directly led into the extracting solution storage tank 3. If the liquid is filtered by the liquid filter sieve 5, when the liquid amount in the buffer tank 6 reaches a set value, the liquid inlet valve 17 of the extracting solution storage tank and the liquid outlet valve 19 of the buffer tank are opened, and the liquid is guided into the extracting solution storage tank 3.
The liquid outlet end of the extraction tank 1 is provided with a level switch 8, and whether liquid flows through the liquid outlet pipe of the extraction tank 1 is monitored through the level switch 8, so that the blocking condition can be quickly judged, and the safety is improved.
The liquid outlet end of the extraction tank 1 is also provided with a compressed air inlet, when the position switch 8 monitors that no liquid flows through the liquid outlet pipe of the extraction tank 1, the liquid outlet position of the extraction tank 1 can be judged to be blocked, the liquid outlet valve 9 at the bottom of the extraction tank can be closed, the compressed air valve 21 can be opened, and the compressed air valve 21 is used for backflushing the extraction tank 1 to eliminate the blocking condition.
When the level switch 8 detects that there is liquid flowing through the liquid outlet pipe of the extraction tank 1, but no liquid increase is detected by the level meter in the extraction liquid storage tank 3, it can be determined that the duplex filter 4 or the liquid filter sieve 5 is clogged (this is the case when the liquid pump 7 pumps the buffer tank 6, or when the liquid pump 7 does not pump the buffer tank 6, it can be determined in combination with the liquid level sensor in the buffer tank 6), and then the filtration flow path can be switched from the duplex filter 4 to the liquid filter sieve 5 or from the liquid filter sieve 5 to the duplex filter 4.
The valves, sensors and level switches of this example are connected to a controller (PLC) in a manner that is capable of automatic control, but it is not easily conceivable to use the apparatus for circulating and filtering the extracting solution in this example to improve the automation of the production.
In summary, the extracting solution circulating and filtering device of the embodiment realizes automatic operation of the extracting solution in the circulating and filtering process by adopting the online level switch 8, various valves automatically controlled, free selection of multiple filtering modes and process linkage of the control system when a formula particle product is drunk and extracted singly, realizes unattended operation, improves the production efficiency, improves the applicability of production equipment and a filtering system, improves the product batch production process compliance, meets the process requirements in the production process, reduces safety accidents by automatic operation, and obviously improves the production benefits of enterprises.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical concept and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the content of the present invention and implement the invention, and not to limit the scope of the invention, and all equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
