In this embodiment, when the disinfection cabinet detects that the to-be-disinfected objects are stored in the first and/or second partition, the disinfection cabinet prompts a user to disinfect the to-be-disinfected objects in the partitions at a preset system temperature or adjusts the disinfection temperature of each partition, and controls the on-off of the heat source and the partitions and the on-off of the auxiliary heating module according to the instruction of the user, so as to implement disinfection at different temperatures.
In this embodiment, the disinfection cabinet system is preset with the disinfection temperature setting for each partition, and the user can directly select and use the disinfection cabinet system. In addition, the disinfection cabinet can provide adjustable partition disinfection temperature for users, and the users can adjust the temperature according to the requirements. After receiving a user instruction, the disinfection cabinet controls the on-off of the heat source and the first and/or second subareas, and simultaneously adjusts the running state of the auxiliary heating module in the first subarea, so that each subarea is disinfected according to the temperature indicated by the user.
In this embodiment, the disinfection cabinet prompts the user to adjust the disinfection temperature of the partition, and when the disinfection temperature selected by the user exceeds the disinfection temperature range of the current partition, the disinfection cabinet prompts the user to place the to-be-disinfected articles into the partition meeting the temperature required by the user for disinfection.
In the embodiment, the disinfection cabinet can detect whether the partition is filled with the to-be-disinfected substances, and due to the fact that the disinfection temperature ranges corresponding to the first partition and the second partition are different, when the temperature selected by a user exceeds the temperature range corresponding to the partition, the to-be-disinfected substances need to be placed in the proper partition, corresponding suggestions and prompts can be given by the disinfection cabinet, and convenience is improved.
In the embodiment, under the condition of the same disinfection temperature, the disinfection cabinet recommends a user to place the to-be-disinfected articles into a zone with lower energy consumption for disinfection; preferably, the disinfection cabinet distributes the heating power of the auxiliary heating module and/or the heat source according to the subarea disinfection temperature selected by the user so as to reduce the energy consumption of heating disinfection.
In this embodiment, because the first partition corresponds to high-temperature disinfection, heating disinfection and low-temperature disinfection, and the second partition corresponds to heating disinfection and low-temperature disinfection, in order to reach the disinfection temperature selected by the user, the heat source and the auxiliary heating module can be selected to heat together, or only the heat source is used for heating, or only the auxiliary heating module is operated, and the disinfection cabinet calculates the lowest energy consumption scheme of the multiple partitions at different temperatures during operation according to the minimum energy consumption scheme, and recommends the user to place the disinfectant according to the corresponding partition.
In this embodiment, the heating sterilization is performed by the heat source and/or the auxiliary heating module and the ultraviolet lamp in different zones, and the low-temperature sterilization is performed by the ultraviolet lamp only in different zones. The heating disinfection also comprises high-temperature disinfection, namely the auxiliary heating module and the heat source simultaneously act on the subareas to reach the upper limit of the disinfection temperature.
The control method provided by this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, includes the following steps:
s1, opening the disinfection cabinet, putting the to-be-disinfected articles into each partition by a user, and then executing a step S2;
s2, the disinfection cabinet detects that the to-be-disinfected articles exist in the subareas, and controls a heat source to be connected with the subareas so as to carry out heating disinfection;
s3, the disinfection cabinet prompts a user whether to disinfect the to-be-disinfected objects in the subarea at the preset system temperature, if so, the step S9 is executed, and if not, the step S4 is executed;
s4, selecting the partition disinfection temperature by the user, and then executing the step S5;
s5, judging whether the disinfection temperature selected by the user exceeds the disinfection temperature range of the current subarea, if so, executing a step S6, otherwise, executing a step S9;
s6, prompting a user to put the to-be-sterilized articles into a partition meeting the temperature required by the user, and then executing the step S7;
s7, the disinfection cabinet detects that the to-be-disinfected articles are placed in the correct subarea, and then the step S8 is executed;
s8, the disinfection cabinet adjusts the on-off of the heat source and the subareas and/or the on-off of the auxiliary heating module again, and then step S9 is executed;
and S9, starting disinfection.
Example 2
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a disinfection cabinet is provided, the disinfection cabinet is provided with a drawer for accommodating a to-be-disinfected item, two mutually independent partitions 1 are arranged in the drawer, ultraviolet lamps capable of irradiating all the partitions are arranged above the drawer, each partition is connected with a heat source 3 through an air duct 2, and an air port 4 capable of being opened and closed controllably is arranged at a connection position of the air duct 2 and the partition 1, so that a fan 5 arranged at the upstream of the air duct can convey heat generated by the heat source to a specified partition. An auxiliary heating module 6 is arranged in one of the two subareas to increase the disinfection temperature of the subarea.
In this embodiment, in addition to adjusting the heating power of the heat source 3, the amount of air delivered to each partition by the heat source 3 can be changed by adjusting the amount of air of the fan 5, the heat source 3 is connected to the air ports 4 in the partitions through the air duct 2, and the sterilizer controls the opening and closing of the air ports 4 to deliver hot air to the selected partition, so as to increase the sterilization temperature of the selected specific partition. On the basis of the above, in the auxiliary heating module 6 zone with adjustable power, the disinfection temperature of the zone can be further adjusted. Wherein, the heat source 3 is selected from PTC heating elements, and the auxiliary heating module 6 is selected from light wave tubes.
Example 3
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a disinfection cabinet is provided, the disinfection cabinet is provided with a drawer for accommodating a to-be-disinfected item, four mutually independent partitions 1 are arranged in the drawer, ultraviolet lamps capable of irradiating all the partitions are arranged above the drawer, each partition is connected with a heat source 3 through an air duct 2, and an air port 4 capable of being opened and closed controllably is arranged at a connection position of the air duct 2 and the partition 1, so that a fan 5 arranged at the upstream of the air duct can convey heat generated by the heat source to a specified partition.
In this embodiment, two of the four subareas are provided with the auxiliary heating modules 6 to improve the disinfection temperature of the subareas, and the other two subareas are not provided with the auxiliary heating modules 6, so that the low-temperature disinfection without heating of the to-be-disinfected objects in the subareas can be realized under the action of the ultraviolet lamps.
In this embodiment, in addition to adjusting the heating power of the heat source 3, the amount of air delivered to each partition by the heat source 3 can be changed by adjusting the amount of air of the fan 5, the heat source 3 is connected to the air ports 4 in the partitions through the air duct 2, and the sterilizer controls the opening and closing of the air ports 4 to deliver hot air to the selected partition, so as to increase the sterilization temperature of the selected specific partition. On the basis of the above, in the auxiliary heating module 6 zone with adjustable power, the disinfection temperature of the zone can be further adjusted. Wherein, the heat source 3 is selected from an electric heating pipe, and the auxiliary heating module 6 is selected from a light wave pipe.
Example 4
In the embodiment, the disinfection cabinet is provided with a drawer for accommodating a to-be-disinfected substance, two mutually independent partitions are arranged in the drawer, a heating plate is arranged in a cabinet body covering the drawer, the heating plate is also provided with an ultraviolet lamp capable of irradiating the two partitions, mutually independent heaters are arranged at positions corresponding to the partitions on the heating plate, and switches of the heaters are controlled to provide heat for the corresponding partitions. One of the two sub-zones is provided with an auxiliary heating module to further increase the sterilization temperature of the sub-zone.
In this embodiment, in addition to adjusting the heating power of the heating plate itself, the heaters located at different positions of the heating plate can be selected to provide heat for the selected zones, so as to increase the sterilization temperature of the selected zones. On the basis, the auxiliary heating module 6 with adjustable power is added into a subarea, and the disinfection temperature of the subarea can be further adjusted. Wherein the auxiliary heating module is selected from a light wave tube.

Claims (10)

1. 3. A method of controlling a disinfection cabinet, comprising:
the disinfection cabinet is provided with a drawer for accommodating the articles to be disinfected, and a disinfection ultraviolet lamp is arranged above the drawer;
the plurality of subareas are mutually and independently arranged in the drawer and are respectively connected with the same heat source in a controllable on-off manner, wherein an auxiliary heating module is arranged in at least one subarea;
the disinfection cabinet simultaneously controls the on-off of the heat source and each subarea and the switch of the auxiliary heating module, so that the appointed subareas are heated at different temperatures.
4. The control method according to claim 3, wherein the subareas comprise a first subarea provided with an auxiliary heating module, and the disinfection cabinet controls the switch of the auxiliary heating module according to the on-off of the heat source and the first subarea, so that the heat source and/or the auxiliary heating module can heat and disinfect the first subarea;
preferably, the heating power of the auxiliary heating module is adjustable.

The control method according to claim 4, wherein when the heat source is communicated with the first section, the disinfection cabinet controls the auxiliary heating module to be closed, and the first section is heated and disinfected by using the heat of the heat source, or the disinfection cabinet controls the auxiliary heating module to be opened to increase the disinfection temperature of the first section; when the heat source and the first subarea are turned off, the disinfection cabinet controls the auxiliary heating module to be opened, the first subarea utilizes the heat of the auxiliary heating module to perform heating disinfection, or the disinfection cabinet controls the auxiliary heating module to be closed to perform low-temperature disinfection.

The control method according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the sub-areas further comprise a second sub-area without an auxiliary heating module, and the disinfection cabinet controls the on-off of the heat source and the second sub-area so as to perform heating disinfection or low-temperature disinfection in the second sub-area.

The control method according to any one of claims 3 to 6, wherein when the disinfection cabinet detects that the first and/or second partition is filled with the to-be-disinfected substances, the disinfection cabinet prompts a user to disinfect the to-be-disinfected substances in the partitions at a preset system temperature or adjusts the disinfection temperature of each partition, and controls the on-off of the heat source and the partitions and the on-off of the auxiliary heating module according to the instruction of the user so as to realize disinfection at different temperatures.

The control method of claim 7, wherein the disinfection cabinet prompts the user to adjust the disinfection temperature of the partition, and when the disinfection temperature selected by the user exceeds the disinfection temperature range of the current partition, the disinfection cabinet prompts the user to place the to-be-disinfected articles into the partition meeting the temperature required by the user for disinfection.
9. The control method of claim 7, wherein under the same disinfection temperature, the disinfection cabinet recommends the user to place the to-be-disinfected substances into a zone with lower energy consumption for disinfection;
preferably, the disinfection cabinet distributes the heating power of the auxiliary heating module and/or the heat source according to the subarea disinfection temperature selected by the user so as to reduce the energy consumption of heating disinfection.
10. The control method according to any one of claims 4 to 6,
the heating sterilization comprises the following steps: sterilizing the subareas under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp while receiving heat generated by a heat source and/or an auxiliary heating module;
the low-temperature disinfection comprises the following steps: the disinfection is carried out only under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp in a subarea;
preferably, in the heating sterilization, the heat generated by the heat source is blown by a fan, and the heat is finished by entering the designated subarea in the form of hot air through an air duct.
