8. The genital nursing cleaning device of claim 1, wherein the opening and closing mechanism includes a closed motor fixed on the base, a first gear fixed on the output end of the closed motor, and a portion of the first gear extends into the placing seat to engage with the supporting plate.

9. The genital-care cleansing device of claim 1 wherein the wiping mechanism comprises a wiping motor attached to the first end of the handle, a second gear attached to the output of the wiping motor, the second gear engaging teeth on the outer wall of the wiping rod.

10. The genital care cleansing device of claim 1 wherein a placement slot is provided on the placement base, the first end of the handle being placed in the placement slot, the placement slot being in communication with the circular aperture.
