Abstract
本发明属于宠物配合饲料技术领域,尤其是一种宠物用组合抗氧化剂,所述宠物用组合抗氧化剂组分为维生素C、维生素E、酵母硒和茶多酚,所述维生素C的重量份为400‑500份,所述维生素E的重量份为90‑100份,所述酵母硒的重量份为0.1‑0.3份,所述茶多酚的重量份为100‑600份。该宠物用组合抗氧化剂,达到了有效清除犬体内自由基,提高机体抗氧化酶系的酶活,降低脂质氧化程度、减慢细胞分子的老化速度,明显提高犬血清中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性,并能够有效降低脂质氧化产物丙二醛的含量,从而改善犬的健康的效果,从而解决了现有的宠物用组合抗氧化剂无法有效清除犬体内自由基、降低脂质氧化程度、和减慢细胞分子的老化速度的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及宠物配合饲料技术领域,尤其涉及一种宠物用组合抗 氧化剂。
背景技术
自由基理论自诞生以来已经经过几十年的发展。自由基造成的伤 害为许多疾病的发生和机理提供了新的解释和理论根据。越来越多的 研究显示,与宠物相关的疾病如癌症、动脉硬化、冠心病和关节炎都 与自由基导致的损伤相关。
抗氧化的主要途径就是消除宠物体内过多的自由基。在健康正常 情况下,宠物体内有自身的清除氧自由基的体系可以将其控制在合理 的水平,使其能够发挥有利于代谢的作用,即氧自由基的产生和清除 处于一种动态平衡。但是随着宠物年龄的增加,自身抗氧化能力逐渐 下降,以及环境污染、药物、病毒感染等外界因素产生的大量氧自由 基超过了宠物体内所需的合理水平,从而损伤细胞,使组织器官机能 下降,各种疾病开始慢慢形成。因此宠物年龄的增长,从食物中摄入 抗氧自由基的活性成分有助于保持氧自由基在体内的平衡。
目前研究较多的是,针对具有抗氧化功能的单一物质,用不同提 取方法或溶剂所得的提取物以及提取成分的抗氧化活性。
在国内现有宠物食品中,即使在产品中组合了多种抗氧化组分, 其抗氧化性能也仅仅是加权总和,没有体现协同作用。
维生素C作为一种较强抗氧化剂,它的最大特性是还原性,通过 还原作用消除有害氧自由基的毒性。其抗氧化作用依靠可逆的脱氢反 应来完成。由于它是供氢体,也可使被氧化的维生素E和巯基恢复成 还原型,这是其间接抗氧化作用。但维生素C不仅有抗氧化作用,在一 定条件下也有促氧化作用。抗坏血酸的烯醇式羟基具有酸性,在过渡 族离子(尤其是铁和铜)存在下,会产生OH-,但抗坏血酸在清除OH-的 同时,又会产生半脱氢抗坏血酸负离子自由基(A-),当半脱氢抗坏血 酸负离子自由基(A-)不能及时清除时,则可诱发一系列自由基连锁反 应,从而使体内的不饱和脂肪酸发生脂质过氧化,对机体造成伤害。减 少维生素C不利作用的方法主要有:①调控维生素C的用量和单位时 间给药浓度;②提供维生素E;③提供GSH;④提供氨基酸。
维生素E是氧自由基直接清除剂,保护细胞膜及细胞内的核酸免 受自由基的攻击。而且维生素E是一种很易被氧化的抗氧化剂,因此 具有防止或延长其它高效抗氧化剂的抗氧化作用,在抗氧化过程中, 维生素E提供氢离子,使脂质过氧化链式反应中断,是最重要的断链 型抗氧化剂,而这种断链型抗氧化其自身是不可逆的,必须另外提供 的氢体才能使其还原。维生素E不但有中断氧化游离基的作用,而且 能够猝灭单线态氧,从而提高油的抗氧化能力,所以宠物消耗的不饱 和脂肪越多,所需的维生素E就越多,因为这些油需要维生素E提供抗 氧化的保护。
发明内容
基于现有的宠物用组合抗氧化剂无法有效清除犬体内自由基、降 低脂质氧化程度、和减慢细胞分子的老化速度的技术问题,本发明提 出了一种宠物用组合抗氧化剂。
本发明提出的一种宠物用组合抗氧化剂,其组分为维生素C、维 生素E、酵母硒和茶多酚;
所述维生素C的重量份为400-500份,所述维生素E的重量份为 90-100份,所述酵母硒的重量份为0.1-0.3份,所述茶多酚的重量 份为100-600份;
所述维生素C与维生素E协同作用。
优选地,一种含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮;
所述膨化粮的原材料包括新鲜肉粉、蛋白粉、非谷物淀粉、甜菜 粕、新鲜蔬果、鸡油、复合水溶性维生素及微量元素、复合脂溶性维 生素及微量元素、单一抗氧化剂、其他原料。
优选地,所述新鲜肉粉的重量份为24份,所述蛋白粉的重量份 为5份,所述非谷物淀粉的重量份为54份,所述甜菜粕的重量份为 2份,所述新鲜蔬果的重量份为1份,所述鸡油的重量份为9份,所 述复合水溶性维生素及微量元素的重量份为0.5份,所述复合脂溶性维生素及微量元素的重量份为0.5份,所述组合抗氧化剂的重量份为 0.3份、所述其他原料为乳酸钙、沸石粉、蒙脱石、氯化钠按照10: 1:1:1的混合物,且其重量份为3.7份。
优选地,所述新鲜肉粉为鸡肉,所述新鲜蔬果为紫薯、南瓜和胡 萝卜的混合物,所述单一抗氧化剂为维生素E。
一种含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮的制作方法,步骤一、将新鲜肉粉, 加入搅拌机中搅拌,同时加入蛋白粉、非谷物淀粉、甜菜粕、新鲜蔬 果、其他原料和组合抗氧化组剂,控制温度为35℃,搅拌速度为500 转每分钟;
步骤二、将复合水溶性维生素及微量元素一同加入搅拌机,混合;
步骤三、将步骤二中得到的产品调制后进膨化机膨化,整形,烘 干机烘干,冷却,得到膨化粮;
步骤四、将复合脂溶维生素及微量元素溶解在鸡油中,并均匀喷 涂在步骤三中冷却后的膨化粮表面,进行包装。
本发明中的有益效果为:
1、通过设置维生素C、维生素E、酵母硒和茶多酚的重量份根据 宠物需求进行配比,维生素C与维生素E协同作用,达到了有效清除 犬体内自由基,提高机体抗氧化酶系的酶活,降低脂质氧化程度、减 慢细胞分子的老化速度,明显提高犬血清中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘 肽过氧化物酶的活性,并能够有效降低脂质氧化产物丙二醛的含量, 从而改善犬的健康的效果,从而解决了现有的宠物用组合抗氧化剂无 法有效清除犬体内自由基、降低脂质氧化程度、和减慢细胞分子的老 化速度的问题。
2、通过添加组合抗氧化剂制成的含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮,经 实验证明相比单一抗氧化剂膨化粮对MDA含量的降低及T-AOC总抗氧 化能力的升高有明显的作用,具有显著的有益效果。

一种膨化粮;
包括膨化粮,所述膨化粮包括空白膨化粮,所述空白膨化粮的原 材料包括新鲜肉粉、蛋白粉、非谷物淀粉、甜菜粕、新鲜蔬果、鸡油、 复合水溶性维生素及微量元素、复合脂溶性维生素及微量元素、单一 抗氧化剂、其他原料;

步骤二、将复合水溶性维生素及微量元素一同加入搅拌机,混合;
步骤三、将步骤二中得到的产品调制后进膨化机膨化,整形,烘 干机烘干,冷却,得到膨化粮;
步骤四、将复合脂溶维生素及微量元素溶解在鸡油中,并均匀喷 涂在步骤三中冷却后的膨化粮表面,进行包装。
以上具体实施方式中,所述复合脂溶维生素及微量元素采用帝斯 曼维生素(山东)有限公司开发区分公司生产的“1%宠物复合预混合 饲料HDD”,其原料组成包括维生素A乙酸酯、维生素D3、dl-a-生 育酚乙酸酯、亚硫酸氢烟酰胺甲萘醌、硝酸硫铵、维生素B2、维生 素B6、维生素B12、D-生物素、D-泛酸钙、叶酸、烟酰胺、硫酸亚铁、 碱式氯化铜、硫酸锰、硫酸锌、硫酸钾、亚硫酸钠预混剂、乙氧基喹 啉、沸石粉、砻糠,未宠物提供基础的维生素和微量元素。
实验方案:
一、实验方法:选择20只健康且体格健壮的实验犬,随机分成 四组,每一组5个重复。
试验宠物用抗氧化组合物的效果。
1、首先4组犬全部饲喂不含抗氧化剂的空白料10天,为预饲喂 期,并在预饲喂期结束时,采集犬的血液,检测血清中超氧化物歧化 酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力、丙二醛(MDA) 含量、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)四个指标,检测方式为送检。
2、试验期将4组犬分别饲喂试验料(对照组、实施例1、实施 例2、实施例3)各28天,试验期分别在第2周与第4周结束时对试 验犬进行抽血,再次检测以上4个指标。数据参见表格1至4。
二、饲喂方法:
试验组犬全部采用单笼饲喂,试验期间由专人对犬舍及犬笼不定 期清洗消毒,饲喂时间为上午9:30与下午4:30定时定量饲喂,并保 证充足清洁的饮水。
三、结果与分析
分别对表格1至4中同组犬的各指标分别求平均值,进而计算出 对照组和实施例1至3各检测指标分别相对于空白料的增值,分别得 出数据,参见表格5至8。
由以上图表可以看出,添加了组合抗氧化剂后的实施例1至3相 比对照组,对MDA含量的降低及T-AOC总抗氧化能力的升高有明显的 作用,具有显著的有益效果。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范 围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技 术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改 变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种宠物用组合抗氧化剂,其特征在于:所述宠物用组合抗氧化剂组分为维生素C、维生素E、酵母硒和茶多酚;
所述维生素C的重量份为400-500份,所述维生素E的重量份为90-100份,所述酵母硒的重量份为0.1-0.3份,所述茶多酚的重量份为100-600份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮,其特征在于:所述含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮的原材料包括宠物用组合抗氧化剂、鲜肉粉、蛋白粉、非谷物淀粉、甜菜粕、新鲜蔬果、鸡油、复合水溶性维生素及微量元素、复合脂溶性维生素及微量元素、其他原料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮,其特征在于:所述新鲜肉粉的重量份为24份,所述蛋白粉的重量份为5份,所述非谷物淀粉的重量份为54份,所述甜菜粕的重量份为2份,所述新鲜蔬果的重量份为1份,所述鸡油的重量份为9份,所述复合水溶性维生素及微量元素的重量份为0.5份,所述复合脂溶性维生素及微量元素的重量份为0.5份,所述宠物用组合抗氧化剂的重量份为0.3份,所述其他原料为乳酸钙、沸石粉、蒙脱石、氯化钠按照10:1:1:1的混合物,且其重量份为3.7份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮,其特征在于:所述新鲜肉粉为鸡肉,所述新鲜蔬果为紫薯、南瓜和胡萝卜按照1:1:1的混合物。
5.权利要求2-4任一所述的一种含组合抗氧化剂的膨化粮的制作方法,其步骤为:步骤一、将新鲜肉粉,加入搅拌机中搅拌,同时加入蛋白粉、非谷物淀粉、甜菜粕、新鲜蔬果、其他原料和宠物用组合抗氧化剂,控制温度为35℃,搅拌速度为500转每分钟;
步骤二、将复合水溶性维生素及微量元素一同加入搅拌机,混合;
步骤三、将步骤二中得到的产品调制后进膨化机膨化,整形,烘干机烘干,冷却,得到膨化粮;
步骤四、将复合脂溶维生素及微量元素溶解在鸡油中,并均匀喷涂在步骤三中冷却后的膨化粮表面,进行包装。
