本申请实施例提供一种触发状态的确定方法及装置、终端、通信设备,包括:终端接收网络设备发送的第一配置信息,所述第一配置信息包括至少一个触发状态的配置信息;所述终端接收所述网络设备发送的第一控制信息,所述第一控制信息包括第一信息域;其中,所述终端基于所述第一信息域的取值确定第一触发状态标识,基于所述第一触发状态标识在所述第一配置信息中确定对应的第一触发状态;或者,所述终端基于所述第一信息域的取值在所述第一配置信息中确定位于目标位置处的第一触发状态。
