For example, if the data service of the terminal is directed to the stop processing server corresponding to the first stop APN, the terminal cannot perform the data service in the case of stopping, and if the voice service of the terminal is directed to the stop processing server corresponding to the second stop APN, the terminal can perform the voice service in the case of stopping, so that the terminal can perform recharge and recovery by dialing a recharge phone.
Which types of services of the terminal can be handled in case of outage can be set according to the actual requirements. For example, the terminal cannot make a call when the terminal is stopped, but can log in an operator website to recharge and reset. Claims (14)

1. A shutdown processing method comprising:
a Mobile Management Entity (MME) receives a first subscription data change message, wherein the first subscription data change message comprises: the method comprises the steps that a terminal identifier, a first stop APN and a second stop APN corresponding to the terminal are obtained, wherein the first stop APN and the second stop APN correspond to different service types respectively;
the MME responds to the terminal to initiate a first service, determines that the state of the terminal is implicit separation, and establishes an APN bearer for the terminal according to the service type of the terminal after guiding the terminal to be reattached so as to guide the service of the terminal to a corresponding halt processing server for processing, wherein the APN bearer comprises: the method comprises the steps that at least one of a first halt APN bearing and a second halt APN bearing is carried out, wherein under the condition that a terminal is halted, a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) sets the state of the terminal to be implicit separation, represents that the terminal is temporarily off-line, and retains original signed service data; the system comprises a first shutdown APN, a second shutdown APN and a first shutdown processing server, wherein the shutdown processing server corresponding to the first shutdown APN rejects the service of the terminal, and the shutdown processing server corresponding to the second shutdown APN processes the service of the terminal according to a preset rule;
the MME responds to the terminal reset and receives a second subscription data change message, wherein the second subscription data change message comprises: the identification of the terminal and the original signing service APN corresponding to the terminal are obtained by the HSS according to the reserved original signing service data;
and the MME responds to the terminal to initiate a second service and establishes APN bearing for the terminal according to the original signing service APN.
2. The shutdown processing method of claim 1,
the subscription data change message comprises an insert user data request, and a field of the second shutdown APN is expanded in the insert user data request;
the user data inserting message is generated by a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) according to a regional roaming limiting template, and a field of the second halt APN is expanded in the regional roaming limiting template.
3. The shutdown processing method of claim 1,
the first subscription data change message further includes: and the priority of the first stop APN and the second stop APN is higher than that of the original signed service APN corresponding to the terminal.
4. The shutdown processing method of claim 1,
the service type corresponding to the first stop APN comprises: and the service type corresponding to the second halt APN comprises: a voice service;
the step that the shutdown processing server corresponding to the second shutdown APN processes the service of the terminal according to the preset rule comprises the following steps:
and the shutdown processing server corresponding to the second shutdown APN receives the call of the terminal aiming at the preset number, and establishes the connection between the terminal and the called party.
5. The shutdown processing method of claim 1,
the MME responds to the terminal to initiate a second service, and the establishment of APN bearing for the terminal according to the original signing service APN comprises the following steps:
the MME responds to the terminal to initiate a second service, and determines that the state of the terminal is implicit separation;
and after guiding the terminal to be attached again, the MME establishes APN bearing for the terminal according to the original signing service APN.
6. A mobility management entity, comprising:
an information receiving module, configured to receive a first subscription data change message, where the first subscription data change message includes: the method comprises the steps that a terminal identifier, a first stop APN and a second stop APN corresponding to the terminal are obtained, wherein the first stop APN and the second stop APN correspond to different service types respectively;
a bearer establishing module, configured to, in response to the terminal initiating a first service, determine that a state of the terminal is implicit detach, and after guiding the terminal to re-attach, establish an APN bearer for the terminal according to a service type of the terminal, so as to guide the service of the terminal to a corresponding shutdown processing server for processing, where the APN bearer includes: the method comprises the steps that at least one of a first halt APN bearing and a second halt APN bearing is carried out, wherein under the condition that a terminal is halted, a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) sets the state of the terminal to be implicit separation, represents that the terminal is temporarily off-line, and retains original signed service data; the system comprises a first shutdown APN, a second shutdown APN and a first shutdown processing server, wherein the shutdown processing server corresponding to the first shutdown APN rejects the service of the terminal, and the shutdown processing server corresponding to the second shutdown APN processes the service of the terminal according to a preset rule;
the information receiving module is further configured to receive a second subscription data change message in response to the terminal reset, where the second subscription data change message includes: the identification of the terminal and the original signing service APN corresponding to the terminal are obtained by the HSS according to the reserved original signing service data;
and the bearer establishing module is also used for responding to the initiation of a second service by the terminal and establishing APN bearer for the terminal according to the original signing service APN.
7. The mobility management entity of claim 6, wherein,
the subscription data change message comprises an insert user data request, and a field of the second shutdown APN is expanded in the insert user data request;
the user data inserting message is generated by a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) according to a regional roaming limiting template, and a field of the second halt APN is expanded in the regional roaming limiting template.
8. The mobility management entity of claim 6, wherein,
the first subscription data change message further includes: and the priority of the first stop APN and the second stop APN is higher than that of the original signed service APN corresponding to the terminal.
9. The mobility management entity of claim 6, wherein,
the service type corresponding to the first stop APN comprises: and the service type corresponding to the second halt APN comprises: voice traffic.
10. The mobility management entity of claim 6, wherein,
the bearer establishing module is further configured to determine that the state of the terminal is implicit separation in response to the terminal initiating a second service; and after guiding the terminal to be attached again, establishing APN bearing for the terminal according to the original signing service APN.
11. A mobility management entity, comprising:
a memory; and
a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to execute the shutdown processing method of any of claims 1-5 based on instructions stored in the memory.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
13. An outage handling system comprising:
the mobility management entity of any of claims 6-11; and
and the home subscriber server HSS is used for sending the first subscription data change message and the second subscription data change message to the mobile management entity.
14. The outage handling system according to claim 13,
and under the condition that the terminal is stopped, the HSS is also used for setting the state of the terminal to be implicit separation and reserving the original signed service data of the terminal.
