Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present disclosure, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all of the embodiments. The following description of at least one exemplary embodiment is merely illustrative in nature and is in no way intended to limit the disclosure, its application, or uses. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The inventor researches and discovers that in the current international standard, a third party registration information-based implementation scheme is adopted for issuing short messages of a VoLTE user by a converged short message center, namely, a VoLTE terminal is attached to an LTE network, after IMS network registration is completed, an S-CSCF (Service-Call Session Control Function) can proxy the user to initiate third party registration to the converged short message center, and the converged short message center can store the user registration information and the registered S-CSCF address thereof after successful registration. After receiving an MT (Mobile Terminal, called end) short message sent to the user, the short message fusion center sends the short message to an S-CSCF registered by the user according to information stored during third-party registration, and transmits the short message to a VoLTE Terminal through a P-CSCF (Proxy-Call Session Control function); if the user is not registered in the IMS, the fusion short message center does not have the registration information of the user and the registered S-CSCF address thereof, judges that the user is in the CS domain according to the information, then directly sends a short message query SMSREQ message to an HLR (Home Location Register, Mobile number Home Location Register) for query, if the user is registered in the CS domain, the HLR returns the VLR (Visator Location Register) address registered by the user, and the fusion short message center sends a short message to the VLR; if the user is not registered in the CS domain, the HLR returns 'SMS access negative failure', namely, the prompt of short message sending failure is given because the user is powered off, and the short message enters a retransmission mechanism.
In the existing network test, it is found that there is a certain failure rate in the third party registration of the IMS network, that is, after the VoLTE user is attached to LTE and registered in IMS, the third party registration initiated by the S-CSCF to the converged short message is not successful, and the third party registration mechanism is different from the network registration mechanism, and the S-CSCF does not try again after receiving the third party registration, which results in that the VoLTE user whose IMS network registration is completed but the third party registration has failed, and the converged short message center does not have its registration information. Therefore, after the MT short messages sent to the users are received by the converged short messages, the users are judged to be in the CS domain according to the un-inquired registration information, and then the SMSREQ message is directly sent to the HLR for inquiry. When inquiring HLR, because the user is not registered in CS domain, the HLR has no CS domain registration information of the user, so the HLR will return the failure reason of 'user power off' to indicate that the short message transmission fails. The fused short message center records the failure reason, enters a short message retransmission mechanism and periodically initiates SMSREQ to the HLR. Because the user actually resides in the VoLTE domain all the time, the HLR will continuously return to the user and power off until the maximum retransmission number is exceeded, and the short message is discarded. This results in that the VoLTE subscriber always cannot receive the MT sms sent to him, since the S-CSCF does not succeed in the third party registration, although the subscriber is registered in the VoLTE domain.
In order to solve the above problems, the present disclosure provides a short message issuing method, which can improve the success rate of issuing a VoLTE short message, thereby improving the short message service experience of a VoLTE user.
First, some embodiments of the short message sending method of the present disclosure are described with reference to fig. 1.
Fig. 1 shows a schematic flow chart of a short message issuing method according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment includes steps S102 to S110.
In step S102, the short message convergence center queries the user account opening information of the receiving end by using the receiving end number to determine the user type of the receiving end.
The user type of the receiving end may specifically include a VoLTE user and a CS domain user.
Executing step S104 under the condition that the receiving end is a VoLTE user; if the receiving end is a CS domain user, step S108 is performed.
In step S104, the short message convergence center queries the registration state of the receiving end from the home subscriber server HSS to which the receiving end number belongs.
For example, the converged short message service center may initiate an LIR (Location-info request) to an HSS (Home Subscriber Server) to which the receiving terminal number belongs, so as to obtain the exact registration information of the receiving terminal. Then, the converged short message center receives a Location-Info-Answer (Location-Info-Answer) sent by the HSS. If the registration state of the receiving end is Registered, that is, the VoLTE user has completed IMS registration and only has failed third party registration, the location information response carries the Registered (Registered) registration state information of the receiving end, and carries the S-CSCF address Registered by the receiving end in the Server-Name AVP parameter, and then step S106 is executed.
If the registration state of the receiving end is Unregistered, that is, the VoLTE user is not registered in the IMS, the location information response carries information that the receiving end is Unregistered, the short message service center determines that the user is attached to the CS domain, and then step S108 is executed.
In step S106, the converged short message center issues a short message to the service call session control function S-CSCF registered at the receiving end.
In step S108, the short message convergence center issues a short message to the circuit switched CS domain.
The fusion short message center sends a short message query SMSREQ to a home location register HLR to which the receiving terminal number belongs, and enters a CS short message sending process.
In the above embodiment, the converged short message center first determines the user type of the receiving end. For the VoLTE user, the register state of the receiving end is further inquired from a Home Subscriber Server (HSS) to which the number of the receiving end belongs, and then the issuing path of the short message is determined. Therefore, the embodiment can realize the accurate issuing of the fusion short message center to the VoLTE short message, and avoid the defect that the VoLTE user cannot accept the MT short message due to the failure of the third-party registration, thereby improving the success rate of issuing the VoLTE short message and improving the short message service experience of the VoLTE user.
Meanwhile, the embodiment does not need to expand the existing protocol and signaling, has small influence on the existing network and service, and is easy to implement in the existing network.
Other embodiments of the disclosed short message sending method are described below with reference to fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a short message sending method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the present embodiment includes steps S200 to S212.
In step S200, the short message convergence center queries whether an S-CSCF registered by the receiving end exists in the registration status information table.
After receiving the MT short message sent to the VoLTE user, the short message convergence center first determines whether the user number of the receiving end is registered in the short message convergence center, that is, whether the third-party registration state information of the VoLTE user is stored in the registration state information table of the short message convergence center. The third party registration status information may specifically include a domain name, address information, etc. of the S-CSCF registered by the VoLTE user.
If yes, executing step S201; if not, go to step S202.
In step S201, the converged short message center issues a short message to the S-CSCF registered at the receiving end.
In step S202, the short message convergence center queries the user account opening information of the receiving end by using the receiving end number, and determines the user type of the receiving end.
Executing step S204 under the condition that the receiving end is a VoLTE user; if the receiving end is a CS domain user, step S208 is performed.
In step S204, the short message convergence center queries the registration status of the receiving end from the home subscriber server HSS to which the receiving end number belongs.
If the registration status of the receiving end is registered, go to step S206; if the registration status of the receiving end is unregistered, step S208 is executed.
In step S206, the converged short message service center stores the S-CSCF registered by the receiving end in the registration status information table. Then, step S201 is performed.
For example, the convergence short message center can update the registration state of the user and the registered S-CSCF address information according to the information, so as to send the MT short message to the S-CSCF which responds subsequently and enter the IP short message issuing process.
In step S208, the short message convergence center issues a short message to the CS domain.
In the embodiment, after HSS inquiry is carried out on the VoLTE user with failed third-party registration, the fusion short message center can update the S-CSCF registration information, and the HSS does not need to be inquired again in the subsequent short message issuing process, so that the inquiry amount of the fusion short message center to the HSS is controlled while the success rate of issuing the VoLTE short message is improved, and the work load of the HSS is reduced.
An application example of issuing a short message to a VoLTE user who fails to register with a third party by fusing a short message center is described below with reference to fig. 3.
Fig. 3 shows a flow diagram of an application example of issuing a short message to a VoLTE user who fails to register with a third party by fusing a short message center. As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment includes:
step S301, the fusion short message center receives MT short messages sent to a VoLTE user, the user is registered in the IMS, but the third party registration fails;
step S302, the converged short message center inquires that the user is not registered in the short message center, but the user is classified as a VoLTE user;
step S303, the fusion message center initiates LIR to HSS;
step S304, the HSS returns LIA to the fusion short message center, and the LIA carries the registered information of the user and the registered S-CSCF address;
step S305, merging the short message center to update the registration information and the S-CSCF address of the user;
step S306, the fusion short message center sends the MT short message to the S-CSCF registered by the user;
step S307, the S-CSCF registered by the user sends the MT short message to the P-CSCF;
step S308, the P-CSCF sends the MT short message to the user terminal.
