After the virtual pre-sale inventory is determined, the replenishment quantity of the new commodity supplier is calculated according to the inventory quantity of the commodities left in the warehouse by the old commodity supplier, so that a supply indication message indicating the replenishment of the new commodity supplier is generated and sent to the new commodity supplier. Further, delivery processing is performed on the stock of the goods left in the warehouse by the old goods supplier, and the old goods supplier is notified by the goods delivery notification message. The specific delivery processing may be that the platform performs commodity delivery with the old commodity supplier after inventory checking of the commodities, and then the platform provides the commodities to the new commodity supplier, or the platform performs commodity delivery between the new and old commodity suppliers.
The commodity data processing method of the embodiment of the invention simplifies the switching process between the new commodity supplier and the old commodity supplier by presetting the virtual pre-sale inventory mechanism, can better serve the commodity supplier, and has less influence on the online commodity sale due to the supplier switching.

The foregoing embodiment describes a flow process of a method for processing commodity data and a structure of a processing apparatus, and functions of the method and the apparatus can be implemented by an electronic device, as shown in fig. 4, which is a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and specifically includes: a memory 110 and a processor 120.

In addition to the programs described above, the memory 110 may also be configured to store other various data to support operations on the electronic device. after the warehousing processing of the commodities corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is completed, the step of converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into the entity inventory comprises the following steps:
receiving commodities with the quantity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale stock provided by a new commodity supplier, and executing warehousing processing;
after the warehousing process, the virtual pre-sale inventory is converted into actual sale inventory.
Wherein, the above-mentioned processing may further include:
receiving commodity delivery requests of an old commodity supplier and a new commodity supplier, and setting virtual pre-sale inventory according to the quantity of reserved and transferred commodities in the commodity delivery requests;
after the warehousing processing of the commodities corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is completed, the step of converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into the entity inventory comprises the following steps:
executing a transfer process of the goods of the old goods supplier to the new goods supplier;
after the library moving process is completed, the virtual pre-sale inventory is converted into actual sale inventory.
Wherein, the executing of the depalletizing process of the goods of the old goods supplier to the new goods supplier may include:
the commodities of the old commodity supplier are checked, the checking result is compared with the reserved transfer commodity quantity, the checking loss or the checking excess is determined, and the settlement is carried out between the old commodity supplier and the new commodity supplier according to the checking loss or the checking excess.
Wherein the setting of the virtual pre-sale inventory according to the reserved diverted quantity of the commodity in the commodity delivery request may include:

according to the pre-selling inventory requirement of the to-be-switched commodity and the information of the new commodity supplier, creating a virtual pre-selling inventory corresponding to the to-be-switched commodity for the new commodity supplier in the inventory database;
and generating a goods supply instruction message aiming at the new goods supplier and a goods delivery notification message aiming at the old goods supplier according to the virtual pre-sale inventory and the quantity of the goods inventory, and respectively sending the goods supply instruction message and the goods delivery notification message to the new goods supplier and the old goods supplier.
The detailed description of the above processing procedure, the detailed description of the technical principle, and the detailed analysis of the technical effect are described in the foregoing embodiments, and are not repeated herein.
Further, as shown, the electronic device may further include: communication components 130, power components 140, audio components 150, display 160, and other components. Only some of the components are schematically shown in the figure and it is not meant that the electronic device comprises only the components shown in the figure.
The communication component 130 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the electronic device and other devices. The electronic device may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi, 2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 130 receives a broadcast signal or broadcast related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In an exemplary embodiment, the communication component 130 further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short-range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, Ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, Bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
The power supply component 140 provides power to the various components of the electronic device. The power components 140 may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for an electronic device.
The audio component 150 is configured to output and/or input audio signals. For example, the audio component 150 includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the electronic device is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a voice recognition mode. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 110 or transmitted via the communication component 130. In some embodiments, audio assembly 150 also includes a speaker for outputting audio signals.
The display 160 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive an input signal from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touch, slide, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may not only sense the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also detect the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or a portion of the steps of implementing the above-described method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with program instructions. The program may be stored in a computer-readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (14)

1. A commodity data processing method comprises the following steps:
aiming at the commodity of a commodity supplier to be replaced, a commodity item corresponding to a new commodity supplier and a virtual pre-sale stock corresponding to the commodity item are created;
putting the commodity item corresponding to the new commodity supplier on the shelf and putting the commodity item corresponding to the old commodity supplier off the shelf;
and after the commodity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is put into a warehouse, converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into actual sale inventory.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving a virtual pre-sale inventory request of a new commodity supplier, and setting a virtual pre-sale inventory according to the estimated delivery quantity carried in the virtual pre-sale inventory request;
after the commodity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is put into a warehouse, the step of converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into the entity inventory comprises the following steps:
receiving commodities, the quantity of which corresponds to the virtual pre-sale inventory, provided by a new commodity supplier, and executing warehousing processing;
after the warehousing process, the virtual pre-sale inventory is converted into actual sale inventory.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
receiving commodity delivery requests of an old commodity supplier and a new commodity supplier, and setting the virtual pre-sale inventory according to the reserved quantity of transferred commodities in the commodity delivery requests;
after the commodity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is put into a warehouse, the step of converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into the entity inventory comprises the following steps:
executing a transfer process of the goods of the old goods supplier to the new goods supplier;
and after the library moving process is completed, converting the virtual pre-selling inventory into actual selling inventory.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said performing a resale process of goods of the old goods supplier to the new goods supplier comprises:
and checking the commodities of the old commodity supplier, comparing the checking result with the reserved transferred commodity quantity to determine the shortage or surplus of the inventory, and settling the balance between the old commodity supplier and the new commodity supplier according to the shortage or surplus of the inventory.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein setting the virtual pre-sale inventory according to the reserved diverted quantity of items in the item delivery request comprises:
and setting the virtual pre-sale inventory to a value less than or equal to the reserved transfer commodity quantity.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after shelving the item corresponding to the new item provider and shelving the item corresponding to the old item provider, further comprising:
receiving a commodity order from a shop side, and putting the commodity order into a pre-sale cache pool;
after the virtual pre-sale inventory shifts to actual sale inventory, a process of transmitting the item to the shop side is performed.
7. An apparatus for processing merchandise data, comprising:
the commodity item creating module is used for creating a commodity item corresponding to a new commodity supplier and a virtual pre-selling inventory corresponding to the commodity item aiming at the commodity of the commodity supplier to be replaced;
the commodity switching module is used for putting the commodity items corresponding to the new commodity supplier on the shelf and putting the commodity items corresponding to the old commodity supplier off the shelf;
and the inventory conversion module is used for converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into actual sale inventory after the warehousing processing of the commodities corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is completed.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the first virtual pre-sale inventory setting module is used for receiving a virtual pre-sale inventory request of a new commodity supplier and setting the virtual pre-sale inventory according to the estimated delivery quantity carried in the virtual pre-sale inventory request;
after the commodity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is put into a warehouse, the step of converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into the entity inventory comprises the following steps:
receiving commodities, the quantity of which corresponds to the virtual pre-sale inventory, provided by a new commodity supplier, and executing warehousing processing;
after the warehousing process, the virtual pre-sale inventory is converted into actual sale inventory.
9. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the second virtual pre-sale inventory setting module is used for receiving the commodity delivery requests of the old commodity supplier and the new commodity supplier and setting the virtual pre-sale inventory according to the quantity of reserved transfer commodities in the commodity delivery requests;
after the commodity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale inventory is put into a warehouse, the step of converting the virtual pre-sale inventory into the entity inventory comprises the following steps:
executing a transfer process of the goods of the old goods supplier to the new goods supplier;
and after the library moving process is completed, converting the virtual pre-selling inventory into actual selling inventory.
10. An electronic device, comprising:
a memory for storing a program;
a processor, coupled to the memory, for executing the program for:
aiming at the commodity of a commodity supplier to be replaced, a commodity item corresponding to a new commodity supplier and a virtual pre-sale stock corresponding to the commodity item are created;

in a commodity sales page, putting off a commodity item corresponding to an old commodity supplier, putting on a commodity item corresponding to a new commodity supplier, and setting the quantity of the commodity items corresponding to the new commodity supplier to be the quantity corresponding to the virtual pre-sale stock;
an order for a commodity on the store side is received, and commodity shipment processing is performed.

a processor, coupled to the memory, for executing the program for:
acquiring a commodity supplier switching request which comprises commodity information of commodities to be switched, old commodity supplier information and new commodity supplier information;
according to the commodity information, inquiring the commodity inventory quantity of an old commodity supplier corresponding to the commodity to be switched in an inventory database;
