Abstract
The invention discloses an electronic invoice application method and device supporting file dynamic permission. collecting user identification/user type and file operation authority, and determining the corresponding relation of the user identification/user type and the file operation authority;
and storing the correspondence in a database.
8. The electronic invoice application apparatus supporting document dynamic authority of claim 6, further comprising:
a file publishing unit to:
respectively generating at least one electronic invoice encrypted data and decrypted data corresponding to the file operation authority corresponding to the user identifier/user type according to the acquired user identifier/user type;
encrypting the electronic invoice data file according to the at least one electronic invoice encrypted data respectively, and issuing the encrypted electronic invoice data file;
the decryption data is used for decryption in the subsequent process of reading the electronic invoice data file.
9. The electronic invoice application apparatus supporting document dynamic authority of claim 6, further comprising:
a user right modification unit for:
according to a received user modification permission request, acquiring a user identifier/user type and an operation permission, and generating electronic invoice encrypted data and decrypted data corresponding to the user identifier/user type and the operation permission combination;
encrypting the electronic invoice data file according to the electronic invoice encrypted data, and issuing the encrypted electronic invoice data file;
the decryption data is used for decryption in the subsequent process of reading the electronic invoice data file.
10. The electronic invoice application apparatus supporting dynamic document rights according to any one of claims 6 to 9,
the status of the electronic invoice includes: the invoice is valid, the invoice is posted and reimbursed, the invoice is withheld, and the invoice is filed;
the file operation authority of the electronic invoice comprises the following steps: reading authority, authority for modifying purchaser, name, type, quantity, amount and/or tax label, failure authority, and deletion authority.
