Abstract
A device for running a leg or remotely replacing a transaction, comprising: the system comprises a mobile phone, client software and server software. The mobile phone is used for submitting requests, receiving orders, recording key stage processes, responding dynamic requirements or/and information transmission, and can provide functions of positioning, navigation and the like, and client software is also installed in the mobile phone. The client software is a system for identity submission, order receiving, positioning and data synchronization and is in network connection with the server software. The server software is a system responsible for generating and recording business, dispatching orders, transaction guarantee, and arbitration. One feature of the invention is that the transaction process is not a pure leg-race, but rather an in-process intervention and tracking. Another feature of the present invention is to provide a verification mechanism that can be used or facilitated for off-site litigation. And the present invention adds an order distribution (LBS) based office location positioning.

Background
