Description

Room management method, server, terminal and computer readable storage medium
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of database and hotel management, in particular to a room management method, a room management server, a room management terminal and a computer readable storage medium.
Background
In hotel reservation service, a client is required to inquire the latest guest room information through an online platform or an offline store, then the client proposes his own check-in demand, and a hotel party records the client demand and arranges specific guest rooms for the client.
In order to solve the above problems, a highly automated hotel management system is adopted in the related art, but after the rooms are cleaned, hotel service personnel still need to communicate with a front desk offline to inform the front desk that the rooms are cleaned completely, so that the front desk notes the rooms at the hotel management system side to release the rooms for clean rooms, and allows customers to check in. The above process generally has the following technical drawbacks:
(1) the service personnel and the foreground generate overstocked tasks and redundant data in the background of the system when cooperating to generate errors or untimely communication;
(2) data accumulation is caused by foreground error operation or untimely operation, the more items are laid over for a long time, the system load is increased, and the timeliness of guest room information is not strong;
(3) in addition to the pressure on the system operation, the guest room service personnel need to communicate with the foreground service personnel offline, so that the communication cost is increased on one hand, and on the other hand, idle rooms cannot be released at the first time to influence the performance of the hotel. Hotel customers (room reservation initiators) are not aware of what point in time they can check in, and are prone to arriving at the hotel too early or too late, affecting the routing and customer experience.
Moreover, any discussion of the prior art throughout the specification is not an admission that the prior art is necessarily known to a person of ordinary skill in the art, and any discussion of the prior art throughout the specification is not an admission that the prior art is necessarily widely known or forms part of common general knowledge in the field.
