According to the invention, through the fusion and the sharing of the sections, the use of cold and hot coil pipes is reduced, the utilization rate of the sections is improved, the length of the air conditioner sections is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner is reduced; the occupied area of the air conditioner is reduced, the construction of an air conditioner platform is reduced, and the civil engineering cost is reduced.

The air conditioner provides air with proper temperature and humidity for the paint spraying chamber continuously so as to ensure the smooth paint spraying operation.
The air conditioner converts the outside temperature and humidity into the temperature and humidity required by the paint spraying chamber, air with lower temperature needs to be treated to the required temperature and humidity through the air conditioner in winter, and at the moment, the air needs to be heated and humidified firstly to reach the required temperature; air with higher temperature needs to be treated to the required temperature and humidity through an air conditioner in summer, at the moment, the air needs to be humidified, cooled on the surface and heated to reach the required temperature (detailed numerical values can be obtained according to an enthalpy-humidity diagram), and the air conditioner can be used in four seasons only when meeting the requirements of extreme weather in summer and winter.
The conventional arrangement of the air conditioner sequentially comprises a primary heating section 1 (a burner is heated through gas), a primary filtering section 2, a middle-stage filtering section 3, a surface cooling section 4 (a coil pipe), a humidifying section 5 and a secondary heating section 6 (a coil pipe), outdoor air can reach required temperature through the functional sections, a fan 7 can be arranged inside or outside the air conditioner according to project conditions, and the position and the number of the filtering sections can be adjusted according to different projects, as shown in figure 1.

The water inlet pipeline is connected with a cold water pipe and an RO water pipe, and control valves are arranged on the cold water pipe and the RO water pipe; in summer, the RO water pipe is closed, the cold water pipe is opened, cold water is injected into the water tank, and the humidifying surface-cooling conversion section has the functions of surface cooling and humidifying; in winter, the cold water pipe is closed, the RO water pipe is opened, RO water (pure water) is injected into the water tank, and the humidification surface-cooling conversion section is a humidification section.
The novel air conditioner structure optimizes the air conditioner section position, so that the total length of the air conditioner is greatly reduced, and the material cost of the air conditioner is reduced; meanwhile, the use area of an air conditioning layer is saved, and the civil engineering cost is reduced; the pressure of a public station room is reduced, the use amount of cold water and hot water is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is achieved.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the figures and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the air conditioner for automobile paint spraying operation of the present invention comprises a main housing, wherein a filtering section (comprising a primary filtering section 10 and a middle-stage filtering section 20), a primary heating section 30, a humidifying surface-cooling converting section 40 and a secondary heating section 50 are sequentially arranged in the main housing from a fresh air inlet to an air conditioning air outlet; the humidification surface-cooling conversion section comprises a water tank 150, a humidifier connected with the water tank, and a water inlet pipeline capable of selectively introducing cold water or RO water into the water tank; the humidifying surface-cooling conversion section 40 and the secondary heating section 40 are not provided with coil pipes, and the humidifying surface-cooling conversion section also comprises a heating box 80 arranged outside the main box body, wherein an air inlet of the heating box is connected with the primary heating section through an air inlet pipeline with a fan 70 so as to extract filtered air to heat and send out, an air supply pipe connected with an air outlet of the heating box 80 is divided into two paths, one path is connected with the primary heating section, and the other path is connected with the secondary heating section; the two branches are respectively provided with a first air valve 90 and a second air valve 100 which are used for being opened or closed according to working conditions so as to selectively send hot air formed by the heating box into a primary heating section or a secondary heating section, and the front end of the fan on the air inlet pipeline is provided with a third air valve 60.
In the present invention, the heating box 80 is heated by gas to form hot air, and the hot air is discharged, and the burner and the gas valve set are disposed therein to introduce gas for combustion to heat air and form hot air at a desired temperature, which is a prior art device and will not be described in detail.
Wherein, the water pipeline that humidifier (including a plurality of shower nozzles, for prior art, no longer explain) and water tank 150 are connected is provided with governing valve FU, water pump 140, manometer PI, motorised valve M and thermometer TI, install level gauge 130 on the water tank 150.
The water inlet pipeline is connected with a cold water pipe and an RO water pipe, and the cold water pipe and the RO water pipe are provided with a first control valve 110 and a second control valve 120. In summer, the RO water pipe is closed, the cold water pipe is opened, cold water is injected into the water tank, and the humidifying surface-cooling conversion section has the functions of surface cooling and humidifying; in winter, the cold water pipe is closed, the RO water pipe is opened, RO water (pure water) is injected into the water tank, and the humidification surface-cooling conversion section is a humidification section.
In the novel air conditioner structure, primary heating and secondary heating share one burner to heat air, a coil pipe device is not arranged in the air conditioner, a fan 70 is arranged outside the air conditioner, a part of air subjected to primary filtering and intermediate filtering is pumped into a heating box 80, and the air is heated by the burner in the heating box 80 and sent to a required section.
In winter, the third air valve 60 and the first air valve 90 are opened, the second air valve 100 is closed, the hot air is sent to the primary heating section 30 to achieve the purpose of raising the temperature, passes through the humidifying section to achieve the required temperature and humidity, and is finally discharged through the tail end fan 140; in summer, the air valve 60 and the second air valve 100 are opened, the first air valve 90 is closed, the heated air is sent to the secondary heating section 50, the outdoor air is filtered, cooled and humidified and then mixed with hot air to reach the required temperature and humidity requirement, and finally the air is discharged through the tail end fan 140.
The arrangement mode of the invention reduces the use of cold and hot coil pipes and reduces the purchase cost through the fusion and the sharing of the sections; the use of cold water and hot water is reduced, and the energy-saving effect is achieved; the utilization rate of the section is improved, the length of the air conditioner section is reduced, and the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner is reduced; and the occupied area of the air conditioner is reduced, so that the construction of an air conditioner platform is reduced, and the civil engineering cost is reduced.
