本发明属于金属表面处理剂技术领域,尤其是一种金属抗腐蚀剂。
背景技术
为了提高金属表面的耐腐蚀性,现有技术中,通常是采用铬酸盐或磷酸盐对金属表面进行处理。但是,铬酸盐存在一定的毒性,其处理工序时,及处理后的废液处理等的费用非常高,并且处理效果较差,不符合现社会对环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种金属抗腐蚀剂。
本发明一种金属抗腐蚀剂,包括以下重量比原料:
硫酸铁 15-20 硫酸锰 15-20
氢氟酸 3-6 聚丙烯醇 12-20
硼酸 2-5 硝酸盐 5-10
有机缩聚物 5-10 蒸馏水 50。
进一步,优选的重量比原料组成:
硫酸铁 18 硫酸锰 17
氢氟酸 5 聚丙烯醇 16
硼酸 3 硝酸盐 8
有机缩聚物 8 蒸馏水 50。
本发明提高了金属表面的防腐剂附着性,并提高了耐腐蚀性能,而且提高了金属表面的耐磨性能。
