Abstract
The invention discloses a water-based resin cleaning and polishing agent which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-7 parts of acrylic resin, 5-30 parts of ethanol, 5-25 parts of butyl acetate, 0.1-3 parts of silicone oil, 1-5 parts of oleic acid, 801-10 parts of tween and 50-80 parts of water. The polishing agent prepared by combining the water-based resin with the solvent and the surfactant has higher cleaning and polishing effects on wooden furniture and leather products, and is low in cost, non-toxic, odorless, economical and environment-friendly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a water-based resin cleaning and polishing agent.
Background
The glazing agent is a surface protection article, also called as glazing wax, brightener and the like, and is generally used for cleaning, decontaminating, glazing, protecting and the like of the surfaces of materials such as vehicles, ship bodies, household equipment, furniture, floors, partition boards, instruments, electrical appliances and the like, and is used for short-term surface maintenance. The simple preparation method is that various natural waxes (glazing auxiliary agents) with the brightening effect are dissolved in solvents such as turpentine and the like to prepare soft paste, the soft paste is coated on the surface of a material to be glazed when the soft paste is used, and then the soft paste is uniformly wiped by using a rag. With the rapid development of the petrochemical industry, various novel glazing aids have been developed in the development and research of modern glazing agents, and besides natural wax as a main raw material, novel glazing aids such as dimethyl silicone oil, white oil and the like are used as effective glazing components. In addition, the polishing agent is also added with petroleum solvent, emulsifying assistant, decontamination assistant, antioxidant assistant, antiseptic and bactericidal assistant, antistatic assistant, antirust assistant, ultraviolet absorption assistant and other components, so that the expanded use performance and the product quality of the polishing agent are further improved. However, the cost of the natural wax agent is high, and the glazing agent prepared by the natural wax agent needs to be fully mixed before use, otherwise, the glazing uniformity is extremely easy to reduce.
The patent CN200910179339.1 discloses an environment-friendly antibacterial glazing agent and a preparation method thereof, and the adopted raw materials comprise 0.6-5.0 parts of wax agent, 1.0-8.0 parts of silicone oil, 2.0-9.0 parts of natural solvent oil, 3.0-10.0 parts of surfactant, 0.1-1.2 parts of bactericide, 0.05-0.3 part of preservative, 0.1-0.8 part of essence, 0.05-1.0 part of stabilizer and 100 parts of deionized water. It also uses a small amount of wax as raw material, and adds a large amount of solvent oil (such as oleic acid, etc.) to make the wax and other components fully mixed, so that the cost of said polishing agent is high and its odor is bad. The polishing agent prepared from the raw materials which can replace the wax agent has high uniformity and stability, higher polishing effect, reduced production cost and no toxicity and odor, and is the problem to be solved by the industry at present.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention aims to provide a non-toxic, odorless, economical and environment-friendly water-based resin cleaning and glazing agent. The water-based resin is used as a raw material to replace a wax agent to prepare a low-cost glazing agent, and the glazing agent can form a thin compact bright layer on the surface of an object and has an obvious glazing effect.

50-80 parts of water.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the aqueous resin cleaning glazing agent of the present invention comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
1-4 parts of acrylic resin,
10-20 parts of ethanol, namely ethanol,
5-15 parts of butyl acetate, namely,
0.5 to 2 portions of silicone oil,
1-3 parts of oleic acid, namely,
the weight portion of the Tween 803-8,
60-70 parts of water.
Further, the water-based resin cleaning and polishing agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2 parts of acrylic resin, namely 2 parts of acrylic resin,
15 parts of ethanol, namely 15 parts of ethanol,
10 parts of butyl acetate, namely 10 parts of butyl acetate,
1 part of silicone oil, namely 1 part of silicone oil,
2 parts of oleic acid, namely 2 parts of oleic acid,
805 parts of Tween, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier,
and 65 parts of water.
The polishing agent is used for floors, other wooden furniture and leather products, and can remove stains on the surface by wiping the polishing agent and form a compact bright layer on the surface.
Compared with the prior art, the invention discloses the following technical effects: the polishing agent is prepared by taking water-based resin as a raw material and combining the other components, has good cleaning capability on floors, wooden furniture and leather products, high glossiness and strong water resistance, overcomes the defect that other cleaning can not polish, and has the advantages that when an object is scrubbed, a thin compact and bright layer is formed on the surface of the object, the shape of the object is not influenced, and the functions of decontamination, water prevention and polishing protection are realized. The glazing agent is nontoxic, odorless, economical and environment-friendly, and the liquid is in a uniform and transparent state and can be directly used.

Example 1
The water-based resin cleaning and polishing agent is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2 parts of acrylic resin, namely 2 parts of acrylic resin,
15 parts of ethanol, namely 15 parts of ethanol,
10 parts of butyl acetate, namely 10 parts of butyl acetate,
1 part of silicone oil, namely 1 part of silicone oil,
2 parts of oleic acid, namely 2 parts of oleic acid,
805 parts of Tween, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier,
and 65 parts of water.
Comparative example 1
A glazing agent is prepared according to the technical scheme disclosed in embodiment 1 of patent CN200910179339.1, and the specific steps are as follows:
adding 7.0 parts of olive oil and 3.5 parts of wax agent (the weight parts of beeswax and carnauba wax are 1: 6, and the mixture is uniform) into a reaction kettle, and stirring and dissolving at the rotating speed of 400 r/min; sequentially adding 6.0 parts of silicone oil (uniform mixture of medical dimethyl silicone oil and amino siloxane in a weight ratio of 5: 1) at a rotating speed of 800r/min, span-602.0 parts and 1.0 part of deionized water, and stirring for 20 min; heating and dissolving 5.0 parts of surfactant (an even mixture of alkyl polyglycoside and tween-80 in a weight ratio of 3: 2), 0.8 part of bactericide (an even mixture of water-soluble chitosan and nano-silver in a weight ratio of 3: 5) and 0.1 part of sorbic acid in 6.0 parts of deionized water at 50 ℃ to prepare a premixed solution; slowly adding the premixed solution into the reaction kettle at the rotating speed of 1000r/min, and stirring for 30 min; adding the rest deionized water at the rotating speed of 1400r/min, and stirring for 50 min; cooling to room temperature, adding 0.4 part of pineapple essence and 1.0 part of edible acetic acid, stirring uniformly at the rotating speed of 200r/min, and obtaining an environment-friendly antibacterial glazing agent liquid material with the quality inspection pH value of 7.0 +/-0.5; taking 200g of the prepared environment-friendly antibacterial glazing agent liquid material, mixing with deodorized Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) according to the weight ratio of 5: 1, filling into a 450mL aerosol sealing tank through a professional aerosol filling process, and matching with a valve and a press head to obtain a finished product.
Comparative example 2
The glazing agent is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15 parts of ethanol, namely 15 parts of ethanol,
10 parts of butyl acetate, namely 10 parts of butyl acetate,
1 part of silicone oil, namely 1 part of silicone oil,
2 parts of oleic acid, namely 2 parts of oleic acid,
805 parts of Tween, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier,
and 65 parts of water.
Comparative example 3
The glazing agent is prepared by uniformly mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2 parts of acrylic resin, namely 2 parts of acrylic resin,
15 parts of ethanol, namely 15 parts of ethanol,
1 part of silicone oil, namely 1 part of silicone oil,
2 parts of oleic acid, namely 2 parts of oleic acid,
805 parts of Tween, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier,
and 65 parts of water.
The glazing agents prepared in example 1 of the present invention and comparative documents 1 to 3 were used for automobile interior leather, and the test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the polishing agent prepared in example 1 of the present invention has a good cleaning effect and an excellent polishing effect on leather products. The glazing agent of the invention is non-toxic and odorless, and has low cost.

3. The aqueous resin cleaning glazing agent according to claim 2, characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
2 parts of acrylic resin, namely 2 parts of acrylic resin,
15 parts of ethanol, namely 15 parts of ethanol,
10 parts of butyl acetate, namely 10 parts of butyl acetate,
1 part of silicone oil, namely 1 part of silicone oil,
2 parts of oleic acid, namely 2 parts of oleic acid,
805 parts of Tween, and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier,
and 65 parts of water.

The use of the aqueous resin cleaning and polishing agent according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the raw materials are mixed uniformly in proportion to form the aqueous resin cleaning and polishing agent, and then the aqueous resin cleaning and polishing agent is used for wiping floors, other wooden furniture and leather products to form a compact and bright layer on the surface of an object.
