Example 5
The chromatic sofas of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were taken, and a portion of their upholstery was cut out therefrom and tested for color fastness and softness. The test method is as follows:

and (3) softness testing: selecting a test ring with the inner diameter of 25mm according to the specification of QB/T4870-2015, and testing the softness value of the test ring;

As can be seen from the above Table 1, the sofa leather of the chromatic sofa has high color fastness and better softness, which shows that the color-fixing paint and the color-fixing surface oil used by the invention have better adhesion to leather, good wear resistance and better flexibility; example 1, which has a higher softness value than comparative example 1, illustrates that the color correction paint consists of a component a, a component B and a component C in a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-1: the 0.1-0.5 mixture has little effect on the softness of the cured sofa leather cover. Compared with the comparative example 2, the color fastness of the example 1 is higher, which shows that the drying time and the relative humidity have larger influence on the color fixing surface oil, and the color fixing protection effect on the color fixing paint is better, so that the wear resistance and the color fastness of the chromatography sofa are improved.

Claims (8)

1. The manufacturing method of the chromatic sofa is characterized by comprising the following steps: the method comprises the following steps:
(S1), cutting the leather into leather blocks, coating color-modifying paint with at least one color on the leather blocks, and drying to obtain color-registering leather blocks;
(S2) sewing the color-coated leather blocks obtained in the step (S1) into a sofa leather cover, and then covering the sofa leather to obtain a semi-finished sofa;
(S3) finishing the semi-finished sofa obtained in the step (S2), coating color-fixing surface oil on the surface of the semi-finished sofa, and drying to obtain the chromatic sofa.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method comprises the steps of: the color-modifying paint comprises a component A, a component B and a component C in a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-1: 0.1-0.5;
