s3: and (4) adding the flatting agent and the drier into the dispersion cylinder in the step S2, dispersing at a third stirring speed, adding butyl acetate, and adjusting the viscosity to obtain the product.
In the preparation method of the wood colored paint composition, the first stirring speed is 600-800 rpm. The second stirring speed is 1200-1500 rpm. The third stirring speed is 800-1200 rpm.
In step S1, the time for dispersing at the first stirring speed is not less than 5 min.
In step S2, when the matting powder and xylene are added to the dispersion tank in step S1, the tank edge needs to be cleaned and the tank edge is shoveled to ensure no edge covering and no caking.
In step S2, the dispersion is carried out until the fineness reaches the standard, which means that the fineness is less than or equal to 25 μm.
After the step S2, the machine is stopped for sampling and inspection, and the step S3 is performed after the fineness is qualified.
In step S3, the time for dispersing at the third stirring speed is not less than 10 min.
And step S3, after dispersing at a third stirring speed, discharging not less than 2kg of the wood colored paint composition at the interface, pouring the wood colored paint composition into a dispersing cylinder, after uniform dispersion, inspecting, adding butyl acetate to adjust the viscosity to 450-550 mpa.s/25 ℃, and obtaining the wood colored paint composition.
In the wood colored paint composition, the white color paste is prepared from 50% of butyl acetate and 50% of white color chips.
The preparation method of the white color paste comprises the steps of dispersing and stirring 50% of butyl acetate and 50% of white color chips until the butyl acetate and the white color chips are completely dissolved until the fineness is less than or equal to 20 mu m.
The vinyl chloride-acetate copolymer solution was a 20% vinyl chloride-acetate copolymer solution prepared from 45kg of methyl isobutyl ketone, 35kg of xylene and 20kg of vinyl chloride-acetate copolymer A-71076. During preparation, the methyl isobutyl ketone, the dimethylbenzene and the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer A-71076 are dispersed and stirred until the methyl isobutyl ketone, the dimethylbenzene and the vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer A-71076 are completely dissolved until the fineness is less than or equal to 10 mu m.
The curing agent comprises:
50kg of n-butyl acetate are added,
50kgN3390。
during preparation, N-butyl acetate and N3390 are stirred and dispersed for 30min, and after uniform stirring, discharging and sealing are carried out.
The diluent comprises:
40kg of n-butyl acetate, namely 40kg of n-butyl acetate,
10kg of ethyl acetate is added into the mixture,
45kg of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, namely,
ethylene glycol diacetate 5 kg.
During preparation, n-butyl acetate, ethyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and ethylene glycol diacetate are stirred uniformly.
When the woodware colored paint coating is used, the woodware colored paint composition, the curing agent and the diluent are mixed uniformly.
Example of detection
The testing example tests the performance of the woodware colored paint prepared in example 1, and the testing indexes and the standards are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
The standard of the detection item 1 is GB/T23997-.
The coating process of the woodware colored paint coating comprises the following steps: and after the priming paint is filled and leveled, polishing and cleaning the priming paint, diluting the woodware colored paint composition, the curing agent and the diluent in proportion, finishing coating after a paint film is dried through spraying construction, and ensuring that the paint film is not touched by the outside before being dried so as to avoid influencing the coating quality.
The detection process is carried out according to GB/T23997-2009 solvent type polyurethane woodware coating for interior decoration, the woodware colored paint coating is sprayed on a test board, and after a paint film is dried, the performance of the paint film is tested. Two wood paint samples a and B are commercially available as controls. The results are shown in Table 2.
TABLE 2
The data show that the woodware colored paint coating is a non-skin-feel coating with scratch resistance and self-repair, has good hand feeling, no light, self-repair, good wear resistance and scratch resistance, better flexibility than the commercial coating, obviously better yellowing resistance than the commercial colored paint coating, good adhesive force and can be used as the first choice for coating high-grade woodware.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, and various changes can be made within the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the present invention.
