Description

Elevator information prompting system and elevator information prompting method
Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator system, in particular to an elevator information prompting system and an elevator information prompting method capable of avoiding confusion of passengers.
Background
With the continuous progress of elevator technology, besides the traditional direct operation, the information interaction mode between the passenger and the elevator is additionally provided with a plurality of interaction modes which do not need the passenger to directly operate the elevator on site, such as remote reservation elevator taking, mobile phone call calling and the like. In addition to this, the degree of intelligence of the elevator is gradually increased, and for example, the elevator waits in advance at a departure floor where a passenger is going to ride an elevator by self-learning according to the identity information of the passenger and the history information of riding the elevator, and automatically registers a destination floor for the passenger after the passenger enters the car.
The elevator with the functions provides more friendly, more convenient and more confident elevator riding experience for passengers, but meanwhile certain confusion can be brought to the passengers under certain special conditions, for example, the passengers are confused because of no understanding of off-site operation of other passengers or certain autonomous behaviors of the elevator. Specifically, for example, in a waiting hall at a certain floor, only one passenger waits for the elevator to go up and is already registered (the up button is lighted and displayed), and at this time, the down button is suddenly lighted by other passengers relatively far from the elevator site in a manner of mobile phone calling.
Therefore, when passengers at the elevator site are confused by the execution of instructions or some autonomous actions by the elevator, it is necessary to provide appropriate notification information to the passengers at the elevator site to avoid or eliminate the confusion.

Detailed Description
Other advantages and effects of the present invention will become readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the following detailed description, wherein it is shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein the specific embodiments are by way of illustration. In the following description, specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention, but the present invention may be practiced or applied in different embodiments, and the details may be based on different viewpoints and applications, and may be widely spread and replaced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
It should be noted that the meaning of "and/or" appearing throughout is to include three parallel solutions, taking the solution of "a and/or B" as an example, including the solution a or the solution B or the solution a + B.
Example one
The elevator information prompting method of the embodiment judges the execution result of the control signal of the elevator execution elevator control system, and generates the prompting information and provides the prompting information for the passengers on site if and only if the execution result is judged to cause confusion of the passengers on site. Wherein, the specific flow is shown in fig. 1, and the specific steps of determining whether the execution result will cause confusion to the passengers on site are as follows:
step 1, judging whether the control signal is generated by direct operation of a passenger on site, if so, entering step 3, otherwise, entering step 2;
step 2, judging whether the execution result of the elevator executing the control signal can confuse the passengers on site, if so, judging that the passengers on site can confuse; otherwise, entering step 3;
and 3, judging that the passengers on site do not get confused.
When the elevator control system generates a control signal and all elevator field operating devices capable of generating the control signal are not directly operated by a field passenger, the step 1 determines that the control signal is not generated by field passenger operation.
The step 1 judges whether the control signal is generated by the operation of the on-site passenger according to the judgment of the physical meaning of the control signal (if and only if it can be determined that the control signal is necessarily generated in a remote operation manner or not necessarily generated in a remote operation manner only according to the physical meaning of the control signal).
If the information contained in the control signal comprises the execution result of the elevator based on the control signal, in step 2, directly judging whether the control signal can cause confusion of passengers on site according to the execution result; if the information contained in the control signal only has signal content, in step 2, firstly, the execution result of the elevator based on the control signal is deduced according to the signal content, and then whether the execution result can cause confusion of the passengers on site is judged according to the deduced execution result.
Specifically, when the execution result is not generated by the elevator in response to the operation of the on-site passenger and can be directly felt by the on-site passenger, the execution result is judged to cause confusion of the on-site passenger, wherein the confusion includes direct perception (such as the lighting of an uplink and downlink registration button) and indirect perception (such as the elevator control system sends destination floor registration information including remote registration to the mobile terminal of the passenger, and the passenger obtains the destination floor registration information through the mobile terminal).
And judging whether the execution action or the execution result of the control signal is transient or persistent according to the signal content of the control signal or the execution result of the control signal executed by the elevator (the judgment of whether the control signal is persistent or transient depends on the size relationship between the execution action or the execution result and the corresponding threshold), and determining the opportunity of providing the prompt information for the on-site passenger according to the judgment result. The method comprises the following specific steps:
if the execution action of the control signal is transient, generating a prompt control instruction and providing the prompt information to the on-site passenger before and/or after the execution of the execution action;
generating a prompt control instruction if the action performed by the control signal is persistent and providing the prompt information to the on-site passenger prior to and/or during the execution of the action;
if the execution result of the elevator executing the control signal is transient, generating a prompt control instruction and providing prompt information to the on-site passenger before and/or after the execution result appears;
if the execution result of the elevator executing the control signal is continuous, a prompt control instruction is generated, and prompt information is provided to the on-site passenger before and/or during the execution result.
And generating the prompt information according to at least one of information content, execution result and passenger confusion contained in the control signal. Preferably, the control signal is inquired in the pre-stored preset prompt information according to at least one of information content, execution result and passenger confusion contained in the control signal, and the corresponding prompt information is output.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, an elevator information presentation system based on the elevator information presentation method includes:
a receiving device for receiving a control signal from an elevator control system;
the first judgment device judges whether the control signal is generated by direct operation of a passenger on site or not according to the control signal received by the receiving device;
the second judgment device judges whether the execution result of the elevator based on the control signal can cause confusion of passengers on site according to the control signal received by the receiving device;
prompt control means for generating a prompt information content and a prompt control command if and only if the first judging means judges that the control signal is not generated by a direct operation of a live passenger and the second judging means judges that the execution result causes confusion of the live passenger;
and the prompting device is used for providing the prompting information content for the on-site passenger according to the prompting control instruction.
The on-site passenger refers to a passenger who can directly sense the execution result generated by the elevator execution control signal, wherein the passenger can obtain information from the outside by using at least one of vision, hearing, touch, smell, taste and heat.
The prompting device comprises at least one of a display device, a voice broadcasting device, a robot, an autonomous moving body and an intelligent terminal of a passenger, wherein the display device is positioned in the car or on the landing.
The content of the prompt message at least comprises the reason for generating the prompt control command and/or the execution result of the elevator executing the control signal.
The prompt control instruction includes at least one of timing, manner and effect of the prompt device providing the prompt information content to the passenger at the elevator site.
The elevator control system is at least one of a mechanical control system, an electrical control system and a software control system of the elevator; the control signal corresponds to an elevator control system and is at least one of a mechanical control signal generated by the mechanical control system, an electrical control signal generated by the electrical control system and a control command signal in a software program contained in the software control system.
The information contained in the control signal comprises signal content, the first judging device judges whether the control signal is generated by direct operation of the on-site passenger according to the physical meaning of the signal content (mainly aiming at a mechanical control system and an electrical control system), the second judging device firstly infers the execution result of the elevator based on the control signal according to the signal content, and judges whether the execution result can cause confusion of the on-site passenger according to the execution result.
The information contained in the control signal comprises an execution result of the elevator based on the control signal, and the second judgment device judges whether the execution result can cause confusion of the passengers on the site according to the execution result.
The corresponding scenarios of this embodiment are: when the elevator car exceeds the speed and reaches the rated speed of the speed limiter, the speed limiter stops running, the speed limiter rope pulls up a safety gear connecting rod system arranged on a car beam by means of friction force in a rope pulley or a rope clamping mechanism, wedge blocks of safety gears on two sides of the car are synchronously lifted to clamp a guide rail, and the overspeed car is braked and stopped. When the safety tongs act, the safety switch of the speed limiter or the safety switch operated by the lifting rod of the safety tongs can break the control circuit, so that the brake is forced to lose power and brake. The aforementioned system is obviously a mechanical control system, in which process the speed limiter of the elevator control system is the sender of the control signal and the safety gear is the executor, and the content of the signal is the pulling action sent by the speed limiter, which is a mechanical control signal. Given that the mechanical control signal can only be generated by the governor at the time of a car stall, it can be determined from this information that the control signal must not have been generated by a live passenger operation.
The embodiment judges whether the control signal of the elevator causes confusion of passengers on site or not, and provides related prompt information for the passengers on site when judging that the passengers on site cause confusion, so that the confusion of the passengers on site caused by the autonomous action of the elevator executing a remote operation command or an internal decision can be avoided, and the confusion of the passengers on site can be eliminated.
Example two
The elevator information prompting method of the embodiment is similar to the elevator information prompting method of the first embodiment, and the difference is that the specific steps of judging whether the execution result can cause confusion of passengers on site are shown in fig. 4:
step 1, judging whether the control signal is generated by direct operation of a passenger on site, if so, entering step 4, otherwise, entering step 2;
step 2, judging whether the execution result of the elevator executing the control signal can confuse passengers on site, if so, entering step 3, otherwise, entering step 4;
step 3, judging whether a passenger is present on site or not, and if so, judging that the passenger is confused on site; otherwise, turning to the step 4;
and 4, judging that the passengers on site do not get confused.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, an elevator information presentation system based on the elevator information presentation method of the present embodiment includes:
a receiving device for receiving a control signal from an elevator control system;
the detection device is used for detecting the condition of passengers on the elevator site;
the first judgment device judges whether the control signal is generated by direct operation of a passenger on site or not according to the control signal received by the receiving device;
the second judgment device judges whether the execution result of the elevator based on the control signal can cause confusion of passengers on site according to the control signal received by the receiving device;
the third judgment device judges whether a field passenger exists according to the detection result output by the detection device;
prompt control means for generating a prompt information content and a prompt control command if and only if the first judging means judges that the control signal is not generated by a direct operation of a live passenger and the second judging means judges that the execution result may cause confusion of the live passenger and the third judging means judges that the live passenger is present;
and the prompting device is used for providing the prompting information content for the on-site passenger according to the prompting control instruction.
EXAMPLE III
This embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, and only the differences will be described below.
In the elevator information prompting method of the embodiment, in step 1, whether the control signal is generated by the direct operation of the on-site passenger is judged according to the signal generating/receiving device information of the control signal. Alternatively, all possible signal generating/receiving means of the control signal are enumerated, it being determined that the control signal is generated by a live passenger operation by excluding the control signal from being generated by a remote operation and from being generated by an elevator autonomous decision.
The control signals generated by the autonomous decision-making are control instructions generated by other systems (such as a group control system and an intelligent allocation system) except the elevator control system, and the systems generally obtain related knowledge by using technical means such as statistical analysis, data mining, machine learning and the like based on current operation data and/or historical operation data of the elevator, current and/or historical elevator taking data of passengers, identity data of the passengers and the like, and then autonomously generate the control instructions according to the obtained knowledge and the real-time state of the elevator, so that the elevator can better provide services for the passengers, such as waiting for elevator taking, automatic registration of destination floors and the like.
Specifically, the determination is made according to the attribute of the signal generating device/signal receiving device of the control signal:
determining that the control signal is generated by the on-site passenger's on-site operation when the signal generating/receiving device information indicates that the signal generating/receiving device is installed at the elevator on-site and the signal generating device can be directly operated only by the on-site passenger;
and when the signal generating/receiving device information indicates that the signal generating/receiving device is installed at the elevator site but the signal receiving device only receives an operation command generated by a device outside the elevator system and transmitted to the elevator system, determining that the control signal is generated by remote operation.
The remote operation is that the elevator related party generates an operation instruction by a device which is not at the elevator installation site and transmits the operation instruction to the elevator system, and mainly comprises that a passenger and/or a management party (a property monitoring center, a maintenance or a manufacturer) transmits a control instruction (such as reserved elevator taking, remote calling and the like) to the elevator system in a remote access and/or mobile access mode at a site which is not an elevator site by a signal transmission device.
Correspondingly, a first judgment device of the elevator information prompt system judges whether the control signal is generated by remote operation according to the information of the signal generation/receiving device contained in the control signal, specifically:
the first judging means judges that the control signal is not generated by a remote operation if the signal generating/receiving means information contained in the control signal indicates that the control signal is generated by an elevator component or an elevator function module;
the first judging means judges that the control signal is generated by a remote operation if the signal generating/receiving device information contained in the control signal indicates that the control signal is related to an operation command received by an on-site elevator receiving device and that the on-site elevator receiving device receives only an operation command generated by a device outside the elevator system.
In this embodiment, the control signal is generated by the elevator in response to an operation command from outside the elevator system, and the control signal is generated by the elevator control system in response to an operation command from outside the elevator system.
When the control signal is generated by an elevator control system in response to an operation command from outside the elevator system, whether the control signal is generated by remote operation of an elevator-related party is further distinguished, and the control signal mainly relates to an operation command (such as reserved elevator taking, remote calling and the like) transmitted to the elevator by a passenger and/or a management party (a property monitoring center, a maintenance or a manufacturer) in a remote access and/or mobile access mode at a non-elevator site by using a signal transmission device.
In particular, it is distinguished whether the control signal has been generated by a remote operation of the elevator concerned into two cases:
in case one, the operating instructions associated with the control signals contain information that specifically concludes "generated by remote operation of the passenger";
in case two, the operation command includes information of the signal receiving device for receiving the passenger operation command, and at this time, the signal receiving device needs to analyze and process the information of the signal receiving device so as to obtain a conclusion whether the operation command is generated by the passenger remote operation.
The following description will take an example in which a hall up/down button in the background art is turned on. For example, in a hall at a certain floor, only one passenger is waiting to ride on the elevator and has been registered (up button lighting display), and at this time, if the down buttons are suddenly turned on and the detection means detects that the hall does not have a new on-site passenger operating the down buttons, it can be determined that the down buttons are turned on due to the remote operation.
At this time, the down button is suddenly turned on by other passengers relatively far away from the elevator site in a mobile phone calling manner, and in this case, the passenger in the waiting hall is inevitably confused about the fact that the down button is turned on.
The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the specific embodiments, which are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments. Equivalent alterations and modifications made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention should be considered to be within the technical scope of the invention.
