The invention can replace manual measurement, reduce workload, and improve measurement accuracy, thereby improving automation degree of the whole unit.

Background
When the nail ear of the starting sheet of the anode unit of the copper electrolysis workshop penetrates through the upper conveyor slot station, the draping degree of the starting sheet needs to be checked in the process, so that the quality of the starting sheet is judged. The existing method is that a conveyor is generally stopped, a starting sheet is manually lifted from a conveyor groove frame and taken to a hanging bracket on the outer side, the starting sheet and a hanging perpendicular line on the hanging bracket are weighed to measure the distance, the hanging degree of the starting sheet is further judged, special personnel are required to measure the distance on site, the labor intensity is high, the measurement error is large, and the whole working efficiency is influenced.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the device for detecting the suspension degree of the starting sheet on line comprises a starting sheet conveyor 1, a suspension degree detection sensor mounting frame 3, a suspension degree detection sensor 9 and a starting sheet on-line lifting mechanism 4; the starting sheet 2 is conveyed on a starting sheet conveyor 1, and an online starting sheet lifting mechanism 4 is connected with the starting sheet conveyor 1; the suspension degree detection sensor mounting frame 3 comprises two first bottom plates 5, two upright posts 6 and a plurality of cross beams 7, wherein the top of each first bottom plate 5 is connected with one upright post 6, the first bottom plates 5 are fixedly connected with the lower parts of the upright posts 6 through rib plates 8, the plurality of cross beams 7 which are parallel to each other are connected between the two upright posts 6, and the two first bottom plates 5 are respectively connected with the starting sheet conveyor 1; a plurality of sag detection sensors 9 are uniformly installed on the plurality of cross beams 7; the starting sheet on-line lifting mechanism 4 is used for controlling the lifting of the starting sheet 2, and the suspension degree detection sensor 9 is used for measuring the suspension degree of the starting sheet 2.

When the device is used, the starting sheet conveyor 1 is stopped, the starting sheet on-line lifting mechanism 4 is started, the piston rod of the lifting cylinder 13 extends out, the acting force of the lifting cylinder 13 acts on the starting sheet 2 through the connecting shaft 16 and the conducting rod limiting lifting groove plate 15, the starting sheet on-line lifting mechanism 4 lifts the starting sheet 2 to reach the limiting position under the guiding limiting of the guiding upright post 11 and the limiting snap spring 14, the suspension degree detection sensor 9 starts to work, the measured data is uploaded, one-time measurement recording is completed, the lifting cylinder 13 is started and controlled, the piston rod retracts to the right position, one-time measurement is completed, the starting sheet conveyor 1 is started, and the next cycle is carried out.
