In embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, an easy-open end for preventing the edge of the end from being scratched comprises an easy-open end 25 and a pull ring 2 arranged on one side of the easy-open end, wherein a eagle beak 3 on the pull ring points to the outer edge of the easy-open end, the easy-open end is of a symmetrical structure relative to the center line of the pull ring, a convex hull 4 protruding upwards is integrally formed on the cover on the side of the easy-open end away from the pull ring, the convex hull is in a circular truncated cone shape, and the longitudinal section of the convex hull in the direction of the long axis of the easy-open end is of a trapezoidal structure with a narrow; the top surface 5 of the convex hull is in the same horizontal plane as the upper plane 6 of the tab. When the easy-open ends are overlapped, in two adjacent upper and lower easy-open ends, the convex hull top surface of the lower easy-open end and the upper plane of the pull ring form a supporting plane 7 of the upper easy-open end, and a gap is formed between the cover edge notch 8 of the easy-open end and the cover edge surface 9 of the easy-open end. FIG. 3 shows the easy open end of the present embodiment placed in a reversed overlapping manner with a gap between the lid side notch of the easy open end and the lid side surface of the easy open end.
The easy-open end of the embodiment is a non-circular rectangular end, the center line of the pull ring is arranged on the long axis 10 of the easy-open end, the pull ring is arranged at one end of the easy-open end in the length direction, and the convex hull is arranged at the other end of the easy-open end in the length direction; the two convex hulls are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the long axis of the easy-open end, and the distance between the two convex hulls is larger than the maximum width of the pull ring. The structure of the present embodiment is also applicable to various easy-open lids such as a round lid, a square lid, and an oval lid.
Example 2
In embodiment 2 shown in fig. 4 and 5, a plurality of grooves are integrally formed on the cover of the easy-open lid, the grooves include a convex hull side groove 11 arranged on one side of the convex hull on the cover of the easy-open lid and two pull ring side grooves 12 symmetrically arranged on two sides of the pull ring, the depth of the convex hull side groove is the same as that of the pull ring side groove, and the positions of the convex hull and the pull ring side groove on the cover of the easy-open lid are symmetrical relative to the short axis 13 of the easy-open lid. FIG. 6 shows that, when the easy open ends are placed in a reversed overlapping manner, in two adjacent easy open ends, the bottom of the convex closure side groove of the upper easy open end abuts against the upper plane of the pull ring of the lower easy open end, and the bottom of the pull ring side groove of the upper easy open end abuts against the top of the convex closure of the lower easy open end.
The longitudinal section of the groove in the direction of the long axis of the easy-open end is of a trapezoidal structure with a narrow lower part and a wide upper part, the lug boss side groove is a long groove penetrating through the long axis of the easy-open end, the long groove is a linear groove, the long groove is symmetrical relative to the center line of the pull ring, and the distance between two ends of the bottom surface of the long groove is greater than the maximum width of the pull ring. The groove of the embodiment also comprises a lower ring groove 14 arranged below the pull ring of the easy-open end, and the lower ring groove is arched and has a symmetrical structure relative to the central line of the pull ring; the rest is the same as in example 1.
Example 3
In the embodiment 3 shown in fig. 7, the convex hull is cylindrical, the longitudinal section of the convex hull is a rectangular structure with the same width at the upper and lower parts, when the easy-open lids are placed in an overlapping way, the top surface of the convex hull of the lower easy-open lid forms the supporting part of the convex hull of the upper easy-open lid, the upper plane of the convex hull of the lower easy-open lid forms the upper plane; the rest is the same as example 1 or example 2.
Example 4
In embodiment 4 shown in fig. 8, the top surface of the convex hull extends outward to form a circular expanded support plate 15, the diameter of which is larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical convex hull; the rest is the same as example 1 or example 2.
A method for preventing the cover edge from being scratched of an easy-open cover, wherein the easy-open cover is a noncircular rectangular cover or an elliptical cover, the center line of a pull ring is on the major axis of the easy-open cover, the pull ring is arranged at one end of the easy-open cover in the length direction, and a convex hull is arranged at the other end of the easy-open cover in the length direction, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
a. the pull ring detection device for detecting the position of a pull ring of the easy-open end and the steering device for rotating the easy-open end are arranged above a conveyor belt in the packaging process of the easy-open end, the pull ring detection device is positioned on the upstream side of the conveyor belt, the steering device is positioned on the downstream side of the conveyor belt, and the pull ring detection device and the steering device are both connected with a conveyor belt controller.
b. When the pull ring detection device detects that the easy-open end on the conveyor belt is in the same direction as the adjacent previous easy-open end and the previous easy-open end is not subjected to steering treatment, the conveyor belt controller judges that the easy-open end needs to be steered, when the easy-open end passes through the steering device at the downstream side of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt controller opens the adsorption device to suck the easy-open end, the steering motor on the steering device rotates to drive the easy-open end to rotate 180 degrees, the adsorption device is closed, the steered easy-open end falls onto the conveyor belt, and the pull ring positions of the easy-open end subjected to steering treatment on the conveyor belt are arranged in the order of front-back-front-back.
c. The easy-open ends are overlapped at the output end of the conveyor belt in sequence, and the pull rings of the two adjacent easy-open ends are opposite in direction after being overlapped.
The pull ring detection device of the invention is shown in fig. 9 and comprises two detection heads 22 which are arranged in the moving direction of the conveyor belt 16 at intervals, and the distance between the two detection heads is equal to the distance from one side edge of the easy-open cover 25 close to the pull ring 2 to the front end part of the pull ring in the length direction; the two detection heads comprise a light emitting device 23 and a light receiving device 24, the light emitting device comprises a laser diode and a focusing lens, light spots formed on the easy-open cover by the light emitting device are circular, and the diameter of each circular light spot is 1.6 mm.
Because the lid and the pull ring of easy-open end adopt different material and technology preparation, for example under general condition, the last spraying of iron lid has anti rust coating, this coating is yellow mostly, the reflection rate is lower, and the pull ring is mostly aluminium matter, its surface is silvery white, the reflection rate is higher, and the conveyer belt chooses black more, basically not reflect light, just so can utilize the different reflection rates of two parts on the easy-open end to judge the orientation of easy-open end, because two distance between the detection head are shorter, this distance can be so that when the detection head that is located the downstream side detects the edge that a pull ring is located the easy-open end of easy-open end, the check point that is located the detection head of upper reaches side is located the effective detection area of pull ring. If the pull ring is positioned at the front part of the easy-open cover during detection, when the detection head positioned at the downstream side detects the reflection signal of the cover body, the detection head positioned at the upstream side should simultaneously detect the reflection signal of the pull ring; if the detection head located on the downstream side detects the reflection signal of the cover body, the detection head located on the upstream side simultaneously detects the reflection signal of the cover body, the pull ring is located on the rear portion of the easy-open cover, so that the orientation of the easy-open cover can be determined, then the conveyor belt controller does not process the easy-open cover according to the arrangement principle that the orientation of two adjacent easy-open covers after the turning process is opposite, and when the orientation of two adjacent easy-open covers is the same, the turning process is carried out on the latter easy-open cover, so that the arrangement requirement of the easy-open cover is met.
The turning device of the present invention is shown in fig. 10, which comprises a mounting bracket 20, a turning motor 17 and a turning plate 19 parallel to the conveyor belt, wherein the turning motor is connected with the middle part of the turning plate through a turning shaft 21, two adsorption devices 18 (two electromagnets in the embodiment) are fixed at two ends of the turning plate and are symmetrically arranged relative to the turning center of the turning plate, and the time required for the turning plate to rotate 180 degrees is matched with the time required for the easy-open cover to move from the adsorption device at the upstream side to the adsorption device at the downstream side.
When the pull ring detection device detects that the orientation of the rear easy-open end on the conveyor belt is the same as the orientation of the adjacent front easy-open end and the front easy-open end is not subjected to steering treatment, the conveyor belt controller judges that the easy-open end needs to be steered. When the time required for the turning plate to rotate by 180 degrees is the same as the time required for the easy-open end to move from the upstream side adsorption device to the downstream side adsorption device, the turned easy-open end is put back to the original position on the conveyor belt, and the effect can be realized by controlling the moving speed of the conveyor belt by the conveyor belt controller to be matched with the rotating speed of the turning plate.
The invention integrally forms a convex hull protruding upwards on the cover body at one side of the easy-open end far away from the pull ring, and the top surface of the convex hull and the upper plane of the pull ring are on the same horizontal plane; therefore, the easy-open end forms a plurality of supporting points or supporting surfaces on the equal-height surface where the upper plane of the pull ring is located, when the easy-open end is overlapped, as long as the upper easy-open end and the lower easy-open end are overlapped in a staggered mode (the positions of the pull ring are opposite), the supporting points provided by the lower easy-open end can enable the upper easy-open end to be in a horizontal state without inclination, so that the condition that the edge of the lower easy-open end is coated with a film by the edge cut of the upper easy-open end can be avoided, and the product quality is ensured. The structure is suitable for various easy-open lids such as round lids, rectangular lids, oval lids and the like.
In addition to the above embodiments, the technical features or technical data of the present invention may be reselected and combined to form new embodiments within the scope of the claims and the specification of the present invention, which are all realized by those skilled in the art without creative efforts, and thus, the embodiments of the present invention not described in detail should be regarded as specific embodiments of the present invention and are within the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The easy open end with a scratch preventive lid edge as set forth in claim 1, wherein the easy open end is a non-circular rectangular lid or an elliptical lid, the center line of the tab is on the long axis (10) of the easy open end, the tab is provided at one end in the length direction of the easy open end, and the convex hull is provided at the other end in the length direction of the easy open end; the two convex hulls are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the long axis of the easy-open end, and the distance between the two convex hulls is larger than the maximum width of the pull ring.

The easy open end of claim 2, wherein the easy open end has a groove integrally formed therein, the groove comprises at least one convex side groove (11) formed on one side of the convex closure of the easy open end and two tab side grooves (12) formed on both sides of the tab, the depth of the convex side groove is the same as that of the tab side groove, when the easy open ends are placed in a reverse overlapping manner, the bottom of the convex side groove of the upper easy open end abuts against the upper plane of the tab of the lower easy open end, and the bottom of the tab side groove of the upper easy open end abuts against the top of the convex closure of the lower easy open end.
4. The easy open end with a tamper proof lid edge as set forth in claim 3, wherein the location of the convex hull and the tab edge groove on the easy open lid body is symmetrical with respect to a minor axis (13) of the easy open lid.
5. An easy open end for preventing cover edge scratches as set forth in claim 3, wherein a longitudinal section of said groove in a direction of a long axis of the easy open end has a trapezoidal configuration having a narrow lower portion and a wide upper portion, said projection edge groove is an elongated groove extending through the long axis of the easy open end, said elongated groove is a linear groove, a polygonal line groove or an arc groove, the elongated groove is symmetrical with respect to a center line of the tab, and a distance between both ends of a bottom surface of the elongated groove is larger than a maximum width of the tab.

The easy open end for preventing edge scratches as set forth in claim 3, wherein said recess further comprises a lower ring groove (14) disposed below the tab of the easy open end, said lower ring groove having an arcuate shape and a symmetrical configuration with respect to the center line of the tab.
7. The easy open end for preventing the cover edge from being scratched as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said convex hull has a truncated cone shape or a trapezoidal platform shape, and a longitudinal section of the convex hull in the direction of the long axis of the easy open end has a trapezoidal structure with a narrow top and a wide bottom.
8. The easy open end for preventing edge scratches as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said convex hull is formed in a cylindrical shape, the longitudinal section of said convex hull has a rectangular shape with a width equal to the vertical width, and when said easy open ends are placed in a same direction, the top surface of said convex hull of said lower easy open end forms a support portion of said convex hull of said upper easy open end formed by the upper plane.
9. The easy open end for preventing a cover rim from being scratched according to claim 8, wherein the top surface of said convex closure is extended outwardly to form a circular expanded support plate (15) having a diameter larger than the outer diameter of the cylindrical convex closure.
10. A method for preventing fraying of a lid edge of an easy open lid as set forth in claim 1, said easy open lid being a non-circular rectangular lid or an oval lid, a center line of said tab being on a major axis of said easy open lid, said tab being provided at one end in a length direction of said easy open lid, and said convex hull being provided at the other end in the length direction of said easy open lid, comprising the steps of:
a. the method comprises the following steps that a pull ring detection device for detecting the position of a pull ring of the easy-open end and a steering device for steering the rotation direction of the easy-open end are arranged above a conveyor belt of an easy-open end packaging process, the pull ring detection device is positioned on the upstream side of the conveyor belt, the steering device is positioned on the downstream side of the conveyor belt, and the pull ring detection device and the steering device are both connected with a conveyor belt controller;
b. when the pull ring detection device detects that the easy-open end on the conveyor belt and the adjacent previous easy-open end face the same direction and the previous easy-open end is not subjected to steering treatment, the conveyor belt controller judges that the easy-open end needs to be steered, when the easy-open end passes through the steering device at the downstream side of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt controller opens the adsorption device to suck the easy-open end, and simultaneously a steering motor on the steering device rotates to drive the easy-open end to rotate 180 degrees and simultaneously closes the adsorption device, and the steered easy-open end falls onto the conveyor belt, so that the pull ring positions of the easy-open end subjected to steering treatment on the conveyor belt are arranged in the order of front-back-front-back;
c. the easy-open ends are overlapped at the output end of the conveyor belt in sequence, and the pull rings of the two adjacent easy-open ends are opposite in direction after being overlapped.
