Background
The ink supply system refers to a device which is modified for an ink-jet printer and can continuously provide ink supply. Intaglio printing machines use intaglio plates for printing. When the intaglio press prints, the whole plate surface of the plate cylinder is inked, the ink in the blank part of the plate surface is scraped by the doctor blade, the ink in the image-text part is left, then the paper is passed through, the back of the paper is impressed by the impressing cylinder, the ink in the concave part is directly transferred to the paper surface, and finally the printed matter is piled up or rewound by the paper receiving part. The intaglio printing press adopts a round-to-round direct printing mode for printing, the printing plate is directly manufactured on a printing plate cylinder, ink is supplied by adopting an ink immersion or ink jet mode, and no ink homogenizing mechanism is arranged. Because of the thick ink layer, the quick-drying ink with strong volatility is used, and a drying device is needed. The intaglio press is mainly characterized in that the image-text part on the printing plate is concave, and the blank part is convex, which is just opposite to the layout structure of the relief press. When the machine is used for printing single color, the printing plate is firstly soaked in an ink groove and rolled, and the whole surface of the printing plate is coated with an ink layer. Then, the ink layer on the blank part of the surface of the printing plate is scraped, the convex part forms a blank, the concave part is filled with ink, and the ink layer is thicker at the deeper part of the concave part. The machine transfers the ink of the recessed portion to the printed matter by pressure, thereby obtaining the printed matter. The shaft neck of an ink roller shaft of the existing intaglio press ink supply system is easy to scale, a thick layer of ink scale is easy to form, and the operation efficiency of scraping the ink scale is low.
