Abstract
The invention discloses a workbench for machining, which comprises a base, a rotating table, a clamping device and an angle adjusting device, wherein the angle adjusting device comprises a mounting seat, a telescopic rod and a bearing table, the bottom of the mounting seat is circular, a U-shaped notch is formed in the mounting seat, two ends of the telescopic rod are respectively hinged with the U-shaped notch of the mounting seat, the mounting seats at two ends of the telescopic rod are respectively and rotatably mounted on the base and the bearing table, an inclined plane is formed in the bearing table, three groups of inclined planes are uniformly distributed along the central line of the bearing table, and the mounting seats are rotatably mounted on the inclined planes; the clamping device is arranged on the bearing table. The angle of the bearing table is further controlled through different telescopic lengths of the telescopic rods; the joint control among the three telescopic rods can quickly realize the adjustment of the angle; the telescopic rod electric cylinder has good response performance of the personal clothing, so that the angle adjustment is more convenient and rapid; the method can be widely applied to machining equipment such as a numerical control machining center and the like, and has a good application prospect.

Background
Machining refers to a process of changing the physical dimensions or properties of a workpiece by a mechanical device. The difference in the machining modes can be divided into cutting machining and pressing machining, and the production process of a machine refers to the whole process of manufacturing a product from a raw material (or a semi-finished product). For machine production, the raw material transportation and preservation, production preparation, blank manufacturing, part processing and heat treatment, product assembly and debugging, painting and packaging and the like are included. Currently, the existing machines are mostly processed on a workbench with a clamping function; however, most of the existing work tables are fixed and difficult to adjust the angle; and then the comprehensive practicability of the clamp is not strong, and the clamp cannot adapt to multi-angle workpiece processing.

Referring to fig. 1-4, a machining workbench includes a base, a rotating table 2, a clamping device and an angle adjusting device, wherein the rotating table 2 is rotatably mounted on the base 1; the angle adjusting device comprises a mounting seat 3, a telescopic rod 4 and a bearing table 5, wherein the bottom of the mounting seat 3 is circular, a U-shaped notch is formed in the mounting seat 3, two ends of the telescopic rod 4 are respectively hinged with the U-shaped notches of the mounting seat 3, the mounting seats 3 at two ends of the telescopic rod 4 are respectively rotatably mounted on a base 1 and the bearing table 5, an inclined plane 10 is formed in the bearing table 5, an included angle between the inclined plane 10 and the central axis of the bearing table 5 is forty-five degrees, three groups of inclined planes 10 are uniformly distributed along the central axis of the bearing table 5, and the mounting seat 3 is rotatably mounted on the inclined plane 10; the clamping device is arranged on the bearing table 5, three groups of telescopic rods 4 are uniformly arranged between the rotating table 2 and the bearing table 5, the angle of the bearing table 5 is further controlled through different telescopic lengths of the telescopic rods 4, and the angle of the clamping device is further controlled.
Furthermore, the specific form of the telescopic rod 4 is not limited, and the telescopic rod can be a hydraulic rod, an air cylinder, an electric cylinder and the like; in this embodiment, the telescopic rod 4 is an electric cylinder, and the electric cylinder has good control of personal clothing, so that the rotation angle of the bearing table 5 can be effectively controlled.

Further, a rotating motor 12 is fixedly installed on the base 1, a first gear 14 is fixedly installed on a rotating shaft of the rotating motor 12, and a second gear 11 is meshed with the first gear 14; the second gear 11 is fixedly connected with the central position of the bestating platform 2, and further drives the rotation platform 2 to rotate through the rotation of the rotating motor 12; further drive the clamping device to rotate a certain angle.
Furthermore, the two sliding grooves 9 are arranged on the clamping table 13 in parallel, so that the clamping plate 7 is stressed more uniformly during clamping, and a workpiece is more stable during processing.

The working principle of the invention is as follows: when the device is used, the angle of the bearing table 5 is further controlled through different telescopic lengths of the telescopic rod 4, and the angle of the clamping device is further controlled; the joint control among the three telescopic rods 4 can quickly realize the angle adjustment; and the telescopic rod 4 electric cylinder has good performance of private clothes response, so that the angle can be adjusted more conveniently and rapidly.
Example two
In order to further improve the stability of the device during workpiece processing, the present embodiment is modified based on the first embodiment, and the improvement is that an anti-slip groove 15 is formed on the clamping surface of the clamping plate 7, and the stability of the device during workpiece clamping can be further improved by the anti-slip groove 15.
The working principle of the embodiment is as follows: the anti-skidding groove 15 is formed in the clamping surface of the clamping plate 7, and the stability of the workpiece during clamping can be further improved through the anti-skidding groove 15.
