The invention belongs to the technical field of manufacturing of knitting needle machines, and particularly relates to a jacquard chip blanking die.
Background
The jacquard sheet is an important use part in textile machinery, and jacquard in the textile process is completed through the cooperation with the reset triangle. The jacquard sheet is usually matched with a whole group of jacquard sheets with different needle selection teeth to complete the jacquard action. As shown in fig. 8 and fig. 9, the jacquard sheet is composed of three parts, i.e., a sheet body 29, a sheet foot 30 and needle selection teeth 31, 16 levels of needle selection teeth including a-P are arranged on the jacquard sheet, each jacquard sheet only retains one level of needle selection teeth, and the teeth of 16 levels of jacquard sheet with different heights correspond to the shifting sheets on the needle selector device one by one. The jacquard pieces are usually produced in batches by blanking steel strips, and each type of jacquard piece will consist of a whole set of jacquard pieces with different needle selection teeth due to the special use of the jacquard pieces. Currently, products with full teeth (1-16 gear teeth) are punched, and then are manually reprocessed by customers, and unnecessary needle selection teeth are cut and removed. If one gear of needle selecting teeth is reserved on each jacquard sheet, 16 sets of related dies need to be developed, the die cost is very high, and the management cost of the dies is increased in the production process. Therefore, the jacquard sheets are supplied in the market in a full-tooth mode at present, but the mode brings much inconvenience to customers, the customers still need to process products by themselves, and the production cost is high. There is a great demand for single-tooth jacquard sheets by customers, but no corresponding single-tooth mold provides direct production to obtain products.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that the production of the single-tooth jacquard sheet in the prior art needs a plurality of dies and has high production cost, the invention provides the jacquard sheet blanking die, and the production of various jacquard sheets with different needle selection teeth and full-tooth jacquard sheets can be completed by using a pair of dies, so that the production cost of the single-tooth jacquard sheet is greatly reduced.
The invention adopts a specific scheme to solve the technical problems that the jacquard sheet blanking die comprises an upper die holder, a lower die holder, a male die fixing plate and a stripper plate, wherein the male die fixing plate is fixed below the upper die holder through a male die backing plate, the female die fixing plate is correspondingly arranged below the male die fixing plate, a punching male die, a guide nail and a guide pin for preventing mistaken feeding are transversely arranged on the feeding side of the male die fixing plate, and a punching female die, a guide hole and a guide pin hole are correspondingly arranged on the female die fixing plate; the middle part of the male die fixing plate is provided with a plurality of square-hole male dies, the female die fixing plate is correspondingly provided with square-hole female dies, the discharge side of the male die fixing plate is provided with a full-tooth jacquard sheet male die, and the female die fixing plate is correspondingly provided with a full-tooth jacquard sheet female die; the lower surface of the male die base plate is provided with a selection groove, a selection plate is arranged in the selection groove, the thickness of the selection plate is larger than the length of the square-hole male die extending out of the lower surface of the discharging plate when the die punches, and a selection hole used for accommodating the square-hole male die is formed in the selection plate. According to the jacquard sheet blanking die, before a full-tooth jacquard sheet male-female die is used for blanking a strip material, a square hole male die is matched with a square hole female die, the square hole is blanked on the strip material in advance, a square hole is formed in the position, corresponding to a selection needle tooth needing to be removed, of the strip material, and after the strip body and a strip foot of a jacquard sheet are blanked through the full-tooth jacquard sheet male die and the full-tooth jacquard sheet female die, the selection needle tooth at the position of the square hole is removed. The invention uses a pattern selecting plate, the pattern selecting plate is correspondingly provided with a pattern selecting hole, the position of the pattern selecting hole corresponds to the position of the needle selecting teeth to be reserved on the jacquard sheet, so that a cavity is formed above a square hole male die at the position, the square hole male die at the position enters the cavity and cannot be extruded by the pattern selecting plate during blanking, the position on the belt material is reserved, after the blanking of the sheet body and the sheet foot of the jacquard sheet is completed through a full-tooth jacquard sheet male die and a full-tooth jacquard sheet female die, a single-tooth jacquard sheet finished product is finally formed, and the jacquard sheets with different needle selecting teeth can be produced only by replacing the pattern selecting plate. In addition, for producing the full-tooth jacquard sheet product, the square hole male die is only required to be dismantled or the single-hole pattern selecting plate is replaced by a full-hole pattern selecting plate with all pattern selecting holes. Therefore, the invention overcomes the defects that the production of the single-tooth jacquard sheet in the prior art needs a plurality of moulds and has high production cost, and the invention can finish the production of various jacquard sheets with different needle selection teeth and full-tooth jacquard sheets by using a pair of moulds, thereby greatly reducing the production cost of the single-tooth jacquard sheet.
Preferably, the number of the square-hole male dies is 16, the square-hole male dies are arranged in three rows in the middle of the male die fixing plate, each row of the square-hole male dies is 5 or 6, the two adjacent rows of the square-hole male dies are arranged in a staggered mode, the square-hole male dies and needle selecting teeth on the corresponding full-tooth jacquard sheet male dies of the square-hole male dies are on the same straight line in the feeding direction, and the rectangular cross section area of the square-hole male dies is larger than the area of the needle selecting teeth; the arrangement direction of the square hole male die is parallel to the arrangement direction of the needle selecting teeth on the full-tooth jacquard sheet male die. For the jacquard sheet with 16 needle selection tooth positions commonly used in the market, 16 square hole male dies are correspondingly arranged (one selected plate is selected but not punched in the punching process), because the distance between two adjacent teeth of the jacquard sheet is short, a mode of multi-step punching is adopted when 15 needle selection tooth positions are punched with square holes, the invention divides the square hole male dies into three rows, each row of square hole male dies are 5 or 6 (two rows of 5, one row of 5), and the two adjacent rows of square hole male dies are arranged in a staggered mode, so that the needle selection tooth positions on the square hole male dies and the full-tooth jacquard sheet male dies are in one-to-one correspondence.
Preferably, the punch retainer is rectangular, and the arrangement direction of the square-hole punches is perpendicular to or inclined to the feeding direction of the die. The arrangement direction of the square-hole male dies and the feeding direction of the dies can be vertical or inclined, the selection plate structure of the vertical arrangement mode is relatively simple, but the required dies have larger width (namely the length direction of the jacquard sheets is vertical to the feeding direction of the dies) because the length of the jacquard sheets is longer; in the inclined arrangement mode, the length direction of the pattern piece is inclined with the feeding direction of the die, so that the width of the die and the strip can be reduced, but the width of the selecting plate is increased, and the structure is relatively complex.

Preferably, the selection plate and the selection groove are in clearance fit, the lower surface of the selection plate and the lower surface of the male die base plate are on the same plane, and the upper end surface of the square-hole male die is flush with the lower surface of the male die base plate. Preferably, the whole-hole template is 1, 16 template selection holes are formed in the whole-hole template, the 16 template selection holes correspond to the 16 square-hole male dies, and the template selection holes form accommodating holes in the upper end portions of the square-hole male dies. The shape selecting hole is slightly larger than the upper end part of the square hole male die, and the square hole male die at the corresponding position rises to enter the shape selecting hole during blanking, so that the belt material at the corresponding position is prevented from being cut; the full-hole pattern selecting plate with 16 pattern selecting holes is used for producing full-tooth jacquard pieces, and the market requirements for the full-tooth jacquard pieces are met.
Preferably, the punching male dies, the guide pins and the mistaken feeding prevention guide pins are arranged at equal intervals, and mistaken feeding prevention sensors are arranged above the mistaken feeding prevention guide pins. Preferably, the center of the upper die base is fixed with a die shank extending upwards, four corners of the lower die base are provided with four guide posts extending upwards in parallel and perpendicular to the lower die base, four corners of the upper die base are provided with guide sleeves corresponding to the guide posts, and the guide sleeves and the guide posts form sliding pairs. The guide pillar and the guide sleeve play a role in guiding in the stamping process of the die, so that the uniform clearance between the male die and the female die in the stamping process is ensured, and the product quality of the jacquard sheet is ensured.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the blanking die is low in development and manufacturing cost, and 16 different needle selection tooth jacquard sheets and full-tooth jacquard sheets can be produced only by replacing different selection plates. And secondly, the sizes of different needle selection tooth jacquard products are ensured to be consistent, and the different needle selection tooth jacquard products of the blanking die are blanked by the same jacquard convex-concave die, so that the different jacquard products have consistent sizes, the jacquard products with different needle selection teeth can be ensured to run consistently on the same knitting equipment, and the high quality of the products is ensured. And thirdly, the quantity and the cost of spare parts of the die are reduced, and the blanking die can greatly reduce the quantity and the cost of the spare parts because different needle selection tooth jacquard sheets share one set of jacquard sheet convex-concave die, wherein 16 kinds of needle selection teeth share a square hole convex-concave die. Fourthly, the product precision is high, and this kind of blanking mould adopts the guide pillar guide pin bushing of high accuracy as the guider of cope and drag template, can ensure that the punch-die blanking clearance is little and even, and the mould has set up and has led positive nail device and misfeed guide pin device, and the product of consequently blanking has the burr little, and the good characteristics of luminance have improved the precision of product greatly.

The following describes embodiments of the present invention in further detail by way of examples, with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Example 1
In embodiment 1 shown in fig. 1 and 2, a jacquard sheet blanking die comprises an upper die holder 1, a lower die holder 2, a punch retainer 3 and a stripper 4, wherein a die shank 24 extending upward is fixed at the center of the upper die holder, four guide posts 25 extending upward in parallel and perpendicular to the lower die holder are arranged at four corners of the lower die holder, guide sleeves 26 are arranged at four corners of the upper die holder corresponding to the guide posts, and the guide sleeves and the guide posts form sliding pairs. The punch fixing plate is rectangular, the punch fixing plate is fixed below the upper die base through a punch backing plate 5, a die fixing plate 6 is correspondingly arranged below the punch fixing plate, the die fixing plate is fixed above the lower die base through a die backing plate 27, a punching punch 7, a guide nail 8 and an anti-error-feeding guide needle 9 which are transversely arranged are arranged on the feed side of the punch fixing plate, and a punching die 10, a guide hole 11 and a guide needle hole 12 are correspondingly arranged on the die fixing plate; the punching male die, the guide nail and the mistaken feeding prevention guide pins are arranged at equal intervals, and a mistaken feeding prevention sensor is arranged above the mistaken feeding prevention guide pins. The number of the square-hole male dies is 16, the square-hole male dies are arranged in three rows in the middle of a male die fixing plate, each row of the square-hole male dies is 5 or 6, two adjacent rows of the square-hole male dies are arranged in a staggered mode, the square-hole male dies and needle selection teeth on the corresponding full-tooth jacquard sheet male dies are on the same straight line in the feeding direction, and the rectangular sectional area of the square-hole male dies is larger than the area of the needle selection teeth; the arrangement direction of the square hole male die is parallel to the arrangement direction of the needle selecting teeth on the full-tooth jacquard sheet male die. The male die base plate is rectangular, the type selection groove is rectangular, an opening is formed in one side of the long edge of the male die base plate, the type selection plate is of a telescopic structure, a limiting block 18 used for fixing the type selection plate is arranged at the opening of the type selection groove, the limiting block is arranged on two sides of the opening of the type selection groove and fixed on the male die base plate through a bolt 19, the limiting block is tightly attached to the type selection plate, and a handle 20 is arranged on the type selection plate.
The template selection plate and the selection groove of the embodiment are in small clearance fit, the structure enables the template selection plate to be easily drawn out from the template selection groove, the lower surface of the template selection plate and the lower surface of the male die base plate are on the same plane, and the upper end surface of the square-hole male die is flush with the lower surface of the male die base plate. The type selection plate comprises 16 single-hole type selection plates and a full-hole type selection plate, each single-hole type selection plate is provided with a type selection hole 21 (see figure 3), each type selection hole corresponds to one of the 16 square-hole male dies, and the type selection holes form accommodating holes at the upper end parts of the square-hole male dies. The whole-hole type selection plate is 1, 16 type selection holes (shown in figure 4) are arranged on the whole-hole type selection plate, the 16 type selection holes correspond to the 16 square-hole male dies, and the type selection holes form accommodating holes in the upper end portions of the square-hole male dies.
The discharging device is characterized in that a discharging guide pillar 22 and a discharging spring 23 are arranged above the discharging plate, the lower end of the discharging guide pillar is fixed with the discharging plate, the middle part of the discharging guide pillar penetrates through the male die fixing plate, the upper end of the discharging guide pillar is abutted to the lower end of the discharging spring, and the upper end of the discharging spring is abutted to the upper die base.
Example 2
In example 2 shown in FIG. 5, FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the arrangement direction of square-hole punches was inclined with respect to the feeding direction of the die, and the rest was the same as in example 1.
When the jacquard sheet blanking die is produced, a leveled material belt 28 is fed into the initial position of the die through a servo feeding system, a punch press sliding block drives the whole upper die to move downwards, a stripper plate is firstly contacted with the material belt and tightly presses the material belt under the action of a stripper spring so as to ensure the position of the material belt, the upper die continues to move downwards, a punching male die is contacted with the material belt to complete the punching action, and the punching is used for subsequent guiding and error feeding detection, so that the step pitch of the material belt is ensured to be consistent in the conveying process; for the single-tooth jacquard sheet, 15 square-hole male dies participate in blanking, one square-hole male die retracts into a pattern selection hole of an upper single-tooth pattern selection plate, square-hole blanking is not participated, and after the subsequent full-tooth jacquard sheet male dies are blanked, the needle selection teeth at corresponding positions are reserved; and for the full-tooth jacquard sheet, 16 square-hole male dies are all retracted into the pattern selection holes of the upper full-tooth pattern selection plate, all square-hole punching is not involved, and all needle selection teeth are reserved after the subsequent full-tooth jacquard sheet male dies are punched. After blanking is completed, the male die is separated from the material belt firstly, and the discharging plate plays a discharging role, so that the material belt is ensured not to be taken up by the male die.
