One end of the liquid input pipe 2 is connected with the pickaxe chemical liquid storage tank, and the other end is connected with the liquid inlet of the pickaxe chemical liquid treatment tank 1. A plurality of electric heating pipes are arranged in the pickaxe chemical liquid treatment tank 1, and a temperature detector 3 is arranged on the pickaxe chemical liquid treatment tank 1. One end of a liquid output pipe 5 is connected with a liquid outlet of the pickaxed liquid treatment tank 1, the liquid output pipe 5 is connected with a water pump 4, and the other end of the liquid output pipe 5 is connected with a pretreatment operation platform 6. The electric heating pipe, the temperature detector 3 and the water pump 4 are all connected with the PLC.
The pretreatment operation platform 6 comprises a pickaxed spraying pool 7, a surface treatment pool 8, a washing pool 9 and a drying pool 10 which are arranged in sequence. In the non-working state, the outside of each pool is sealed by the upper cover 14, so that dust is prevented from entering the working pool to cause pollution.
A pickaxe chemical liquid spraying pipe 11 and a pickaxe chemical liquid spraying gun connected with the spraying pipe are arranged in the pickaxe chemical spraying pool 7. The liquid output pipe 5 is connected with the pickaxe chemical liquid injection pipe 11 through a flow monitoring mechanism. The flow monitoring mechanism comprises a valve arranged at the pipe orifice of the liquid output pipe 5 and a flow monitor arranged on the valve.
And a rolling brush is arranged in the side wall of the surface treatment pool 8 and is used for carrying out flush treatment on the surface of the workpiece subjected to pickaxed spraying and removing surface protrusions caused by spraying.
The washing tank 9 is used for washing the workpiece after surface treatment to further remove impurities. The flushing tank 9 comprises a flushing pipeline, a flushing gun and a water supply pipeline 12, one end of the water supply pipeline 12 is connected with a water supply tank through a water supply pump, the other end of the water supply pipeline is connected with the flushing pipeline, and the flushing pipeline is connected with the flushing gun through a regulating valve.
The drying tank 10 comprises an air injection pipeline 13 and a fan and is used for drying the washed workpiece.
The waste liquid recovery mechanism is respectively arranged at the bottom of the pickaxed spraying pool 7, the bottom of the surface treatment pool 8 and the bottom of the flushing pool 9, the waste liquid recovery mechanism comprises a filter plate and a recovery bin arranged at the bottom of the filter plate, and the filter plate is provided with a filter element for filtering small impurities in pieces caused by pickaxed liquid, filtering water and flushing pickaxed slag washed away. The filtered impurities and liquid fall into a recovery tank for removing after the integral pickaxe pretreatment is finished.
The working principle of the device is as follows:
