A method for recycling cigarette lap adhesive overflow glue is characterized by comprising the following steps: the automatic recycling system comprises the automatic recycling system of claim 2, the decompression valve, the glue solution release valve, the glue pump and the glue solution delivery switch valve are closed by regulating and controlling through the central controller, and the glue solution suction channel valve and the negative pressure suction channel valve are opened; the negative pressure system generates negative pressure, and overflowed glue generated during gluing of lap glue is conveyed into the glue solution collecting tank along the L-shaped groove under the action of the gravity of the glue solution, the hydrophobic layer and the negative pressure suction;
when the liquid level of the glue solution in the glue solution collecting tank rises and contacts with the liquid level probe at the upper part, the central controller automatically closes the negative pressure suction channel valve and the glue solution suction channel valve, and automatically opens the decompression valve and the glue solution release valve to release the glue solution; meanwhile, the central controller starts the glue pump and opens a glue solution delivery switch valve, and the glue solution released from the glue solution release valve is delivered into a glue cylinder through the glue delivery pipe, so that the recycling of the overflowed glue is completed;
when the liquid level of the glue solution in the glue solution collecting tank drops and is lower than the liquid level probe at the lower part, the central controller automatically closes the decompression valve, the glue solution release valve, the glue pump and the glue solution delivery switch valve, automatically opens the negative pressure suction channel valve and the glue solution suction channel valve, and collects overflowed glue again.
