The invention relates to the technical field of vegetable harvesting, in particular to a garlic sprout cutting device which can effectively reduce labor intensity and improve cutting and binding efficiency.
Background
When harvesting garlic sprouts, the user needs to bend the waist, hold the upper parts of the garlic sprouts with one hand, swing the sickle with the other hand to cut off the roots of the garlic sprouts, align the lower ends of the garlic sprouts and bundle the garlic sprouts.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of high labor intensity and low harvesting efficiency in the garlic sprout harvesting process in the prior art, and provides a garlic sprout cutting device which can effectively reduce the labor intensity and improve the cutting and binding efficiency.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a garlic sprout harvesting system comprises a cart, a longitudinal screw rod and a longitudinal guide rod which are arranged on a bottom plate of the cart, a fixed seat, a rotating motor arranged on the fixed seat, an upright post arranged on the rotating motor, a vertical screw rod and a vertical guide rod which are arranged on the upright post, and a power motor arranged at the upper end of the upright post; a rotating shaft of the power motor is connected with the upper end of a vertical screw rod, the upper end and the lower end of a vertical guide rod are fixedly connected with an upright post, and the lower end of the vertical screw rod is connected with a bearing arranged on the upright post; the transverse fixing cylinder is in threaded fit connection with the vertical screw rod and is in sliding connection with the vertical guide rod; a screw rod motor for driving the longitudinal screw rod to rotate is arranged on the bottom plate, a cutting cylinder is arranged on the fixing seat, and a telescopic rod of the cutting cylinder is connected with the strip-shaped blade; the garlic sprout binding device also comprises an L-shaped rod arranged on a telescopic rod of the transverse fixed cylinder, a fixed motor arranged on the L-shaped rod, an inverted L-shaped rod connected with a rotating shaft of the fixed motor, an elastic pad arranged on one side of the inverted L-shaped rod, and a garlic sprout binding mechanism connected with one side of the fixed seat;
the fixed seat is connected with the longitudinal guide rod in a sliding manner and is in threaded fit connection with the longitudinal screw rod; the rotating motor, the fixed motor, the power motor, the transverse fixed cylinder, the cutting cylinder, the garlic sprout binding mechanism and the screw rod motor are all electrically connected with the controller.
One end of the longitudinal screw rod is rotatably connected with a first rectangular block arranged on the bottom plate, the other end of the longitudinal screw rod penetrates through a second rectangular block arranged on the bottom plate to be connected with a rotating shaft of the screw rod motor, and two ends of the longitudinal guide rod are fixedly connected with the first rectangular block and the second rectangular block respectively.
Pushing the cart to enter a garlic sprout harvesting field, controlling a screw rod motor to drive a longitudinal screw rod to rotate by a controller, enabling a fixing seat to move to the right part of the longitudinal screw rod, controlling a transverse fixing cylinder to drive an L-shaped rod and an inverted L-shaped rod to extend to the middle part of garlic sprouts, controlling a fixing motor to drive the inverted L-shaped rod to rotate, enabling the L-shaped rod and the inverted L-shaped rod to form a closed rectangular space, and tightly pressing the garlic sprouts in the rectangular space by an elastic cushion;
the controller controls the cutting cylinder to drive the strip-shaped blade to cut off the root of the garlic sprout pressed by the L-shaped rod and the inverted L-shaped rod;
the controller controls the transverse fixing cylinder to ascend through the power motor, controls the upright post to drive the transverse fixing cylinder to rotate through the rotating motor, then controls the fixing motor to drive the inverted L-shaped rod to rotate, so that the L-shaped rod and the inverted L-shaped rod loosen garlic sprouts in the inverted L-shaped rod, the loosened garlic sprouts enter the garlic sprout binding mechanism to be bound, and a worker puts the bound garlic sprouts on the trolley.
The rotary motor is used for driving the upright post, the transverse fixed cylinder, the L-shaped rod, the inverted L-shaped rod and the clamped garlic sprout to rotate, the power motor is used for driving the transverse fixed cylinder, the L-shaped rod, the inverted L-shaped rod and the clamped garlic sprout to ascend, and then the garlic sprout can be placed into the garlic sprout binding mechanism.

The circular arc-shaped elastic push plate is positioned at the right part in the upper barrel, garlic sprouts firstly enter the upper barrel, the controller controls the moving mechanism to drive the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate to move towards the left part of the upper barrel, in the process that the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate moves towards the left, the front side edge and the rear side edge of the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate are gradually bent inwards under the guiding action of the barrel wall of the upper barrel, the garlic sprouts are continuously gathered together, the lower parts of the garlic sprouts are aligned, the inner lifting air cylinder and the outer lifting air cylinder are controlled to push the elastic ring at the uppermost part to move upwards, the elastic ring moves to the outer side of the upper barrel and the outer side of the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate from the arc-shaped hole and the gap between the arc-shaped plate and the upper barrel, when the elastic ring at the uppermost part reaches the upper part of the U-shaped hole, the inner lifting, the controller controls the moving mechanism to drive the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate to move upwards, and the right part of the elastic ring at the uppermost part is contacted with the garlic sprouts.

The moving motor is used for driving the transverse screw rod to rotate, so that the lifting cylinder is driven to move left and right, and the lifting cylinder is used for driving the arc plate to lift.

When the circular-arc-shaped elastic push plate moves upwards to be away from the garlic sprouts, the elastic ring at the uppermost part is contacted with the garlic sprouts, the right parts of the 2 elastic rings at the lower part of the elastic ring at the uppermost part are also contacted with the garlic sprouts, and when a worker grabs the upper parts of the garlic sprouts to pull the garlic sprouts upwards, the left parts of the 2 elastic rings at the lower part of the elastic ring at the uppermost part are also separated from the outer side of the upper barrel body and are also contacted with the garlic sprouts, so that the garlic sprouts are bound.
Preferably, the cross section of the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate is semicircular.
Preferably, the hook comprises an inclined rod rotatably connected with the telescopic rod and a stop block arranged on the telescopic rod below the inclined rod.

The embodiment shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 7 is a garlic sprout harvesting system, which comprises a cart 1, a longitudinal screw rod 11 and a longitudinal guide rod 12 which are arranged on a bottom plate of the cart, a fixed seat 13, a rotating motor 131 arranged on the fixed seat, an upright 132 arranged on the rotating motor, a vertical screw rod 133 and a vertical guide rod 134 arranged on the upright, and a power motor 135 arranged at the upper end of the upright; a rotating shaft of the power motor is connected with the upper end of a vertical screw rod, the upper end and the lower end of a vertical guide rod are fixedly connected with an upright post, and the lower end of the vertical screw rod is connected with a bearing arranged on the upright post; the transverse fixing cylinder 2 is in threaded fit connection with the vertical screw rod and is in sliding connection with the vertical guide rod; a screw rod motor 136 for driving the longitudinal screw rod to rotate is arranged on the bottom plate, a cutting cylinder 137 is arranged on the fixed seat, and a telescopic rod of the cutting cylinder is connected with a strip-shaped blade 138; the garlic sprout binding device also comprises an L-shaped rod 1302 arranged on a telescopic rod of the transverse fixed cylinder, a fixed motor 1303 arranged on the L-shaped rod, an inverted L-shaped rod 1304 connected with a rotating shaft of the fixed motor, an elastic cushion 1305 arranged on one side of the inverted L-shaped rod, and a garlic sprout binding mechanism 4 connected with one side of the fixed seat;

One end of a longitudinal screw rod is rotatably connected with a first rectangular block 102 arranged on the bottom plate, the other end of the longitudinal screw rod penetrates through a second rectangular block 101 arranged on the bottom plate to be connected with a rotating shaft of a screw rod motor, and two ends of a longitudinal guide rod are fixedly connected with the first rectangular block and the second rectangular block respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4 and 6, the garlic sprout binding mechanism comprises an upper barrel 41, a lower barrel 42 connected with the lower end of the upper barrel, a vertical rod 43 arranged outside the upper barrel, a moving mechanism 44 arranged on the vertical rod, an arc-shaped elastic push plate 45 connected with the lower end of the moving mechanism, and an arc-shaped plate 46 arranged outside the upper barrel; the cross sections of the upper barrel and the lower barrel are circular, the upper ends of the upper barrel and the lower barrel are open, a gap is formed between the arc-shaped plate and the upper barrel, a circular support column 421 is arranged in the lower barrel, a plurality of elastic rings 422 are arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the circular support column, the elastic rings are sequentially connected through two plastic ropes 423, an inner lifting cylinder 424 is arranged in the lower barrel, an outer lifting cylinder 425 is arranged on the outer side of the lower barrel, hooks 420 are arranged on telescopic rods of the inner lifting cylinder and the outer lifting cylinder, hook avoiding holes are arranged on the arc-shaped plate and a bottom plate of the upper barrel, an arc-shaped hole 426 is formed in the bottom plate of the upper barrel, and a U-shaped opening 427 convenient for the elastic rings to pass through is formed in one side of the; the moving mechanism, the inner lifting cylinder and the outer lifting cylinder are all electrically connected with the controller. The portion of the upper cylinder below the U-shaped opening in fig. 6 is fixedly attached to the circular support post.
As shown in fig. 3, the moving mechanism includes a supporting plate 441 disposed on the upper portion of the vertical rod, a connecting seat 442 disposed on the supporting plate, a transverse screw 443 and a transverse guide rod 444 disposed between the supporting plate and the vertical rod, and a lifting cylinder 445 disposed on the lower portion of the connecting seat; be equipped with the moving motor 446 in the backup pad, the pivot and the horizontal lead screw one end of moving motor are connected, and the horizontal lead screw other end rotates with the stand to be connected, and the telescopic link and the arc upper end of lift cylinder are connected, and moving motor and lift cylinder all are connected with the controller electricity.
The hook comprises an inclined rod 4201 rotatably connected with the telescopic rod and a stopper 4202 arranged on the telescopic rod below the inclined rod. The cross section of the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate is semicircular.
As shown in fig. 4, two supporting blocks 431 are arranged on the outer side of the lower barrel, cutting cylinders 432 are arranged on the two supporting blocks, telescopic rods of the two cutting cylinders are connected with a cutter 433, and two cutter through holes are formed in the lower barrel.
As shown in fig. 7, the cart further includes 4 rollers provided on the base plate, and a handrail 3 provided on the rear portion of the base plate.
The using method of the invention is as follows:
pushing the cart to enter a garlic sprout harvesting field, controlling a screw rod motor to drive a longitudinal screw rod to rotate by a controller, enabling a fixing seat to move to the right part of the longitudinal screw rod, controlling a transverse fixing cylinder to drive an L-shaped rod and an inverted L-shaped rod to extend to the middle part of garlic sprouts, controlling a fixing motor to drive the inverted L-shaped rod to rotate, enabling the L-shaped rod and the inverted L-shaped rod to form a closed rectangular space, and tightly pressing the garlic sprouts in the rectangular space by an elastic cushion;
the controller controls the cutting cylinder to drive the strip-shaped blade to cut off the root of the garlic sprout pressed by the L-shaped rod and the inverted L-shaped rod;
the controller controls the power motor to drive the transverse fixing cylinder to ascend, controls the rotating motor to drive the upright post and the transverse fixing cylinder to rotate, then controls the fixing motor to drive the inverted L-shaped rod to rotate, and enables the L-shaped rod and the inverted L-shaped rod to loosen garlic sprouts in the garlic sprouts, and the garlic sprouts firstly enter the upper barrel;
the controller controls the moving mechanism to drive the circular-arc-shaped elastic push plate to move towards the left part of the upper barrel, and in the process that the circular-arc-shaped elastic push plate moves leftwards, the front side edge and the rear side edge of the circular-arc-shaped elastic push plate are gradually bent inwards under the guiding action of the barrel wall of the upper barrel, so that garlic sprouts in the circular-arc-shaped elastic push plate are continuously gathered, and the lower parts of the garlic sprouts are aligned;
the inner lifting cylinder and the outer lifting cylinder are controlled to push the uppermost elastic ring to move upwards, the elastic ring moves to the outer side of the upper barrel and the outer side of the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate from the arc-shaped hole, a gap between the arc-shaped plate and the upper barrel moves to the outer side of the upper barrel and the outer side of the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate, when the uppermost elastic ring reaches the upper part of the U-shaped opening, the inner lifting cylinder and the outer lifting cylinder move downwards, the uppermost elastic ring is loosened, the left part of the uppermost elastic ring is in contact with garlic sprouts, the controller controls the moving mechanism to drive the circular arc-shaped elastic push plate to move upwards.
The two cutting cylinders respectively drive the two cutters to extend into the two cutter through holes to cut off the two plastic ropes, so that the connection between each elastic ring above the cutters and each elastic ring below the cutters is cut off.
When the circular-arc-shaped elastic push plate moves upwards to be away from the garlic sprouts, the elastic ring at the uppermost part is contacted with the garlic sprouts, the right parts of the 2 elastic rings at the lower part of the elastic ring at the uppermost part are also contacted with the garlic sprouts, and when a worker grabs the upper parts of the garlic sprouts to pull the garlic sprouts upwards, the left parts of the 2 elastic rings at the lower part of the elastic ring at the uppermost part are also separated from the outer side of the upper barrel body and are also contacted with the garlic sprouts, so that the garlic sprouts are bound.
