Fig. 2 shows a slider moving device 1 according to embodiment 1. Fig. 3 shows an assembling method of the slider moving device 1 according to embodiment 1. Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing the slider moving device 1 according to embodiment 1.
The slider moving device 1 includes: a base 2 attachable to the slider 150; a 1 st cover 3 covering the lower direction D side and forming a gap with the base 2 into which a part of one element row 130R is inserted; an opening/closing lever 4 that can move to open/close the first cover 3; a drive unit 5 provided in the base 2 and moving the slider moving device 1; a gear 6 which meshes with the right element row 130R inserted from the gap and is rotationally driven by the driving unit 5; and a 2 nd cover 7 that covers the upper direction U side of the base 2 while maintaining the attached state of the base 2 and the slider 150.
The base 2 includes: the 1 st plate portion 21; a 2 nd plate portion 22 adjacent to the 1 st plate portion 21; a 3 rd plate part 23 protruding in the rear direction B from the 1 st plate part 21 and the 2 nd plate part 22; and a 2 nd cover attachment portion 24 protruding in the forward direction F from the 1 st plate portion 21 and the 2 nd plate portion 22. The 1 st plate portion 21, the 2 nd plate portion 22, and the 3 rd plate portion 23 have a 1 st surface 211 facing the downward direction D and a 2 nd surface 212 facing the upward direction U, respectively.
The 1 st wall portion 21a is formed in three directions, i.e., a left-right direction (L-R) and a rear direction B of the 1 st surface 211 of the 1 st plate portion 21. The 1 st plate portion 21 and the 1 st wall portion 21a form a drive system housing portion that houses the drive portion 5 and the gear 6. A notch through which the right element 131R passes is formed in a position closer to the left direction L side of the 1 st wall portion 21a formed at the boundary with the 3 rd plate portion 23, and the element passing portion 21b is configured. In this embodiment, the gear 6 is disposed at a position overlapping only one fastener stringer 110R in the vertical direction. With this arrangement, the gear 6 is configured to mesh with only the element row of one fastener stringer 110R. In this embodiment, the driving unit 5 is also disposed at a position overlapping only one fastener stringer 110R in the vertical direction.
A 1 st cover support portion 22a for rotatably supporting the 1 st cover 3 is formed on the left direction L side of the 2 nd plate portion 22. The 2 nd wall portion 22b is formed around the 2 nd surface 222 of the 2 nd plate portion 22. The 2 nd plate portion 22 and the 2 nd wall portion 22b form a power supply housing portion for housing a power supply such as a battery or a wireless communication portion, not shown. The 2 nd plate portion 22 is formed with a long hole penetrating from the 1 st surface 221 to the 2 nd surface 222 and movably attaching the opening/closing lever 4, and constitutes a lever moving portion 22 c.
The right element 131R passes through the lower portion D of the first plate portion 21 of the base 2. The left element 131L is passed through the base 2 in the direction D below the 2 nd plate 22. Therefore, the height of the 1 st wall portion 21a in the direction D is higher than the 1 st cover support portion 22 a. In a portion where there is a difference in height between the 1 st wall portion 21a and the 1 st cover support portion 22a, a space is formed through which at least the plug 143 and the element 131L on the left direction L side shown in fig. 1 can pass. Since the driving part 5 and the gear 6 are disposed at positions overlapping only one fastener stringer 110R in the up-down direction, the driving part 5 and the gear 6 are not disposed at positions overlapping the other fastener stringer 110L in the up-down direction. Thus, a position overlapping the other fastener stringer 110L in the vertical direction becomes a space through which the insert pin 143 and the element 131L can pass.
The 3 rd plate portion 23 is formed adjacent to and parallel to the rear direction B sides of the 1 st plate portion 21 and the 2 nd plate portion 22. The 3 rd plate portion 23 is formed in a substantially triangular shape whose width in the left-right direction (L-R) is narrowed as it is apart from the 1 st plate portion 21 and the 2 nd plate portion 22. A groove is formed in the 3 rd plate portion 23 from the rear direction B side toward the front direction F side, and a slider mounting portion 23a is configured. A narrow portion 23b having a narrow width in the left-right direction (L-R) is formed on the lower side D of the slider mounting portion 23 a.
The protruding portion 24 protrudes from the 2 nd plate portion 22 in the front direction F. The protrusion 24 of embodiment 1 includes: a 1 st protruding portion 241 protruding from between the 1 st plate portion 21 and the 2 nd plate portion 22; and a 2 nd projecting portion 242 projecting from an end portion of the 2 nd plate portion 22 in the left direction L. The 1 st projecting portion 241 and the 2 nd projecting portion 242 are formed with holes for rotatably attaching the 2 nd cover 7, and constitute a first 2 nd cover attaching portion 241a and a second 2 nd cover attaching portion 242a, respectively. The 1 st projection 241 is formed with a hole for holding the 1 st cover 3 so as not to rotate, and constitutes a 1 st cover holding portion 241 b.
The 1 st cover 3 includes: a 1 st cover portion 31 covering the 1 st surface 211 side of the 1 st plate portion 21; a 2 nd cover part 32 covering the 1 st surface 221 side of the 2 nd plate part 22; a connecting portion 33 connecting the 1 st cover portion 31 and the 2 nd cover portion 32; and an insertion portion 34 for inserting the 1 st cover 3 into the 1 st cover holding portion 241b formed in the protruding portion 24 of the base portion 2.
The 1 st cover part 31 includes a flat surface part 31a formed on the surface and a flange 31b extending to the base part 2 side around the flat surface part 31 a. The flat surface portion 31a is located below the opening 150a of the slider 150 in the direction D. The opening 150a is a portion that divides a space through which the fastener element 131 of the slider 150 passes. The flange 31B formed on the front-rear direction (F-B) side of the flat surface portion 31a is formed with a notch through which the element 131R on the right direction R side shown in fig. 1 passes, thereby constituting an element passing portion 31 c.
The 2 nd mask portion 32 includes: a flat surface portion 32a formed on the surface; and a fulcrum portion 32b supported by the 1 st cover support portion 22a formed on the 2 nd plate portion 22 of the base 2 on the opposite side to the 1 st cover portion 31. The flat portion 32a is located on the upper side U of the opening 150a of the slider 150 into which the insert pin 143 is inserted. A step capable of opening and closing the 1 st cover 3 in a state of being in contact with the opening/closing lever 4 is formed on the left direction L side of the flat surface portion 32 a. The step is constituted by an opening portion 32c that can open the 1 st cover 3 in a state of being in contact with the opening/closing lever 4, and a closing portion 32d that can close the 1 st cover 3. In the step, the opening portion 32c is formed at a position deeper than the closing portion 32d, and the opening portion 32c and the closing portion 32d are connected by a slope.
The coupling portion 33 couples the 1 st cover portion 31 and the 2 nd cover portion 32. The connection portion 33 covers a portion where there is a difference in height between the 1 st wall portion 21a and the 1 st cover support portion 22 a. Therefore, the flat surface portion 31a of the 1 st cover portion 31 and the flat surface portion 32a of the 2 nd cover portion 32 are formed on different surfaces corresponding to the formed coupling portion 33. As a result, the 1 st cover 3 is partitioned by the 2 nd cover part 32a and the coupling part 33, and has a space through which at least the insert 143 and the element 131L on the left direction L side shown in fig. 1 can pass on the lower direction D side of the 2 nd cover part 32 a.
A concave introduction portion 33a is formed on the slider 150 side of the coupling portion 33. The introduction portion 33a is formed so that an opening 151 of the slider 150 on the side into which the insert pin 143 is inserted is widely opened.
The insertion portion 34 extends first in the upward direction U and then in the rightward direction R from between the 1 st cover portion 31 and the 2 nd cover portion 32. The insertion portion 34 is formed so as to be able to be inserted into and removed from the 1 st cover holding portion 241b formed in the 1 st protruding portion 241 in accordance with the movement of the 1 st cover 3.
The opening/closing lever 4 includes: an insertion portion 41 that is inserted into a lever moving portion 22c formed of a long hole formed in the 2 nd plate portion 22; and an operation portion 42 operated by a finger or the like when the fitting portion 41 is moved.
The driving unit 5 rotationally drives the gear 6. The gear 6 is engaged with the element 131R on the right direction R side in the upper direction U shown in fig. 1. The pitch of the teeth of the gear 6 is formed to be substantially equal to the length of the right element 131R in the front-rear direction (F-B). The drive portion 5 and the gear 6 are housed in a drive system housing portion surrounded by the 1 st plate portion 21 and the 1 st wall portion 21 a. The driving unit 5 and the gear 6 of the present embodiment are each composed of a motor and a worm wheel. In the case of a worm gear, the spacing of the teeth is the axial teeth spacing.
The 2 nd cover 7 includes: a planar cover main body 71 covering the upper U side of the base 2; a rotation support part 72 extending downward from the end part of the cover main body 71 on the front side F side to the downward direction D; a slider holding portion 73 extending downward D from an end portion of the cover body 71 on the rear side B side; and a shaft member 74 as a rotation shaft when the 2 nd cover 7 rotates.
A hole through which the opening/closing lever 4 is inserted is formed at an end of the cover main body 71 in the left direction L, and constitutes an opening/closing lever insertion portion 71 a. The rotation support portion 72 has a shaft member 74 as a rotation shaft when the 2 nd cover 7 rotates. The shaft member 74 is inserted into the first 2 nd cover mounting portion 241a and the second 2 nd cover mounting portion 242a, which are formed by holes formed in the 1 st protruding portion 241 and the 2 nd protruding portion 242.
The slider 150 is mounted on a slider mounting portion 23a formed on the 3 rd plate portion 23. The body 150a of the slider 150 may have the same configuration as a commonly used slider, but is provided with a projection 150b in particular in this embodiment. The slider moving device 1 of embodiment 1 is attached to the slider 150 by inserting the projection 150b into the notch constituting the slider attachment portion 23 a.

First, the installer moves the opening/closing lever 4 in the direction of arrow (1). When the installer pushes the operation portion 42 in the direction of the arrow (1) same as the front direction F, the insertion portion 41 moves from the latch portion 32d to the open portion 32c side. As a result, a space is created between the fitting portion 41 and the opening portion 32c, and the 1 st cover 3 can move in the left direction (L).
Then, the installer moves the 1 st cover 3 in the direction of the arrow (2) substantially the same as the left direction L. When the 1 st cover 3 moves in the direction of the arrow (2), the opening portion 32c moves until it comes into contact with the fitting portion 41. Then, the insertion portion 34 of the 1 st cover 3 is disengaged from the 1 st cover holding portion 241b formed at the 1 st protruding portion 241.
Next, the installer pulls the 1 st cover part 31 of the 1 st cover 3 in the right direction R along the direction of the arrow (3). When the 1 st cover 3 is pulled in the direction of arrow (3), the 1 st cover 3 rotates about the fulcrum 32b supported by the 1 st cover support portion 22a shown in fig. 3 (a). A gap a is formed between the base 2 and the 1 st cover part 31 on the right direction R side.
Then, the installer inserts the right fastener element row 130R of the right fastener stringer 110R from the gap a between the base 2 and the 1 st cover portion 31. The installer engages the teeth of the gear 6 with the gaps b of the adjacent right fastener elements 131R of the inserted right fastener element row 130R.
Next, as shown in fig. 6(a), the right direction R side of the 1 st cover part 31 of the 1 st cover 3 is pushed in the direction of the arrow (4). When the installer pushes the 1 st cover 3 in the direction of arrow (4), the 1 st cover 3 rotates about the fulcrum 32b supported by the 1 st cover support portion 22a shown in fig. 3(a), and the gap on the right direction R side of the 1 st cover portion 31 disappears or becomes small.
Then, the installer moves the 1 st cover 3 in the direction of the arrow (5) substantially the same as the right direction R. When the 1 st cover 3 moves in the direction of the arrow (5), the opening portion 32c is away from the embedded portion 41. Then, the insertion portion 34 of the 1 st cover 3 shown in fig. 5(a) is inserted into the 1 st cover holding portion 241b formed in the 1 st protruding portion 241.
Next, as shown in fig. 6(b), the installer moves the opening/closing lever 4 in the direction of arrow (6). When the installer pushes the operation portion 42 in the direction of the arrow (6) substantially the same as the rear direction B, the insertion portion 41 moves from the opening portion 32c toward the closing portion 32 d. As a result, the fitting portion 41 comes into contact with the latch portion 32d, and the movement of the 1 st cover 3 in the left-right direction (L-R) is locked.
Next, a method of attaching the slider moving device 1 according to embodiment 1 to the slider 150 will be described.

The slider 150 of embodiment 1 is not equipped with a pull tab, but is provided with a projection 150b on the body 150 a. The projection 150b has a small diameter portion 150c formed at the base.
Next, as shown in fig. 7(b), the projection 150b of the slider 150 is inserted into the slider mounting portion 23a formed in the 3 rd plate portion 23 of the slider moving device 1. When inserted, the narrow portion 23b of the slider mounting portion 23a sandwiches the small diameter portion 150c of the projection 150 b. Therefore, the slider 150 can be configured not to be disengaged from the lower direction D side of the slider moving device 1.
Next, as shown in fig. 8, the cover main body 71 of the 2 nd cover 7 is closed. When the cover body 71 is closed, the slider holding portion 73 is positioned on the rear direction B side of the projection 150B of the slider 150 shown in fig. 7 (B). Therefore, the slider 150 can be configured not to be disengaged from the slider moving device 1 in the rear direction B.
Next, a method of inserting and removing the plunger 143 will be described.
Fig. 9 shows a method of attaching the left fastener stringer 110L of the slide fastener 100 according to embodiment 1. Fig. 9(a) shows a state where the insert pin 143 of the left fastener stringer 110L is passed through the slider 150. Fig. 9(b) shows a state where the insert pin 143 of the left fastener stringer 110L is inserted into the socket body 142.
The slide fastener 100 according to embodiment 1 can be attached in the same manner as a normal slide fastener. In the attachment, first, as shown in fig. 9(a), the installer passes the plug 143 and the element 131L on the left direction L side through a space formed below the 2 nd cover part 32a and divided by the 2 nd cover part 32a and the coupling part 33 and on the lower direction D side of the 2 nd cover part 32a, corresponding to a portion where there is a difference in height between the 1 st wall part 21a and the 1 st cover supporting part 22 a. Then, the insert pin 143 of the left fastener stringer 110L is passed through the slider 150 from the concave introduction portion 33a formed in the coupling portion 33. Then, as shown in fig. 9(a), the installer inserts the plug 143 into the socket body 142.
Further, the introduction portion 33a may not be formed, and since there is a space defined by the 2 nd cover portion 32a and the coupling portion 33 and formed on the lower side D of the 2 nd cover portion 32a, the installer can easily insert the insert pin 143 into the slider 150. However, by forming the introduction portion 33a, the opening 151 of the slider 150 on the side into which the insert pin 143 is inserted is opened widely. Therefore, the installer can more easily insert the insert pin 143 into the slider 150.
As shown in fig. 9(b), in a state where the insert pin 143 of the left fastener stringer 110L is inserted into the socket body 142, the left element row 130L is disposed so as to pass through a space formed below the 2 nd cover portion 32a in the direction D, and the right element row 130R is disposed so as to pass through the inside of the 1 st cover 31.
When the insert pin 143 is removed, the installer pulls the left fastener stringer 110L in the forward direction F. Then, the left side element row 130L and the insert pin 143 are disengaged from the slider 150, and then pass through a space formed below the 2 nd cover portion 32a toward the D side. Therefore, the installer can easily detach the insert 143 from the socket body 142 and the slider 150.
Further, by forming the introduction portion 33a, the opening 151 of the slider 150 on the side into which the insert pin 143 is inserted is opened widely. Therefore, the installer can more easily detach the insert 143 from the socket body 142 and the slider 150.
Further, the installer may attach the slider moving device 1 to the slider 150 after inserting the insert pin 143 into the socket body 142 to form a fastener chain. Further, the slider moving device 1 may be attached to the slider 150 after a part of the element rows 130 is engaged with the slider 150.
