1. A roll forming apparatus, comprising: the flexible molding assembly and the multi-clamping follow-up blanking assembly;
the flexible molding assembly comprises:
a first inner symmetrical forming needle and a second inner symmetrical forming needle which are fixedly arranged on the same forming device base and are bilaterally symmetrical;
the first outer symmetrical forming needle and the second outer symmetrical forming needle are movably arranged and are bilaterally symmetrical;
the first flexible adjustable cushion needle is respectively arranged between the first inner side symmetrical forming needle and the first outer side symmetrical forming needle, and the second flexible adjustable cushion needle is respectively arranged between the second inner side symmetrical forming needle and the second outer side symmetrical forming needle; the first flexible adjustable cushion needle and the second flexible adjustable cushion needle can be selected to have different specifications according to the requirements so as to adapt to the production of rolled products with different circumferences;
the multi-clamping follow-up blanking assembly consists of an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate which are arranged symmetrically up and down; and a left clamping piece and a right clamping piece which are arranged symmetrically left and right; the left clamping piece comprises: the left first clamping piece is positioned at the left outer side of the rolled product in a clamping state, the left second clamping piece is positioned at the left inner side of the rolled product, and the left first clamping piece and the left second clamping piece apply internal and external acting forces to the left side of the rolled product in opposite directions so as to realize left side fixation; the right clamping piece contains: the right first clamping piece and the right second clamping piece are positioned at the right outer side of the rolled product in a clamping state, and the right second clamping piece is positioned at the right inner side of the rolled product, so that the right side is fixed by applying internal and external acting forces to the right side of the rolled product in opposite directions; the left second clamping piece and/or the right second clamping piece are internally provided with air blowing holes connected with an air channel, an air blowing function can be realized through an external air source, and the left second clamping piece or the right second clamping piece is selected to blow according to different product requirements, or the left second clamping piece and the right second clamping piece are selected to blow simultaneously, so that the inner ring part of a rolled product is smoothed, and inner ring wrinkles are avoided;
the fixing parts are respectively arranged on the outer sides of the first outer symmetrical forming needle and the second outer symmetrical forming needle, and the two fixing parts are bilaterally symmetrical.
2. The roll forming apparatus of claim 1, wherein the securing portion is a semi-open cavity.
3. The roll forming apparatus of claim 2, wherein the securing portion is a recess.
4. The roll forming apparatus of claim 1, further comprising: and the driving mechanism is used for driving the flexible forming assembly to be pulled out from the rolled product.
5. The roll forming apparatus of claim 1, wherein the multi-clamp follow-up blanking assembly further comprises:

step 1, after a rolled product is formed, driving an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate to be respectively clung to the upper end face and the lower end face of the rolled product;
step 2, driving the left clamping piece to be positioned on the inner wall and the outer wall of the left side of the rolled product at the same time, and driving the right clamping piece to be positioned on the inner wall and the outer wall of the right side of the rolled product;
step 3, simultaneously applying internal and external clamping forces to the left side and the right side of the rolled product respectively so as to fix the left side and the right side of the rolled product;
step 4, driving the flexible molding assembly to be pulled out of the rolled product;
step 5, opening the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece, and optionally driving the left clamping piece and the right clamping piece to leave the blanking point after the left clamping and the right clamping and blowing actions are completed;
step 6, driving the upper clamping plate to downwards clamp plate and the lower clamping plate to upwards apply force simultaneously to form complete closure;
step 7, driving the closed lower clamping plate, the lower clamping plate and the rolled product to leave the blanking point and advance to the blanking belt;
and 8, opening the upper clamping plate, and rotating a conveying mechanism connected with the lower clamping plate to convey the coiled product to a blanking belt to finish blanking.
