the on-off of the compressed gas is controlled by the on-off of the electromagnetic valve, the compressed gas pushes the cylinder to reciprocate, and the reciprocating motion of the cylinder drives the cutter to cut off the edge of the surface-mounted circuit and separate waste materials; otherwise, when the surface-mounted circuit product is not present, the mechanical part does not act.

At this moment, the light emitted by the optical fiber amplifier irradiates the lower edge of the product sequentially through the optical fiber, the optical fiber probe and the optical fiber focusing mirror, then the light is reflected by the product, and sequentially returns to the optical fiber amplifier through the optical fiber focusing mirror, the optical fiber probe and the optical fiber primary path, the optical fiber amplifier receives the reflected light signal and then sends a micro-electric signal to the PLC, the PLC outputs 24V voltage to drive the electromagnetic valve to open, compressed gas pushes the air cylinder, the movable cutter seat and the connected movable cutter to move horizontally, and acts with the static cutter in a combined way, the surface-mounted circuit is punched and molded once, then the surface-mounted circuit finished product moves horizontally for a certain distance along the chute of the static cutter seat and slides down to the product receiving box, and the rim waste is vertically slipped under the action of gravity through the slit of the product positioning groove because the cavity of the circuit is not provided, thus the circuit product is separated from the rim waste, and one-time of cutting is completed.
