the voice collecting unit 4312 is configured to collect a voice verification signal of the user;
the authentication unit 432 further includes a login information authentication unit 4321 and a voice authentication unit 4322,

the voice verification unit 4322 is configured to perform recognition processing on the collected voice verification signal, obtain a feature parameter of the voice verification signal, compare the feature parameter with a voice verification feature parameter corresponding to the user name and pre-stored in a database, and output a voice verification result.
The voice verification characteristic parameter corresponding to the user name pre-stored in the database is a characteristic parameter corresponding to a voice signal recorded by the user during registration.
Aiming at the security risks (such as password stealing) easily existing in the traditional login mode of only adopting a user name and a password, the embodiment of the invention provides a voice verification mode for further verifying the identity of a manager, so that the security of management authority is further improved.
In one embodiment, the voice verification unit 4322 further comprises: a preprocessing subunit 4323, an end point detection subunit 4324, a feature extraction subunit 4325, and a verification subunit 4326;
a preprocessing subunit 4323, configured to perform framing preprocessing on the received voice verification signal, and output a preprocessed voice verification signal, where the preprocessing includes framing, denoising, and enhancing processing of the voice verification signal;

the verification subunit 4326 is configured to integrate the feature parameters of the voiced segment of the voice verification signal, compare the integrated voice parameters with the voice verification feature parameters corresponding to the user name and pre-stored in the database, and verify the voice parameters, thereby outputting a voice verification result.
In one embodiment, the verification unit 432 first performs a first step of login information verification according to login information input by a user, that is, a user name and a login password, after the first step of verification is passed, the verification unit 432 further drives the login unit 431 to collect a voice verification signal of the user, the verification unit 432 further performs voice verification on the voice verification signal, and after the second step of verification is passed, it is determined that the user identity verification is successful.
When the administrator registers, after the administrator registers the user name and the password, the administrator can freely input a voice signal containing any content (for example, the administrator reads out the voice signal of the name, the content of the voice signal can be freely determined by the administrator), and the system processes the voice signal, acquires the characteristic parameters of the voice signal, stores the characteristic parameters in the database, and binds the characteristic parameters with the user name. When the administrator needs to log in the management module, after the user name and the password are verified, a voice verification signal (such as a voice signal corresponding to the read name) with the same content needs to be further input, the voice verification signal is identified by the system, the acquired characteristic parameters are compared with the characteristic parameters in the database for verification, and when the verification result is consistent, the information verification of the administrator is carried out. The identity of the administrator is further verified through the voice verification mode, firstly, the voice content provided during registration is determined by the administrator, and the uncertain setting mode provides a first guarantee for information safety. Then, by means of comparing the characteristic parameters of the voice verification signal, even if the same content is read out, the characteristic parameters of the voice verification signal sent out by different people are different due to different characteristics of sound frequency and the like, so that a second guarantee is provided through the characteristics of the characteristic parameters of the voice verification signal. The information security of the system is further improved through double guarantee.
In one embodiment, the pre-processing subunit 4323 performs frame pre-processing on the received voice verification signal, and outputs a pre-processed voice verification signal, which specifically includes:
1) carrying out wavelet packet decomposition processing on the voice verification signal, wherein the wavelet packet decomposition is carried out by adopting a set wavelet basis and a wavelet decomposition scale;
2) carrying out threshold processing on the wavelet packet coefficient obtained by the maximum decomposition scale to obtain the wavelet packet coefficient after threshold processing;
3) reconstructing according to the wavelet packet coefficient after threshold processing to obtain a voice verification signal after preprocessing;
wherein, threshold processing is carried out on the wavelet packet coefficient obtained by the maximum decomposition scale, and the adopted threshold function is as follows:
in the formula (I), the compound is shown in the specification,
denotes the k-th wavelet packet coefficient after thresholding, w
kThe k-th wavelet packet coefficient obtained by representing the maximum decomposition scale, sgn (·) represents a sign function, T represents a set threshold value, and a represents a set effect adjusting factor, wherein a is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, when the administrator performs voice authentication to input the voice authentication signal, the administrator is inevitably interfered by the environmental noise. The preprocessing subunit performs enhancement processing on the voice verification signal by adopting the mode, firstly performs wavelet packet decomposition on the voice verification signal, and then performs threshold processing on a wavelet packet coefficient by adopting the improved threshold function, wherein the threshold function adopts a double-threshold mode to adapt to the wavelet packet coefficient in the voice verification signal, and particularly processes the characteristics of the wavelet packet coefficient of a high frequency band, so that the smoothness of the threshold processing function is improved, the fault condition existing in the traditional wavelet threshold processing is effectively avoided, the voice characteristic of the voice verification signal is reserved to the maximum extent, and the guarantee is provided for accurately identifying the voice verification signal later.
In one embodiment, the threshold T is specifically obtained by the following function:
where T represents the threshold in the threshold function, σ represents the standard deviation estimate of the noise,
med(w
k) Denotes the median of wavelet packet coefficients in the maximum number of decomposition levels, N denotes the length of the wavelet packet coefficients, J denotes the number of decomposition levels of the maximum decomposition scale, mean (w)
k) Mean value representing wavelet packet coefficient in maximum number of decomposition layers
According to the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the multi-scale wavelet packet decomposition of the voice verification signal, the threshold value function is adopted to reasonably set the threshold value, and the self-adaptive adjustment can be carried out according to the decomposition scale, so that the subjective uncertainty caused by adopting a fixed threshold value in the traditional threshold value setting process is avoided, and the voice verification signal and processing effect is indirectly improved.
In an embodiment, the endpoint detecting sub-unit 4324 performs endpoint detection on the pre-processed voice verification signal to obtain a voice starting point and a voice ending point of the voice verification signal, and specifically includes:
1) performing frame windowing on the preprocessed voice verification signal;
2) obtaining the short-time energy E of each frame of voice verification signal according to the amplitude of each frame of voice signaldIn which Ed(i) Representing the short-time energy of the voice verification signal of the ith frame;

d(i) Sorting from big to small to obtain a sorting set
Where u is 1,2, …, I denotes the total number of frames of the voice authentication signal,
representing the maximum value of the amplitude of the u-th speech signal in the sorted set;
4) after each frame of voice verification signal is subjected to Fourier transform, the frame of voice signal is divided into NbA number of sub-bands;
5) obtaining energy E of each sub-bandbWhereinEb(m, i) represents the sub-band energy of the mth sub-band in the ith frame of speech verification signal;
6) calculating an endpoint detection factor of each frame of voice signal based on short-time energy, sub-band energy and peak characteristics, wherein the adopted endpoint detection factor function is as follows:
wherein A (i) represents the endpoint detection factor of the ith frame voice verification signal, E
d(i) Representing the short-time energy of the voice verification signal of the ith frame,
represents the first in the above sorted set
The maximum value of the amplitude of the voice signal, I represents the total frame number of the voice verification signal,

b(m, i) represents the sub-band energy, P, of the mth sub-band in the ith frame of speech verification signal
b(m, i) represents the self-band energy distribution density of the mth sub-band in the ith frame of voice verification signal;
7) respectively comparing the endpoint detection factors A (i) of each frame of voice verification signal with a set endpoint detection threshold value Z, and if the endpoint detection factors A (i) of 4 frames of voice verification signals continuously exist from a certain frame of voice verification signal and are all larger than the endpoint detection threshold value Z, marking the frame of voice verification signal as a voice starting point; continuing to detect, if the end point detection factors A (i) of 4 frames of voice verification signals continuously exist from a certain frame of voice verification signal and are all smaller than an end point detection threshold value Z, marking the frame of voice verification signal as a voice end point; the speech frame between the speech start point and the speech end point is marked as a voiced segment part.
In the above embodiment of the present invention, when the voiced segment part of the voice verification signal is obtained, the method performs endpoint detection on the voice verification signal, and by obtaining the short-time energy and the sub-band energy of the voice verification signal and creatively adding the peak value characteristic of the voice verification signal as the influence parameter of the endpoint detection factor, the improved endpoint detection factor function is used to accurately describe the endpoint characteristic in the voice verification signal, and the voice starting point and the voice ending point in the voice verification signal are accurately judged according to the endpoint detection factor, so that the accuracy of the endpoint detection of the voice verification signal is improved, the voiced segment part of the voice verification signal is accurately obtained, and the accuracy of the voice verification is indirectly improved.
