and the management module is used for auditing and managing the new substation outgoing line scheme.

the grid division information unit is connected with the external function module and is used for acquiring grid division information from the external function module, wherein the grid division information comprises power distribution area GIS information, grid division information, power distribution equipment data in a grid, grid frame data, user data and power grid resource data;
the basic data unit comprises economic evaluation basic data stored in a grid, including evaluation result documents and related index data, such as project financial indexes, technical and economic indexes, reliability indexes and environment indexes.

the power supply capacity calculating unit is used for calculating the power supply capacity of the power grid from multiple angles, and comprises the step of calculating the power supply capacity of the power grid under the condition of not considering the transmission capacity of the line, under the condition of considering the transmission capacity of the line at the outlet port or under the condition of considering the transmission capacity of the minimum line type.
4. The grid-based power distribution network planning service management information system according to claim 1, wherein the power consumption demand planning management module comprises a power consumption demand unit and a newly added outlet planning unit;
the power consumption demand unit is used for receiving newly-increased power consumption demand information, wherein the power consumption demand information comprises government power consumption information, temporary telegram loading information and customer service newly-increased load information;
and the newly added outgoing line planning unit is used for a manager to refer to the economic evaluation basic data in the grid, combine the analysis result of the analysis module in the grid on the current situation of the grid and newly added power demand information to plan a new substation outgoing line scheme.

The grid-based power distribution network planning service management information system of claim 1, wherein the management module is configured to perform audit management on the new substation outlet scheme, including modification, deletion, approval, query and maintenance on the new substation outlet scheme.
