Detailed Description
In the modern society, in order to promote the joint growth of enterprises and public institutions and employees, each enterprise and public institutions can reflect the completion condition of the performance target of a department or an employee through performance assessment, and the employee engagement, job ascending and descending, cultivation and development and labor compensation are combined, so that an enterprise and public institution incentive mechanism is fully applied, although a performance examination form can be automatically generated according to the existing examination form template, the performance examination form cannot be adjusted or updated in real time according to the requirements, time and labor are wasted, and the flexibility is not high.
According to the assessment quantitative value obtaining method, the assessment quantitative value obtaining device, the assessment quantitative value obtaining equipment and the readable storage medium, the target assessment quantitative value of the object to be assessed is calculated through the preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information of the object to be assessed, time and labor are saved, and the flexibility of calculation of the target assessment quantitative value of the object to be assessed is improved.
It should be noted that, in the assessment quantitative value obtaining method provided in the embodiment of the present application, the execution main body may be an assessment quantitative value obtaining device, and the assessment quantitative value obtaining device may be implemented as part or all of a computer device in a software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware. Optionally, the computer device may be an electronic device with a data processing function, such as a Personal Computer (PC), a portable device, a server, and the like, and the specific form of the computer device is not limited in this embodiment. The execution subjects of the method embodiments described below are described taking a computer device as an example.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application are further described in detail by the following embodiments in combination with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an assessment quantitative value obtaining method according to an embodiment, which relates to a specific process of determining, by a computer device, a target assessment quantitative value of a user corresponding to an object to be assessed according to obtained attribute information of the object to be assessed and a preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information. Optionally, as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S101, obtaining attribute information of an object to be assessed, wherein the attribute information represents a duty range of a user corresponding to the object to be assessed.
Specifically, the working record history data of each employee in an enterprise or a university may be stored in advance in a memory of the computer device, the working record history data may include all working content data of the corresponding employee within a time limit such as a hiring period or a trial period, the working content data may include any one of the working tasks of each employee, and the name of the read working task is determined as an object to be assessed, for example, the object to be assessed may be an XXX working task, and the XXX working task may be a published article or a periodical, or a recruiter; then, the computer equipment acquires the attribute information of the object to be assessed, and the attribute information represents the responsibility range of a user corresponding to the object to be assessed; considering that the responsibility refers to a range and a series of task tasks which are taken by a user to fulfill a certain organization function or complete a task mission, and corresponding responsibility which needs to be taken to complete the task tasks, when the responsibility ranges are different, the task tasks which the user needs to execute are also different, for example, the trial period staff and the correction staff have different basic workloads according to the different responsibility ranges, and the administrative department and the research and development department have different task tasks which need to be executed according to the different responsibility ranges; further, according to the attribute information of the object to be assessed, whether the user is in a recruitment period or a trial period can be determined, and whether the user belongs to an administrative department or a research and development department can also be determined.
In a specific implementation process, the to-be-examined object acquired by the computer device may be a string of characters related to published papers or recruiters, or may be a data table related to published papers or recruiters, and when the computer device acquires the to-be-examined object in the form of the data table, the data table may be analyzed first to extract keywords, and the extracted keywords may be matched with names of the to-be-examined objects stored in the computer device, so as to determine which job task the data table corresponds to.
Step S102, acquiring a preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information, wherein the preset assessment template comprises a responsibility range, a corresponding relation between an assessment item type and at least one content to be assessed, and a corresponding relation between an assessment subject type of an object to be assessed and an assessment subject; wherein the assessment item type is a common item type, a bonus item type or a deduction item type.
Specifically, a plurality of preset assessment templates are stored in a memory of the computer device, and each preset assessment template is provided with a template identifier, so that when the attribute information of the object to be assessed is matched with the template identifier, the preset assessment template corresponding to the template identifier is obtained, and the purpose of quickly calling the corresponding preset assessment template on the premise of obtaining the attribute information of the object to be assessed is achieved.
The preset assessment template comprises the corresponding relation between the assessment item types and the contents to be assessed, when the number of the contents to be assessed is one, the assessment item types and the contents to be assessed are in one-to-one corresponding relation, and when the number of the contents to be assessed is multiple, the assessment item types and the contents to be assessed are in one-to-many corresponding relation; the preset assessment template also comprises a corresponding relation between the assessment main body type and the assessment main body of the object to be assessed, the object to be assessed is determined corresponding to the assessment item type, for example, when the assessment item type is an addend item type, the object to be assessed can be an over-published paper, when the assessment item type is a common item type, the object to be assessed can be a normal published paper, and when the assessment item type is a deduction item type, the object to be assessed can be a delayed published paper.
When the assessment item type and the object to be assessed are both determined, at least one content to be assessed of the object to be assessed may be determined, for example, when the object to be assessed is an excess published paper, the content to be assessed of the object to be assessed may be at least one of a delivery speed of the excess published paper, a completion quality of the excess published paper, and/or a technical action of the excess published paper, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The assessment subject type of the object to be assessed can be a self-assessment type, a colleague scoring type and/or a leader scoring type, each assessment subject type corresponds to at least one assessment subject, for example, when the assessment subject type is the self-assessment type, the corresponding assessment subject can be the user himself; when the assessment subject type is the leader scoring type, the corresponding assessment subject can be a department supervisor or a department manager.
And S103, determining a target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed by adopting the preset assessment template.
Specifically, when the computer device determines that the preset assessment template correspondingly receives selection operation of assessment item types, input operation of objects to be assessed, input operation of each content to be assessed, selection operation of assessment subject types and selection input operation of assessment subjects, obtaining assessment quantitative values of the user and each content to be assessed corresponding to the assessment subjects, and can determine the target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed according to the obtained assessment quantitative value, the weight of the user and the weight of the assessment subject, instead of obtaining the examination table generated by the unified examination table template before examination in the existing scheme, and then performing corresponding input operation according to each item to be examined inherent in the examination table, the examination table is troublesome and labor-consuming, and the used unified examination template has no flexibility.
In the embodiment, the attribute information of the object to be assessed is obtained, and then the preset assessment module corresponding to the attribute information is called by using the attribute information of the object to be assessed, so that the purposes of establishing a preset assessment template aiming at the attribute information of the object to be assessed, performing performance assessment on the user corresponding to the object to be assessed by using the preset assessment template, and finally determining the target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed are achieved. Therefore, compared with the performance assessment process using the unified assessment table template in the existing scheme, the performance assessment process using the preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information of the object to be assessed in the embodiment has more flexibility, and the performance assessment efficiency is also improved.
The above embodiment discloses a process of how a computer device determines a target assessment quantitative value of a user corresponding to an object to be assessed according to acquired attribute information of the object to be assessed and a preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information, and is described below by the following embodiment. It should be noted that the following method is only used for explaining the present application and is not used for limiting the present application.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of an assessment quantitative value obtaining method according to another embodiment, which relates to a specific process of how a computer device determines a target assessment quantitative value of an object to be assessed by using a preset assessment template when the preset assessment template further includes a correspondence between assessment subjects and weights. On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 2, step S103 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
and step S1031, receiving each input operation in the preset assessment template, wherein each input operation comprises a selection operation of an assessment item type, an input operation of a to-be-assessed object, an input operation of at least one to-be-assessed content, a selection operation of an assessment subject type, a selection operation of an assessment subject and an input operation of weight.
Specifically, when the computer device correspondingly selects a preset assessment template according to the attribute information of the object to be assessed, the computer device prompts the user corresponding to the object to be assessed to correspondingly perform input operation or selection operation, so that the preset assessment template can be started and a corresponding preset assessment table can be generated.
Step S1032, obtaining an assessment quantitative value of each content to be assessed corresponding to the assessment subject according to each input operation; wherein the assessment quantitative value comprises a minimum assessment quantitative value and a maximum assessment quantitative value.
Specifically, a preset assessment quantitative value sum of all contents to be assessed of the object to be assessed is stored in the computer device in advance, and the assessment quantitative value sum of each content to be assessed corresponding to the assessment subject received by the computer device is not more than the preset assessment quantitative value sum; for example, when the to-be-checked object includes three to-be-checked contents, namely, a to-be-checked content a, a to-be-checked content B, and a to-be-checked content C, and the sum of preset check quantization values of the three to-be-checked contents stored in advance in the computer device is 100, the computer device receives a first check quantization value of the to-be-checked content a corresponding to the check subject, a second check quantization value of the to-be-checked content B corresponding to the check subject, and a third check quantization value of the to-be-checked content C corresponding to the check subject, so that the sum of the first check quantization value, the second check quantization value, and the third check quantization value cannot exceed 100; each assessment quantitative value comprises a minimum assessment quantitative value and a maximum assessment quantitative value.
And S1033, determining a target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed according to the assessment quantitative value and the weight of the assessment subject.
Specifically, the weight of the assessment subject can represent the importance degree of the assessment subject, for example, the weight of the user during self-assessment can be set to 20%, the weight of the user during the upper-level leader score can be set to 80%, and the higher the leader level is, the greater the influence of the given score is.
In the implementation process, when the preset assessment template further comprises a corresponding relation between an assessment main body and the weight, the computer device can determine the target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed according to the product value of the assessment quantitative value and the weight of the assessment main body.
In the above embodiment, when the preset assessment template is further limited to include the corresponding relationship between the assessment subject and the weight, the target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed can be determined according to the received assessment quantitative value of each content to be assessed corresponding to the assessment subject and the weight of the assessment subject, so that the accuracy and the intelligence of determining the target assessment quantitative value based on the preset assessment template are realized.
Since the examination of the to-be-examined object can be regarded as the examination of the performance formed by the to-be-examined object, the period of the to-be-examined object can be determined based on the period formed by the performance, and the examination period list can comprise a plurality of examination periods such as monthly examination, seasonal examination and annual examination.
When the user corresponding to the object to be assessed selects the specified assessment period in the assessment period list according to the actual requirement, a time length selection instruction is generated, and when the computer equipment receives the time length selection instruction, the assessment period corresponding to the time length selection instruction can be determined in the assessment period list, so that the purpose of assessing the user corresponding to the object to be assessed in the preset time length is achieved.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a quantitative assessment value obtaining method according to yet another embodiment, where this embodiment relates to a specific process of determining an assessment level of a user corresponding to an object to be assessed according to a target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed when the preset assessment template further includes a correspondence between assessment levels and quantitative value ranges. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 3, after step S103, the method may further include:
and S104, determining the quantization value range of the target assessment quantization value according to the corresponding relation between the assessment grade and the quantization value range.
Specifically, when the correspondence between the assessment level and the quantization value range is stored in advance in the memory of the computer device itself, each quantization value range may be considered to correspond to one assessment level, for example, the excellent correspondence is greater than or equal to 90 points of the quantization value range, and the qualified correspondence is greater than or equal to 70 points of the quantization value range.
Then, the objective assessment quantization value may be compared with the plurality of quantization value ranges, that is, the objective assessment quantization value is determined to fall within which quantization value range of the plurality of quantization value ranges, so as to determine the quantization value range in which the objective assessment quantization value is located.
And S105, determining the assessment grade of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed according to the quantitative value range of the target assessment quantitative value.
Specifically, the computer device matches the target assessment quantitative value with the plurality of quantitative value ranges to obtain the quantitative value range where the target assessment quantitative value is located, and then takes the assessment grade corresponding to the quantitative value range as the assessment grade of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed, so that the purpose of automatically and quickly determining the assessment grade according to the target assessment quantitative value is achieved, and the content richness and the comprehensiveness of a preset assessment template are reflected.
In some embodiments, when the computer determines that each received input operation in the preset assessment template does not match the preset assessment template, for example, there is no required option in the assessment item type list, the number of input frames of the content to be assessed does not match the current required number, and an assessment subject or an assessment level needs to be added, at this time, the computer device needs to acquire corresponding instruction information to adaptively adjust the preset assessment template, so fig. 4 is a flowchart of an assessment quantitative value acquisition method shown in another embodiment, which relates to a specific process of how to adjust assessment parameter items in the preset assessment module when the computer device receives assessment parameter adjustment information. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the method may further include:
and step S21, obtaining assessment parameter adjustment information.
Specifically, the assessment parameter adjustment information may be addition or deletion information of assessment item types, addition or deletion or modification information of content to be assessed, addition or deletion or modification information of assessment subject types, and addition or deletion or modification information of assessment grades.
When the computer equipment determines that the assessment parameters in the preset assessment template need to be adjusted, assessment parameter adjustment information can be obtained, so that relevant assessment parameter items in the preset assessment template can be correspondingly adjusted according to the adjustment information; the assessment parameter items can be at least one of assessment item types, contents to be assessed, assessment subject types and assessment grades.
And S22, adjusting assessment parameter items in the preset assessment module according to the assessment parameter adjustment information, wherein the assessment parameter items comprise at least one of assessment item types, content to be assessed, assessment subject types and assessment grades.
Specifically, when the computer device receives the assessment parameter adjustment information, at least one of the assessment item type, the content to be assessed, the assessment subject type and the assessment subject can be added, deleted and/or modified according to the adjustment information, so that the integrity and the content richness of the adjusted preset assessment template are guaranteed, and the determined assessment level of the assessment subject to be assessed on the application user can be more accurate.
For example, when the content to be checked of the object to be checked needs to be deleted, added or modified, the checking parameter adjustment information of the content to be checked can be obtained, and after the computer device receives the checking parameter adjustment information, the content to be checked can be added to or deleted from the preset checking template; in the same way, the assessment item types, assessment subject types and assessment grades in the preset assessment template can be deleted, added or modified, and the like, and the details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment, the assessment parameter adjustment information is obtained to correspondingly adjust the relevant assessment parameters in the preset assessment template, so that the effect that the preset assessment template can change in real time along with assessment requirements is achieved, a set of templates does not need to be customized again to meet the current requirements, and the flexibility, the diversity and the application universality of the preset assessment template are improved.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a method for obtaining assessment quantitative values according to yet another embodiment, where it is considered that when the number of users corresponding to the object to be assessed is multiple, and when it is required to determine assessment levels of all employees in a department, the number of users corresponding to the object to be assessed is multiple, for example, when performing level assessment on all employees in a research and development department, a computer device needs to obtain an employee list of all employees in the research and development department, where the employee list may include names, job numbers, job titles, and job levels of each employee, and then obtain a target assessment quantitative value of each employee according to the obtaining process of the target assessment quantitative values in the foregoing embodiment, further, a statistical analysis chart of all employees in the research and development department may be determined according to the target assessment quantitative values of each employee, so that the assessment results of the research and development department are more visualized and clear, therefore, the embodiment relates to how to generate the statistical analysis chart of the examination when the number of the users corresponding to the object to be examined is multiple. Optionally, as shown in fig. 5, the method specifically includes:
step S501, obtaining a target assessment quantitative value of each user and an assessment grade of each user.
Specifically, when the assessment is directed to a plurality of users, the computer device determines a plurality of target assessment quantitative values of the plurality of users according to the attribute information of the object to be assessed and the preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information, and can also determine the assessment level of each user according to the corresponding relationship between the assessment level and the quantitative value range in the preset assessment template.
And S502, generating a statistical analysis chart of the examination according to the target examination quantitative value of each user and the examination grade of each user, wherein the statistical analysis chart is used for representing the distribution condition of the target examination quantitative values of each user of the examination.
Specifically, when determining the target assessment quantitative value of each user and the assessment grade of each user, the computer device automatically generates a statistical analysis chart, where the statistical analysis chart includes the distribution of the target assessment quantitative values of each user, and may also include the distribution of the assessment grades of each user, for example, when the assessment is performed on 10 employees in a research and development department, the generated statistical analysis chart may include 10 target assessment quantitative values or 10 assessment grades, and each assessment grade or each target assessment quantitative value corresponds to an employee name, so that the assessment result of the research and development department is clearer.
In a specific implementation process, when the number of the users corresponding to the object to be assessed is only one and the number of the assessment subjects is multiple, a statistical analysis chart can be generated according to a plurality of assessment quantitative values of the object to be assessed corresponding to the assessment subjects and the weight of each assessment subject, wherein the statistical analysis chart comprises the assessment quantitative value distribution condition and the weight distribution of the object to be assessed corresponding to each assessment subject, so that the change condition of the assessment quantitative values and the weights, which are not corresponding to the assessment subjects, is reflected.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart illustrating a method for obtaining assessment quantitative values according to yet another embodiment, where the embodiment relates to a specific process of how a computer device determines a target assessment quantitative value of an object to be assessed by using a preset assessment template when a plurality of assessment subjects are included in the preset assessment template and each assessment subject corresponds to a weight. On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, as shown in fig. 6, step S103 may also be implemented by the following sub-steps:
step S31, receiving assessment quantitative values of the to-be-assessed object corresponding to each assessment subject; the assessment quantitative value of the object to be assessed comprises at least one minimum assessment quantitative value and one maximum assessment quantitative value of the content to be assessed.
Specifically, when the number of the assessment subjects is multiple, the computer device receives assessment quantitative values of the to-be-assessed objects corresponding to each assessment subject, specifically, the minimum assessment quantitative value and the maximum assessment quantitative value of each to-be-assessed content corresponding to each assessment subject, so that different assessment quantitative values of different assessment subjects for the to-be-assessed objects are received, and a foundation is laid for subsequently determining the target assessment quantitative values of the users corresponding to the to-be-assessed objects.
And S32, determining the target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed according to the assessment quantitative value and the weight of the corresponding assessment subject.
Specifically, according to the quantitative assessment value of the object to be assessed corresponding to each assessment subject and the weight of the corresponding assessment subject, the satisfaction degree of the corresponding assessment subject on the object to be assessed can be determined, for example, when the assessment subject is a superior leader, the satisfaction degree of the superior leader on the performance corresponding to the user or the object to be assessed can be represented by the quantitative assessment value of the object to be assessed corresponding to the superior leader and the weight corresponding to the superior leader.
In this embodiment, the computer device determines the target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed according to the assessment quantitative value of the object to be assessed corresponding to each assessment subject and the weight of the corresponding assessment subject, so that different degrees of influence of each assessment subject on the user corresponding to the object to be assessed can be reflected, and the fairness of the target assessment quantitative value can be ensured.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a quantitative assessment value obtaining method according to yet another embodiment, where the embodiment relates to how to obtain a list of preset assessment templates stored in a memory of a computer device according to a plurality of assessment subjects included in the preset assessment template and each assessment subject corresponds to a weight. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, step S32 may be implemented by the following sub-steps:
step S701, determining a product value of the examination quantitative value of the to-be-examined object corresponding to each examination subject and the weight of the corresponding examination subject.
Specifically, the quantitative assessment value of the to-be-assessed object corresponding to each assessment subject may be the sum of the minimum quantitative assessment value and the maximum quantitative assessment value of each to-be-assessed content corresponding to the assessment subject, and the sum of the quantitative assessment values is multiplied by the weight of the corresponding assessment subject.
And S702, adding the product values to obtain a target assessment quantitative value of the user corresponding to the object to be assessed.
Specifically, the computer device multiplies the sum of the quantization values corresponding to each assessment subject by the weight of the corresponding assessment subject to obtain a plurality of product values, and sequentially adds the product values to obtain a sum of added values, wherein the sum of added values may be a target assessment quantization value of a user corresponding to the object to be assessed.
In some embodiments, a preset assessment template list is stored in the memory of the computer device, and the preset assessment template list comprises at least one preset assessment template; when the computer equipment does not determine a preset assessment template list corresponding to the attribute information of the object to be assessed in the assessment template list, the computer equipment generates a preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information according to the received selection operation of the type of the assessment item, the input operation of the object to be assessed, the input operation of at least one content to be assessed, the selection operation of the type of the assessment subject, the selection operation of the assessment subject and the input operation of the weight, and adds the preset assessment template into the preset assessment template list so as to be convenient for directly calling the attribute information of the object to be assessed in the follow-up process.
In the embodiment, when the computer device determines that the preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information of the object to be assessed does not exist in the preset assessment template list stored in the computer device, the computer device can generate the preset assessment template corresponding to the attribute information in time according to each received input operation, so that the diversity and the comprehensiveness of the preset assessment template list are improved, and a foundation is laid for the direct calling of subsequent computer devices.
