A server, comprising: the processor is used for executing the data pushing program stored in the memory; a memory on which a data pushing program is stored, the program implementing the method of pushing data based on scenes according to any one of claims 3 to 5 when executed by the processor; and the communicator is used for connecting terminal equipment in a communication mode.

A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out a method of acquiring data based on a scene as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2; or, implementing the method for pushing data based on scenes according to any one of claims 3 to 5.
