A method for realizing the printing of an electronic official document form according to a printing template is disclosed, the electronic official document form is manufactured by a form designer and then is stored in a server, a plurality of information fields are arranged on the electronic official document form, and form information input through different form controls is in one-to-one correspondence in each information field, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
according to the requirement of a user on the printing style of the electronic official document form, a printing template corresponding to the electronic official document form is manufactured, a plurality of form columns corresponding to the plurality of information columns are arranged on the printing template, and the form control names identical to the form controls corresponding to the form information input in the information columns are input in each form column one by one;
uploading the manufactured printing template to a server and associating the printing template with the configuration of the electronic official document form;
receiving the operation of printing the electronic official document form by a user, and loading and displaying the corresponding printing template;
acquiring the form information input by the form controls with the same form control name from a server through the form control names input in each form column on the printing template, and filling and replacing the acquired form information into the form control names in each form column on the printing template to form a printing page;
and receiving the operation of printing the printing page by the user, and sending the printing page to a printer for printing.
2. A method of enabling electronic document forms to be printed according to a print template as recited in claim 1, wherein: the electronic official document form is manufactured by a form designer and then stored in a server to be stored in a database as form data;
and after the manufactured printing template is uploaded to a server, storing file data associated with the configuration of the form data in a database.
3. A method of enabling electronic document forms to be printed according to a print template as recited in claim 1, wherein: the method comprises a form display page for displaying the electronic official document form;
a printing button for receiving the operation of printing the electronic official document form by a user and a printing window for displaying the printing template are configured on the form display page;
and if the operation that the user clicks the printing button is received, loading the printing template associated with the electronic document form configuration and displaying the printing template on the printing window.
4. A method of enabling electronic document forms to be printed according to a print template as recited in claim 3, wherein: a print document button for receiving the operation of printing the print page by a user is configured on the print window;
and if the operation that the user clicks the print document button is received, sending the print page to a printer for printing.

A method of enabling electronic document forms to be printed according to a print template as recited in claim 1, wherein: the step of manufacturing a printing template corresponding to the electronic official document form according to the requirement of the user on the printing style of the electronic official document form specifically comprises the following steps: and manufacturing the printing template through Word software according to the requirements of the user on the typesetting layout, the text color, the font and the printing style of the space of the electronic official document form.

A system for realizing printing of an electronic official document form according to a printing template, wherein the electronic official document form is manufactured by a form designer and then stored in a server, a plurality of information fields are arranged on the electronic official document form, and form information input through different form controls is in one-to-one correspondence in each information field, and the system is characterized by comprising:
the printing template generating module is used for manufacturing a printing template corresponding to the electronic official document form according to the printing style requirement of a user on the electronic official document form, a plurality of form columns which are in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of information columns are arranged on the printing template, and the same form control names as the form controls for inputting the form information in the corresponding information columns are input in each form column one by one;
the printing template configuration module is used for uploading the manufactured printing template to a server and associating the printing template with the electronic document form configuration;
the electronic official document form printing module is used for receiving the operation of printing the electronic official document form by a user and loading and displaying the corresponding printing template;
the printing page generating module is used for acquiring the form information input by the form controls with the same form control name from a server through the form control names input in each form column on the printing template, and filling and replacing the acquired form information into the form control names in each form column on the printing template to form a printing page;
and the printing page receiving and sending module is used for receiving the operation of printing the printing page by the user and then sending the printing page to a printer for printing.
7. A system for enabling the printing of electronic official forms according to a printing template as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the electronic official document form is manufactured by a form designer and then stored in a database as form data;
and the printing template configuration module uploads the manufactured printing template to a server and then stores file data associated with the form data in a database.
8. A system for enabling the printing of electronic official forms according to a printing template as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the electronic official document form printing module comprises a form display page for displaying the electronic official document form;
and if the operation that the user clicks the printing button is received, loading the printing template related to the electronic official document form configuration and displaying the printing template on the printing window.
9. A system for enabling the printing of electronic official forms according to a print template as claimed in claim 8, wherein: a print document button for receiving the operation of printing the print page by a user is configured on the print window;
and if the operation that the user clicks the print document button is received, sending the print page to a printer for printing.
10. A system for enabling the printing of electronic official forms according to a printing template as claimed in claim 6, wherein: and the printing template generating module is used for manufacturing the printing template through Word software according to the requirements of the user on the typesetting layout, the text color, the font and the printing style of the electronic official document form.
