In addition, the first mounting ring 22 is provided with an outer side reinforcement portion 226 on the second plate surface 29, and the outer side reinforcement portion 226 is connected to an outer edge of the second plate surface 29; a fourth reinforcing rib 228 is provided on the second plate surface 29 between the outer side reinforcing portion 226 and the first air guide ring 21; by providing the outer reinforcement portion 226 and the fourth bead 228 on the second plate surface 29, the mechanical strength of the first mount ring 22 can be further improved; meanwhile, the second plate surface 29 is further provided with a third reinforcing rib 227, and the third reinforcing rib 227 is respectively connected with the first air guide ring 21, the fourth reinforcing rib 228 and the outer side reinforcing part 226, so that on one hand, the stress distribution condition on the first air guide ring 21 is favorably improved, the mechanical performance of the first air guide ring is improved, and on the other hand, the mechanical strength of the first assembling ring 22 is further improved.
For the matching relation between the first guide ring 2 and the second guide ring 3, in order to ensure the convenient degree of assembly between the first guide ring 2 and the second guide ring 3, the first guide ring 2 is connected with the second guide ring 3;
specifically, the flow guide part 32 of the second flow guide ring 3 is connected with the bearing part 23, and the flow guide part 32 is matched with the first air guide ring 21 through the bearing part 23, so that the first air inlet 20 is communicated with the second air inlet 30 to jointly form a part of the air duct;

In view of the convenience of assembling the electric control device 4 in the annular cavity, in the present embodiment, the electric control device 4 is connected to the first baffle ring 2, the electric control device 4 includes an electric component and at least one electric control box 40, the electric component is disposed in the electric control box 40, and correspondingly, the electric control box 40 is disposed in the annular cavity; specifically, the electronic control box 40 is connected with the first assembling ring 22 of the first guide ring 2; the electric control box 40 of the electric control device 4 is connected with the first assembling ring 22 of the first guide ring 2 at least in a clamping manner;
the positioning plate 24 is arranged on the bearing part 23 of the first assembling ring 22, so that the positioning plate 24 is connected with the inner convex part 224 while being connected with the second deflector ring 3 in a positioning way, namely, the positioning plate 24 is connected with the bearing part 23 and the inner convex part 224 respectively; a clamping groove 241 is formed in one side, close to the inner side convex portion 224, of the positioning plate 24; the electric control box 40 is provided with a clamping line part 41, and the clamping line part 41 is connected with the clamping groove 241, so that the electric control box 40 is clamped with the first assembling ring 22;
in order to ensure the mechanical performance of the positioning plate 24 and avoid the first deflector ring 2, the second deflector ring 3 and the electric control device 4 from being broken or failed in the assembling process, the positioning plate 24 is provided with a second reinforcing rib 242, and the second reinforcing rib 242 is connected with the inner side convex portion 224, so as to improve the stress distribution on the positioning plate 24 and improve the mechanical strength of the positioning plate 24.
The wire clamping part 41 comprises a first wire clamping plate 411, a second wire clamping plate 412 and a wire clamping bottom plate 413, the first wire clamping plate 411, the second wire clamping plate 412 and the wire clamping bottom plate 413 are all connected with the outer side wall of the electric control box 40, the wire clamping bottom plate 413 is respectively connected with the first wire clamping plate 411 and the second wire clamping plate 412, a wiring cavity 415 is formed among the first wire clamping plate 411, the second wire clamping plate 412 and the wire clamping bottom plate 413, the wiring cavity 415 penetrates through the electric control box 40 to form a wire passing opening of the electric control box 40, and therefore the wire clamping part can be regarded as a wiring channel.
The first wire clamping plate 411, the second wire clamping plate 412 and the wire clamping base plate 413 are respectively matched with the clamping groove 241, so that clamping between the wire clamping part 41 and the clamping groove 241 is realized.
The wire clamping part 41 further comprises a second branch post 414, the second branch post 414 is connected to the wire clamping base 413, and the second branch post 414 is disposed between the first wire clamping plate 411 and the second wire clamping plate 412 and is used for branching the electric wires in the wire routing cavity 415, for example, separating the lead-in wires from the lead-out wires.
In order to ensure the assembling firmness between the electronic control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22, the present embodiment further describes the assembling relationship between the electronic control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, respectively, on the basis that the electronic control box 40 is clamped with the first assembling ring 22.
Firstly, in the horizontal direction, the electric control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22 are mainly in clamping fit and used for limiting the electric control box 40 in the horizontal direction; specifically, the first assembly ring 22 is provided with at least two circumferential limiting plates 2251 on the outer side protrusion 225, the electronic control box 40 is disposed between any two adjacent circumferential limiting plates 2251, and the electronic control box 40 is clamped with the two adjacent circumferential limiting plates 2251, and is used for limiting the electronic control box 40 in the circumferential direction; meanwhile, the first assembling ring 22 is provided with a limiting projection 2221 on the second reinforcing rib 222, and the limiting projection 2221 is matched with the electronic control box 40 to assist the circumferential limiting plate 2251 in further limiting the electronic control box 40; the first assembling ring 22 is provided with a radial limiting plate 2241 on the inner side convex part 224, the radial limiting plate 2241 is matched with the positioning plate 24, the electronic control box 40 is arranged between the radial limiting plate 2241 and the main body 1, and the electronic control box 40 is clamped between the radial limiting plate 2241 and the main body 1, so that the electronic control box 40 is limited in the radial direction; therefore, the first assembling ring 22 limits the electronic control box 40 in the circumferential direction and the radial direction respectively, so that the electronic control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22 can be connected more firmly in the horizontal direction.
Secondly, in the vertical direction, the bolt connection is mainly used between the electric control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22, and the electric control box 40 is fixed in the vertical direction; specifically, the first guide ring 2 is provided with a second assembling portion 223 on the first assembling ring 22, and the second assembling portion 223 penetrates through the first assembling ring 22; on the side close to the first plate surface 28, the second assembling portion 223 is provided with a first assembling hole 2231, the electronic control box 40 is provided with a second assembling hole 43, the first assembling hole 2231 is matched with the second assembling hole 43, and bolts are sequentially screwed into the second assembling hole 43 and the first assembling hole 2231, so that the electronic control box 40 is connected with the first assembling ring 22 in a bolt connection mode, which not only can ensure that the electronic control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22 can be connected firmly in the vertical direction, but also can further improve the assembling firmness of the electronic control box 40 and the first assembling ring 22 in the horizontal direction.
In the process of assembling the electric control device 4, the wire clamping portion 41 of the electric control box 40 is clamped with the clamping groove 241 of the first flow guide ring 2, meanwhile, the first assembling ring 22 and the electric control box 40 are clamped in the horizontal direction, the first assembling hole 2231 is aligned with the second assembling hole 43, and the bolt is sequentially screwed into the second assembling hole 43 and the first assembling hole 2231, so that the electric control device 4 and the first flow guide ring 2 are installed.
As in the conventional recognition, when the electronic control device 4 is assembled, since the electronic control device 4 is also electrically connected with other related components (such as an air conditioning motor, a sensor, etc.) in the ceiling-mounted machine, the wiring condition of the electronic control device 4 needs to be considered. For the electric control device 4 in the embodiment, the electric control device 4 is arranged in an annular cavity formed among the first flow guiding ring 2, the second flow guiding ring 3 and the main body 1, and the electric control device 4 is connected with the first flow guiding ring 2; therefore, in order to ensure that the electric control device 4 can be electrically connected with the relevant parts of the ceiling-mounted machine, in the embodiment, the first flow guiding ring 2 is provided with the routing part, so that a connecting line between the electric control device 4 and the relevant parts of the ceiling-mounted machine can penetrate into the annular cavity, and the connection between the electric control device 4 and the relevant parts of the ceiling-mounted machine is realized;
specifically, the routing portion includes a routing port 26, the routing port 26 is disposed at an outer edge of the first assembly ring 22, and the routing port 26 penetrates through the first assembly ring 22 to form a routing channel on the air intake deflector ring; the electric control box 40 is provided with a wire guide hole 42, and the wire guide hole 42 is matched with the wire running port 26, so that wires can be conveniently led in or led out from the annular cavity;
meanwhile, in order to improve the compatibility of the first deflector ring 2 in the routing function, the routing part is provided with a routing opening 26 at the outer edge of the first assembling ring 22, and also comprises a wire clamping piece 25, wherein the wire clamping piece 25 is arranged at the inner convex part 224 of the first assembling ring 22; correspondingly, the second deflector ring 3 is provided with a wiring opening 36 on the second air inlet ring 323, the wiring opening 36 is matched with the wire clamping piece 25 to form another wiring channel on the air inlet deflector ring, and the wiring channel is used for leading the electric wire into the annular cavity from one side close to the air duct or leading the electric wire out of the annular cavity, so as to meet different requirements of ceiling suction machines of different models on wiring conditions of the electric control device 4, and thus the universal matching performance of the first deflector ring 2 on wiring functions is improved;
the wire clamping member 25 comprises a first wire clamping arm 251, a second wire clamping arm 252 and a first wire dividing column 253; the first wire clamping arm 251, the second wire clamping arm 252 and the first branch column 253 are all connected with the inner convex part 224; the first wire clamping arm 251 is matched with the second wire clamping arm 252, and the first wire clamping arm 251 and the second wire clamping arm 252 are respectively matched with the routing opening 36 to form a routing channel together; the first branch column 253 is disposed between the first wire clamping arm 251 and the second wire clamping arm 252, and is used for dividing the electric wires in the routing channel, such as separating the lead-in wires from the lead-out wires.
Preferably, the electric control wire is introduced into the electric control box 40 through the wire hole 42, and the electric control wire is connected with the electric elements such as the circuit board; specifically, for the electronic control box 40, the electronic control box 40 includes a first box 401 and a second box 402, the first box 401 is connected to the second box 402, a cavity structure is formed between the first box 401 and the second box 402, and the electrical component is disposed in the cavity structure; the first box 401 is provided with a first buckle 44, the second box 402 is provided with a corresponding clamping hole, and the first buckle 44 is clamped with the clamping hole of the second box 402; preferably, the wire locking portion 41 and the wire guide 42 are disposed on the sidewall of the first case 401, the second mounting hole 43 is disposed on the bottom plate of the first case 401, and the second mounting hole 43 penetrates through the bottom plate of the first case 401.
To further ensure the security of the connection between the first container 401 and the second container 402; a box body assembling part 45 is arranged on the first box body 401, a third assembling hole 451 is arranged on the box body assembling part 45, a fourth assembling hole is arranged on the second box body 402, and the third assembling hole 451 is matched with the fourth assembling hole; after the first box body 401 is clamped with the second box body 402 through the first buckle 44, the third assembly holes 451 are automatically aligned with the fourth assembly holes, and the bolts are only required to be sequentially screwed into the fourth assembly holes and the third assembly holes 451, so that the first box body 401 and the second box body 402 can be assembled.
For fixing the electrical components in the electrical control box 40, a circuit board fixing portion 46 is disposed inside the first box body 401, the circuit board fixing portion 46 is connected with the electrical components, specifically, at least two clamping pieces 461 are disposed on the circuit board fixing portion 46 for clamping and fixing the electrical components, and a positioning column 462 is further disposed on the circuit board fixing portion 46 for positioning the electrical components to avoid the situation of misassembly; the clip 461 and the positioning post 462 are connected to the electrical component.
In order to avoid that the electric control lines in the electric control box 40 are arranged in a disorder manner, a line collecting groove 47 is further arranged in the first box body 401, and the line collecting groove 47 is respectively matched with the wire hole 42 and the circuit board fixing part 46, so that the electric control lines entering the electric control box 40 from the wire hole 42 are firstly collected through the line collecting groove 47 and then are connected with the electric elements fixed on the circuit board fixing part 46.
Meanwhile, in order to improve the assembly compatibility of the first guide ring 2 and the electric control device 4, a plurality of second assembly parts 223 are arranged on the first assembly ring 22 so as to meet the requirements of ceiling suction machines of different models on the installation position of the electric control device 4 and the requirements of the number of electric control boxes in the electric control device 4; as in the conventional knowledge, since each second assembling portion 223 is provided with the first assembling hole 2231, as the number of the second assembling portions 223 increases, the stress distribution of the first assembling ring 22 becomes worse, which is not favorable for improving the mechanical performance of the first flow guiding ring 2;
in order to avoid this situation, while ensuring the installation requirement of the electric control device 4, the mechanical performance of the first deflector ring 2 is ensured, the present embodiment further describes the arrangement of the second assembling portion 223 and the specific structure thereof;
specifically, the second assembling portion 223 penetrates through the first assembling ring 22, that is, the second assembling portion 223 penetrates through the first plate surface 28 and the second plate surface 29, and the second assembling portion 223 is connected to the first plate surface 28 and the second plate surface 29 respectively; in order to further improve the mechanical performance of the first guide ring 2, the second assembling portion 223 is integrally formed with the first assembling ring 22.
On the side close to the first plate surface 28, the second assembling portion 223 is connected with at least the second reinforcing rib 222, so as to improve the mechanical strength of the second assembling portion 223 at the connection part with the first plate surface 28; the second fitting portion 223 may be simultaneously connected to the first rib 221 and the second rib 222;
on the side close to the second plate surface 29, the second fitting portion 223 is connected to at least the outer reinforcement portion 226 and the fourth reinforcing rib 228, so as to improve the mechanical strength of the second fitting portion 223 at the connection part with the second plate surface 29; the second fitting portion 223 may be simultaneously connected to the outer reinforcing portion 226, the fourth reinforcing rib 228, and the third reinforcing rib 227;
on the side close to the second plate surface 29, the second mounting portion 223 includes a reinforcement ring 2232, a mounting post 2233, and a first reinforcement rib 2235, and the reinforcement ring 2232, the mounting post 2233, and the first reinforcement rib 2235 are respectively connected to the second plate surface 29; wherein the reinforcing ring 2232 is connected to at least the outer reinforcing part 226 and the fourth reinforcing rib 228, and the fitting post 2233 is disposed in the reinforcing ring 2232, preferably, the fitting post 2233 is disposed concentrically with the reinforcing ring 2232; the first reinforcing rib 2235 is connected to the mounting post 2233 and the reinforcing ring 2232, and a weight-reducing groove 2234 is formed between the first reinforcing rib 2235, the mounting post 2233 and the reinforcing ring 2232, so that not only the mechanical strength of the second mounting portion 223 at the connection with the second plate surface 29 is ensured, but also the weight of the first baffle ring 2 is reduced to some extent.
In addition, on the side close to the first plate surface 28, the second fitting portion 223 is provided with a first fitting hole 2231; accordingly, the first fitting post 2233 is fitted with the first fitting hole 2231; the first assembly hole 2231 may completely penetrate the first assembly post 2233, i.e., the first assembly hole 2231 completely penetrates the second assembly portion 223, forming a through hole structure; first mounting apertures 2231 may also be provided in first mounting posts 2233 to form an aperture configuration having an opening only on a side adjacent to first panel 28.
In the normal use process of the ceiling fan, the second guide ring 3 is not only required to be connected with the second assembly surface 12 of the main body 1, but also required to mount an air duct protective net, and meanwhile, the first guide ring 2 is assembled with the second air inlet ring 323 of the second guide ring 3 through the bearing part 23, so that a plurality of stress positions exist on the second guide ring 3, and therefore in the practical application process, the second guide ring 3 is required to have better mechanical strength, and at least two reinforcing structures are arranged on the second guide ring 3 in the embodiment;
on the basis of not influencing the air inlet efficiency of the second guide ring 3, at least two reinforcing parts are arranged on the second guide ring 3 on one side close to the first guide ring 2; specifically, on one side close to the first flow guiding ring 2, the second flow guiding ring 3 is provided with at least one fifth strengthening rib 37 and at least one sixth strengthening rib 38, the fifth strengthening rib 37 is respectively connected with the first mounting plate 311, the connecting plate 312 and the second mounting plate 313, and the sixth strengthening rib 38 is respectively connected with the second mounting plate 313, the first air inlet ring 321, the transition ring 322 and the second air inlet ring 323;
in order to further improve the stress distribution on the second flow guide ring 3, the mechanical performance of the second flow guide ring 3 is improved; the fifth reinforcing ribs 37 are arranged on the second flow guide ring 3 in a circumferential array, and the sixth reinforcing ribs 38 are arranged on the second flow guide ring 3 in a circumferential array; wherein, the fifth strengthening rib 37 and the sixth strengthening rib 38 can be arranged at intervals; at least two fifth reinforcing ribs 37 may be disposed adjacently to be regarded as a fifth reinforcing group, at least two sixth reinforcing ribs 38 may be disposed adjacently to be regarded as a sixth reinforcing group, and the fifth reinforcing group and the sixth reinforcing group are disposed at an interval.
In order to ensure the convenience of the first guide ring 2 and the second guide ring 3 in the actual production and processing process and improve the mechanical properties of the first guide ring 2 and the second guide ring, the first guide ring 2 is integrally formed, wherein the first reinforcing ribs 221 on the first plate surface 28 and the third reinforcing ribs 227 on the second plate surface 29 can be arranged in a staggered manner or in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the second flow guiding ring 3 is integrally formed, and specifically, the fifth reinforcing rib 37, the sixth reinforcing rib 38 and the second flow guiding ring 3 are integrally formed.
On the basis of the structure and the assembly relation of the ceiling fan and the air inlet guide ring and the electric control device 4 thereof, in order to further simplify the operation of the ceiling fan in the assembly process and improve the assembly convenience of the air inlet guide ring and the electric control device 4 in the ceiling fan, the embodiment also provides an installation method of the ceiling fan, which comprises the following steps:
s1, passing the electric control wire through the first assembling ring 22 through the wire feeding port 26, and clamping the first guide ring 2 with the main body 1;
firstly, electric control wires arranged in the main body 1, such as electric control wires of a motor, a sensor and the like, pass through the first assembly ring 22 through the wire feeding port 26, and are temporarily placed on the first plate surface 28, so that the electric control wires enter the annular cavity;
then, a clamping portion 27 is arranged on the first assembling ring 22 of the first flow guiding ring 2, and a first clamping hole 271 is arranged on the clamping portion 27; correspondingly, main part 1 is provided with the jack catch on first assembly surface 11, carries out the joint through first joint hole 271 and jack catch to at first fix first water conservancy diversion circle 2 and main part 1.
S2, matching the first box body 401 with the first assembling ring 22, the circumferential limiting plate 2251, the radial limiting plate 2241 and the main body 1 respectively, and clamping the clamping line part 41 with the clamping groove 241;
in the horizontal direction, the first box 401 is clamped with two adjacent circumferential limiting plates 2251, and is used for limiting the first box 401 in the circumferential direction, and the first box 401 is clamped between the radial limiting plate 2241 and the main body 1, and is used for limiting the first box 401 in the radial direction, so that the first box 401 and the first assembling ring 22 can be connected more firmly in the horizontal direction by respectively matching the first box 401 with the first assembling ring 22, the circumferential limiting plate 2251, the radial limiting plate 2241, and the main body 1; meanwhile, the clamping line part 41 of the first box body 401 is clamped with the clamping groove 241 of the first guide ring 2, so that the subsequent assembly of the first box body 401 is positioned on one hand, and the assembling firmness of the first box body 401 and the first assembly ring 22 in the horizontal direction is further improved on the other hand.
Before the first case 401 is assembled, the first case 401 is fixedly connected to the electric component by the circuit board fixing portion 46.
S3, screwing the bolts into the second assembly holes 43 and the first assembly holes 2231 in sequence;
after step S2, after the first box 401 and the first assembling ring 22 are assembled in the horizontal direction, the first assembling holes 2231 and the second assembling holes 43 are self-aligned, and the first box 401 and the first assembling ring 22 can be fixed in the vertical direction only by screwing the bolts into the second assembling holes 43 and the first assembling holes 2231 in sequence;
that is, the first container 401 is assembled and connected to the first assembling ring 22 in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through steps S2 and S3, respectively, so that the first container 401 is fixed.
S4, sequentially passing the electric control wire through the wire guide hole 42 and the wire collecting groove 47, and connecting the electric control wire with the electric element in the first box body 401;
after the first box 401 is fixed, the electric control wires temporarily placed on the first board 28 in step S1 are inserted into the wire guiding hole 42 and the wire collecting groove 47, and the electric control wires are connected to the terminals of the electric elements in the first box 401, so that on one hand, the electric connection between the electric control device 4 and other related components (such as an air conditioning motor, a sensor, and the like) in the ceiling fan is ensured, on the other hand, the wiring and routing conditions of the electric control wires can be operated simply and conveniently, and the assembly efficiency of the ceiling fan is improved.
S5, connecting the first box 401 with the second box 402;
specifically, the first buckle 44 on the first box 401 is firstly clamped with the clamping hole of the second box 402, then the third assembly hole 451 is automatically aligned with the fourth assembly hole, and the first box 401 and the second box 402 can be assembled only by screwing the bolt into the fourth assembly hole and the third assembly hole 451 in sequence; meanwhile, after the first box 401 and the second box 402 are assembled, the electric control wires in the wire guide holes 42 are also fixed, so that the electric control wires are prevented from being separated from the electric control box 40.
S6, clamping the positioning plate 24 with the positioning opening 35;
after the first flow guide ring 2 is fixed on the main body 1 and the electric control box 40 is fixed on the first flow guide ring 2, the positioning plate 24 of the first flow guide ring 2 is only required to be aligned with the positioning opening 35 of the second flow guide ring 3 and then clamped together, so that the first flow guide ring 2 is matched with the second flow guide ring 3; at this time, the second air inlet ring 323 of the second flow guiding ring 3 is attached to the bearing portion 23, so that the first air inlet 20 is matched with the second air inlet 30 to form an air inlet channel.
And S7, connecting the second guide ring 3 with the main body 1 through a bolt.
Through step S4, after the first flow guide ring 2 and the second flow guide ring 3 are assembled, the first mounting hole 33 formed in the first mounting plate 311 of the second flow guide ring 3 is automatically aligned with the second mounting hole formed in the second mounting surface 12 of the main body 1, and the second flow guide ring 3 and the main body 1 are fixedly connected by screwing the bolt into the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole in sequence.
Through the assembling process of the steps S1-S7, the air inlet guide ring and the electric control device 4 can be simply and quickly fixed on the main body 1, so that the firmness of assembly among all parts in the assembling process of the ceiling-mounted machine is ensured, the operation of the ceiling-mounted machine in the assembling process is simplified, and the assembling efficiency of the ceiling-mounted machine is improved.
In the invention, for the ceiling-mounted machine, on the basis of the related structure and assembly relationship of the ceiling-mounted machine in the embodiment, the ceiling-mounted machine further comprises conventional components of an air conditioner, such as a front panel, an outer shell, a water receiving tray, a heat exchange coil and an air guide device; similarly, the ceiling fan also comprises an air conditioner outdoor unit and related components; since they are all the prior art, they are not described herein in detail.

The ceiling machine is characterized by comprising a main body (1), a first guide ring (2), a second guide ring (3) and an electric control device (4), wherein the electric control device (4) comprises an electric element and at least one electric control box (40), the electric control box (40) comprises a first box body (401) and a second box body (402), the first box body (401) is connected with the second box body (402), a cavity structure is formed between the first box body (401) and the second box body (402), and the electric element is arranged in the cavity structure; the first guide ring (2) is connected with the main body (1), the second guide ring (3) is connected with the main body (1), the first guide ring (2) is connected with the second guide ring (3), and reinforcing ribs are arranged on the first guide ring (2) and the second guide ring (3); an annular cavity is formed among the first guide ring (2), the second guide ring (3) and the main body (1), the electric control box (40) is arranged in the annular cavity, and the electric control box (40) is connected with the first guide ring (2); a wire feeding port (26) is formed in a first assembling ring (22) of the first flow guide ring (2), the wire feeding port (26) penetrates through the first assembling ring (22), and the wire feeding port (26) is matched with an electric control box (40).
