Detailed Description
A magnetic ring for preventing the loosening of screw fastener is made of steel or stainless steel, the steel is the spring steel with the trademark of 27MnCrB5, the stainless steel is the austenitic stainless steel with the trademark of 022Cr17Ni12Mo2, but not limited to the above-mentioned materials, such as steel, stainless steel, alloy and other metal materials. The magnetic ring material contains one or more elements of iron, cobalt, nickel and the like which have a magnetism gathering function, the magnetic ring has the magnetic remanence of 0-10 kGs, the magnetic induction strength coercive force of 0-20 kOe and the magnetic energy product of 0-30 MGOe, and the application temperature is not higher than 200 ℃. The magnetic ring has the shape as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, is in a ring shape or a sheet shape, has an inner diameter D ranging from phi 3mm to phi 240mm, an outer diameter D ranging from phi 5mm to phi 600mm, and a thickness h ranging from phi 2mm to phi 25mm, and is suitable for the connection of metric threaded fasteners of M3 to M240. Fig. 2 shows the small tooth end of the magnetic ring, and fig. 3 shows the large tooth end of the magnetic ring.
The magnetic pole direction of the magnetic ring is inclined to the axial direction of the magnetic ring, as shown in fig. 1, 5 and 6. The magnetic ring is magnetized, the combination of two or more matched rings also has magnetism, and the magnetization direction is the axial direction of the magnetic ring, but is not absolutely parallel to the geometric axial direction of the ring, but forms an angle of not more than 5 degrees with the geometric axial direction of the ring.
The magnetic ring is usually composed of an even number (two, four or more even numbers) and a part, and is usually composed of two parts and a part which are buckled up and matched with each other, but the combination of a single part or a single part (three or more single parts) is not excluded. In the magnetic ring combination shown in fig. 4 and 5, the magnetic ring 1 and the magnetic ring 2 which are matched with each other have the same size and the same shape, and only have different magnetic pole directions; if N-level of one magnetic ring points to the small tooth end, and the N-level of the other magnetic ring points to the large tooth end, the two magnetic rings are buckled and matched to form a magnetic ring group by utilizing the principle that magnetic poles attract each other oppositely, and the wedge-shaped tooth structures arranged on the end surfaces of the two magnetic rings in the combination are beneficial to being simultaneously meshed and closely adhered under the action of magnetic force to form an integral component; as shown in fig. 6, the overall magnetic properties of the magnetic ring assembly are in a state of N-level at one end and S-level at the other end.
In the magnetic ring assembly shown in fig. 6 and 7, the large tooth surface 11 of the magnetic ring 1 and the large tooth surface 21 of the magnetic ring 2 are in mutual engagement and alignment, and are attached by magnetic attraction. The small tooth surface 12 of the magnetic ring 1 and the small tooth surface 22 of the magnetic ring 2 form two ends of a magnetic ring group, and respectively display magnetic N-level and magnetic S-level. And two sets of magnetic ring combinations can also be matched through magnetic superposition, so that four rings are formed as a combined component, and the like.
As an example of the looseness prevention of the threaded connection to which the magnetic ring group shown in fig. 8 is applied, the bolt 6 as a threaded fastener element mounts the attachment 4 to the attached member 5. Due to the reversible mounting and dismounting of the threaded connection, the bolt is easy to loosen, and particularly the bolt is in a dynamic environment. The bolt 6 and the connecting piece 4 can be attracted and tightly attached through the magnetic ring combination 3; meanwhile, the small tooth surface 12 at the upper end of the magnetic ring 3 can be wedged into the pressing surface of the bolt 6 in the pre-tightening process of the bolt 6, and the small tooth surface 22 at the lower end of the magnetic ring 3 can also be wedged into the pressed surface of the connecting piece 4 in the pre-tightening process of the bolt 6, so that double anti-loosening effects of magnetic attraction and wedging and stopping are formed in a connecting system adopting the magnetic ring combination 3, and the connecting system is firm and reliable. The engagement angle a of the large tooth surface of the magnetic ring is larger than the rising angle of the used threaded connection.
Fig. 9 shows an embodiment of the combination of the present invention, for example, a right-handed threaded fastener is used, the magnetic ring combination 3 of the present invention can be placed between the bolt 6 and the connected component 4, and the bolt fastening direction should be clockwise when viewed from top to bottom.
The combination of the invention aims to ensure that the circular ring combination can lead the connecting piece and the connected piece to be tightly connected by means of the unique structure and the innovative magnetic performance of the circular ring combination in the extremely severe motion working conditions of vibration, impact, alternating load and the like no matter the device and the equipment are in a static environment or in a dynamic state, and the like, so that the looseness and the looseness are avoided, and the connection reliability and the operation safety of the device and the equipment are improved to the maximum extent.
