10. A method of installing a sound and fire insulating fabricated steel framed floor structure according to any of claims 1 to 9, characterized by the steps of:
1) fixedly mounting floor plates (21) among a plurality of I-beams (3) of an original I-beam frame layer, and bonding a second sound insulation layer (24) made of light sound insulation cotton below the floor plates (21);
2) welding angle irons (22) below the I-shaped steel (3), and then fixedly installing lower flame retardant plates (23) at the bottoms of the angle irons (22), wherein the second sound insulation layers (24) are located between the floor plates (21) and the lower flame retardant plates (23);
3) welding a square pipe frame layer (11) on the I-shaped steel (3), and paving a second upper flame-retardant plate (123), a first sound insulation plate (122) and a first upper flame-retardant plate (121) on the square pipe frame layer (11) in sequence;
4) the method comprises the steps that a hanging rod (41) is fixedly installed on the angle iron (22), a hanging piece (42) is fixed to the bottom of the hanging rod (41), a main keel (43) is fixed to the position below the hanging piece (42), an auxiliary keel (44) is fixed to the position below the main keel (43), and a base plate (45) is fixed to the position below the auxiliary keel (44).
