Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a drying system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a heating apparatus 11 and a clothes drying rack 12. The heating device 11 is used to provide heat. The drying rack 12 is disposed below the heating device 11. The clothes drying rack 12 includes a frame 121 and a housing 122. A cover 122 surrounds the frame 121. The cover 122 forms an accommodating space 1221. The cover 122 is provided with a first opening 1222 facing the heating apparatus 11 and communicating with the accommodating space 1221. The heating device 11 is used to provide heat to the accommodating space 1221 through the first opening 1222.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the drying system 10 is connected with the heating device 11 through the clothes drying rack 12, so that the drying system 10 can have a clothes drying function while heating, the requirements of users can be met, and the user experience is improved. In addition, the clothes drying rack 12 is arranged below the heat supply device 11, so that heat flow can flow back and circulate downwards, and clothes can be dried more uniformly.
Specifically, the cover 122 may be made of canvas, which has good waterproof properties and is strong, durable and resistant to high temperatures. The cover body 122 made of canvas has excellent quality, and the life span of the clothes drying rack 12 can be increased. It will be appreciated that the cover 122 is not only made of canvas, but that different materials may be used depending on the situation. For example, the cover 122 may be made of pure cotton cloth, cotton linen cloth, or non-woven cloth.
In one example, the housing 122 is disposed around the frame 121, such that a narrow and closed space is formed in the clothes drying rack 12, thereby improving the drying capability of the drying system 10.
Specifically, the clothes drying rack 12 is located below the heating device 11, and hot air can straighten clothes from top to bottom, so that the flatness of the clothes is improved.
In some embodiments, the heating apparatus 11 includes a housing 111 and a heating element 112 received in the housing 111, the heating element 112 is used for providing heat to the receiving space 1221, and the drying rack 12 is detachably connected to the housing 111.
The heating element 112 can heat the air, thereby providing heat to the accommodating space 1221.
Specifically, the heating element 112 is a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater, and the PTC heater is formed by a PTC ceramic heating assembly and a corrugated aluminum strip through high-Temperature gluing. The PTC heater has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency, and is an automatic constant-temperature and electricity-saving electric heater. The safety device has the prominent characteristic that the surface of an electric heating tube heater does not turn red under any application condition on the safety performance, so that potential safety hazards such as scalding, fire and the like are caused. A PTC heater is therefore the best choice for the heating element 112. Of course, the heating element 112 may be not only a PTC heater, but may be made of different materials according to specific situations.
In some embodiments, the housing 111 is formed with an air duct 113, the air duct 113 includes an air inlet 1131 and an air outlet 1132 located at one side of the air inlet 1131, the heating element 112 is disposed in the air duct 113, the heat supply device 11 includes a fan 114 disposed in the air duct 113, the fan 114 is configured to establish an air flow flowing from the air inlet 1131 to the air outlet 1132, and the heating element 112 sends heat generated by the heating element 112 to the accommodating space 1221 through the air outlet 1132.
The blower 114 is configured to push the airflow from the inlet 1131 to the outlet 1132, so as to improve the flowability of the airflow. The air duct 113 is provided to make the air flow more sufficient. When the air flow passes through the heating element 112, the air flow brings out heat generated by the heating element 112 from the air outlet 1132, so that the generated hot air is more sufficient, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the drying system 10.
Specifically, the fan 114 may be an ac fan. The alternating current fan adopts an alternating current motor, the alternating current motor has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in manufacturing, firmness and the like, and the alternating current motor is an electrode with high rotating speed, high voltage, large current and large capacity. The coverage of ac power is also large, from a few watts to tens of thousands of watts, or even millions of thousands of watts. Therefore, the blower 114 using the ac motor operates more efficiently, and the airflow can flow more sufficiently, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the drying system 10.
In other examples, the fan 114 may be a dc fan.
In some embodiments, the heating element 112 is located at the air outlet 1132.
The airflow flows out from the air outlet 1132, and when the heating element 112 is located at the air outlet 1132, the heat of the airflow flowing out from the air outlet 1132 is sufficient. When heating element 112 is not located at air outlet 1132, for example, heating element 112 is located in the middle of air duct 113, air flow carries heat of heating element 112 to air outlet 1132, but due to a certain distance between heating element 112 and air outlet 1132, heat may be lost in the flowing process, so that the heat of air flow flowing out of air outlet 1132 is insufficient, and drying system 10 is not dried sufficiently. Therefore, the location of heating element 112 at air outlet 1132 enables the heat of the airflow flowing out of air outlet 1132 to be sufficient, thereby improving the drying efficiency of drying system 10.
In some embodiments, the first opening 1222 is located directly below the air exit 1132.
Specifically, the air outlet 1132 has a rectangular shape. It is understood that the shape of the air outlet 1132 may be not only rectangular, but also circular, triangular or other irregular shapes.
Since heat flows to the accommodating space 1221 through the first opening 1222, the first opening 1222 is located right below the air outlet 1132, so that the time for heat to enter the accommodating space 1221 is short, thereby reducing the loss of heat in the flowing process. When the first opening 1222 is not located right below the air outlet 1132, the heat cannot be ensured to flow into the accommodating space 1221 completely, which easily results in insufficient heat in the accommodating space 1221, and reduces the drying efficiency of the drying system 10.
In one example, the first opening 1222 is sized larger than the outlet 1132. The air current flows out from air outlet 1132, flows into accommodation space 1221 through first opening 1222, and when the size of first opening 1222 was less than the size of air outlet 1132, the easy air current that makes from air outlet 1132 outflow can not all get into accommodation space 1221, leads to accommodation space 1221 heat insufficient, reduces drying system 10's drying efficiency.
Specifically, the first opening 1222 is rectangular in shape. It is understood that the first opening 1222 may be shaped not only as a rectangle, but also as a circle, triangle, or other irregular figure.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the housing 111 includes a housing 115 and a connecting assembly 116 connected to the housing 115, the housing 115 and the connecting assembly 116 together define an air duct 113, the connecting assembly 116 is disposed opposite to the drying rack 12, the air inlet 1131 and the air outlet 1132 are both formed in the connecting assembly 116, and the drying rack 12 is hooked on the connecting assembly 116.
The connection assembly 116 and the housing 115 are arranged to enable the air duct 113 to be in a sealed state, so that the air flow is not easy to overflow.
Specifically, the connection assembly 116 is detachably connected to the housing 115, so that the fan 114 or the heating element 112 can be repaired or replaced in time when damaged.
Further, the connection assembly 116 and the outer cover 115 can be fixed by screws, and the connection assembly 116 and the outer cover 115 can be stably connected by the screws, so that looseness is not easy to occur, and damage to the drying system 10 caused by connection looseness of the connection assembly 116 and the outer cover 115 is prevented. It is understood that the connecting assembly 116 and the housing 115 can be not only fixed by screws, but also connected by clipping, bonding, etc.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 4, the connecting assembly 116 includes a plurality of frameworks 1162, a plurality of mounting plates 1163, and a plurality of fixing plates 1164, the frameworks 1162 are arranged at intervals, the frameworks 1162 are in an inverted triangle, and the fixing plates 1164 are located between two adjacent frameworks 1162 and are fixedly connected to the two adjacent frameworks 1162. Two sides of the bottom of the skeleton 1162 are provided with protrusions 11621 extending upwards, two ends of the fixing plate 1164 are provided with flanges 11642, and the flanges 11642 are erected on the protrusions 11621 so that the fixing plate 1164 and the skeleton 1162 can be detachably connected. Thus facilitating the disassembly and assembly of users.
Further, the mounting plate 1163 can adopt the aluminum product to make, and the aluminum product is slim and graceful, can reduce dry clothes hanger 12's whole weight, and the dry clothes hanger 12 of use that the user can be light can not appear and the overweight condition that leads to using inconvenient, promotes user experience of dry clothes hanger 12 weight. It will be appreciated that the mounting plate 1163 may be made of a different material than aluminum, depending on the situation. For example, the mounting plate 1163 may be made of plastic or other material.
Further, fixed plate 1164 can adopt the aluminum product to make, and the aluminum material is slim and graceful, can reduce dry clothes hanger 12's whole weight, and the dry clothes hanger 12 of use that the user can be relaxed can not appear and the overweight condition that leads to using inconvenient, promotes user experience of dry clothes hanger 12 weight. It is understood that the fixing plate 1164 may be made of aluminum, and may be made of different materials according to different situations. For example, the fixing plate 1164 may be made of plastic or other material.
Further, the frame 1162 and the connecting assembly 116 are fixed by screws.
In some embodiments, the joining assembly 116 is provided with a hook 1161, and the drying rack 12 is hooked to the hook 1161 by the frame 121.
The hook 1161 is arranged to enable the clothes drying rack 12 and the connecting assembly 116 to be detachably connected, so that a user can use the clothes drying rack 12 according to the requirement, and the user experience is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 5, a screw hole 11641 is formed on the fixing plate 1164, an external thread 11611 is formed on the hook 1161, and the hook 1161 and the fixing plate 1164 are in threaded connection through the screw hole 11641 and the external thread 11611. Of course, the fixing plate 1164 and the hook 1161 may be connected by not only a screw thread, but also other connection methods, for example, the fixing plate 1164 and the hook 1161 may be connected by an adhesive.
In particular, the arrangement of the skeleton 1162 and the fixing plate 1164 can disperse the weight of the clothes drying rack 12, the weight is shared by the skeleton 1162 and the fixing plate 1164, and the whole drying system 10 is improved to be more stable.
In one example, the hook 1161 may be fixed on the fixing plate 1164, the hook 1161 may be connected to one end of the rope, and an expansion screw is formed on a wall surface to connect the other end of the rope, so that the hook 1161 is connected to the wall surface, thereby reducing a bearing capacity of the drying system 10 and stabilizing the drying system 10.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the frame 121 includes a plurality of vertical bars 1212 and a plurality of horizontal bars 1211. A plurality of vertical rods 1212 are arranged at intervals. A plurality of rails 1211 are connected to the plurality of vertical rods 1212 and are spaced apart, and the vertical rods 1212 and/or the rails 1211 are hollow rods.
In this way, the plurality of vertical bars 1212 are connected by the plurality of rails 1211 and spaced apart from each other, so that an accommodating space 1221 is formed between the frames 121, and a user can place clothes in the accommodating space 1221. The hollow rod piece can reduce the whole weight of the clothes drying rack 12, a user can easily use the clothes drying rack 12, the condition that the clothes drying rack 12 is inconvenient to use due to the fact that the weight is too heavy cannot occur, and user experience is improved.
Specifically, frame 121 can be the rectangle, and rectangle simple structure and can make the accommodation space 1221 volume bigger, and more clothings can be hung to the user, promote user experience. It is understood that the frame 121 may be not only rectangular, but also shaped differently according to different requirements. For example, the frame 121 may be circular, cylindrical, or other shape.
It will be appreciated that rails 1211 and vertical rods 1212 are hollow tubes having a weight substantially less than the weight of a solid tube. Therefore, the cross bar 1211 and the vertical bar 1212 are hollow tubes, so that the overall weight of the clothes drying rack 12 can be reduced, a user can easily use the clothes drying rack 12, the condition that the clothes drying rack 12 is inconvenient to use due to the fact that the weight of the clothes drying rack 12 is too heavy is avoided, and the user experience is improved.
Further, horizontal pole 1211 and montant 1212 can adopt a single working of plastics of injection moulding, a single working of plastics of injection moulding is not only of light quality, and a single working of plastics of injection moulding hardness is high, be difficult to the deformation, so can also guarantee when reducing dry clothes hanger 12's whole weight that dry clothes hanger 12 can not appear the deformation scheduling problem in order to improve the life of dry clothes hanger 12, and dry clothes hanger 12 of use that the user can relax, the overweight condition that leads to using inconveniently of dry clothes hanger 12 weight can not appear, promote user experience. It will be appreciated that the cross-bar 1211 and the vertical bar 1212 may be formed from a single plastic piece, not just a single injection molding, but may be formed from different materials depending on the circumstances. For example, rails 1211 and vertical posts 1212 may be formed from other materials such as wood.
Specifically, the cross bar 1211 and the vertical bar 1212 are connected by welding.
Furthermore, the supporting rod 123 is disposed in the accommodating space 1221, the supporting rod 123 is fixedly connected to the vertical rod 1212 or the cross rod 1211, and a user can place clothes in the accommodating space 1221 through the clothes hanger.
In some embodiments, the dry hangers 12 weigh 0.7kg to 1.5 kg. For example, the dry hanger 12 may weigh 0.8kg, 0.9kg, 1kg, or the like.
So set up, the use that the user can be relaxed is dried clothes hanger 12, can not appear drying clothes hanger 12 overweight and lead to using the inconvenient condition, promotes user experience.
In particular, the height of the vertical rod 1212 is between 0.7 m and 1 m, so that the user can hang and unload the clothes drying rack 12 by hands freely, and the user experience is improved.
Referring further to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a side of the cover 122 facing away from the heat supply device 11 is provided with a second opening 1223 communicating with the accommodating space 1221.
