Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a wall-mounted clothes dryer 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a blowing device 100 and a hanger assembly 200. The blowing device 100 includes a housing 10 and a centrifugal fan 20. The centrifugal fan 20 is disposed in the housing 10. The housing 10 has an inlet opening 11 and an outlet opening 12, the outlet opening 12 facing downwards. The centrifugal fan 20 is used to establish an air flow from the air inlet 11 to the air outlet 12. The centrifugal fan 20 is used to discharge air downward toward the air outlet 12. The hanger assembly 200 is disposed below the outlet 12. The hanger assembly 200 is used to hang clothes.
In the wall-hanging clothes dryer 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention, since the hanging rack assembly 200 is disposed below the air outlet 12, the air flow can blow directly downward, so as to straighten the clothes, and the clothes are not easily wrinkled during the drying process under the action of the wind; in addition, because the centrifugal fan 20 exhausts air downwards towards the air outlet 12, the air blowing path of the centrifugal fan 20 is short, and the air blowing efficiency is high.
Specifically, the wall-mounted dryer 1000 may be hung on a support such as a wall through the housing 10. For example, fastening pins may be fixed to a wall, mounting holes may be formed in the housing 10, and the fastening pins may be inserted into the mounting holes, thereby attaching the wall-hung clothes dryer 1000 to the wall. The wall-mounted dryer 1000 may be installed at a balcony location of a home.
The housing 10 may be made of plastic or a metal material. Of course, the housing 10 may be assembled from parts formed of a metal material as well as parts formed of plastic.
It is understood that the housing 10 is formed with a duct 13. The air duct 13 communicates the air inlet 11 and the air outlet 12. The centrifugal fan 20 is provided in the air duct 13. When the centrifugal fan 20 works, the centrifugal fan 20 sucks air from the air inlet 11, passes through the air duct 13, and then is discharged from the air outlet 12.
It should be noted that the air outlet section of the air duct 13 is linear. Or, the centrifugal fan 20 discharges the airflow to the outside of the casing 10 through the air outlet section, and the process of discharging the airflow from the casing 10 does not turn, so that the loss is less, and the blowing efficiency of the blowing device 100 is improved. That is, the centrifugal fan 20 discharges the air downward toward the air outlet 12 to improve the blowing efficiency of the blowing device 100.
It should be noted that the air outlet 12 faces downward, which means that the air outlet 12 faces downward when the wall-hanging clothes dryer 1000 is operating normally. It is understood that the outlet 12 may be oriented in any direction when the wall-mounted dryer 1000 is not in use.
Referring to fig. 4, the centrifugal fan 20 includes a motor 21 and a centrifugal rotor 22. The centrifugal wind wheel 22 is mounted on the shaft of the motor 21. When the motor 21 shaft of the motor 21 rotates, the centrifugal wind wheel 22 can rotate, so that air flow is formed. The motor 21 may be a dc motor 21 or an ac motor 21.
It will be appreciated that the centrifugal rotor 22 draws air in from its axial direction, the air is driven by the rotation of the centrifugal rotor 22, and the air flow runs in the curve of the volute and tends vertically downwards to be discharged downwards.
In this embodiment, the centrifugal fan 20 exhausting air downward toward the air outlet 12 means that the tangential direction of the air outlet side of the centrifugal wind wheel 22 is downward.
The hanger assembly 200 may be provided separately from the blowing device 100 or may be provided at the blowing device 100. For example, the blowing device 100 is detachably hung on the housing 10.
The clothes may be hung on the hanger assembly 200 by a hanger or the like. It can be understood that the laundry is easily wrinkled after being washed due to the process of wringing or spinning the laundry. In this embodiment, the clothes are hung on the hanger assembly 200, and the air generated by the centrifugal fan 20 in the working process blows downwards on the clothes, so that the surface of the clothes has a downward acting force, and under the action of the downward acting force, the surface of the clothes is relaxed, and the phenomenon of wrinkles is not easy to occur.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the housing 10 includes a front plate 14, a rear plate 15, and a bottom plate 16. The rear plate 15 is disposed opposite the front plate 14. The bottom plate 16 connects the front plate 14 and the rear plate 15. The bottom plate 16 is formed with an air outlet 12. The front plate 14 is formed with an air inlet 11, and the air inlet 11 is located in the axial direction of the centrifugal fan 20.
That is, the wall-mounted dryer 1000 is a forward air type dryer 1000. Referring to fig. 5, the wall-mounted clothes dryer 1000 draws air from the front side, and the air passes through the centrifugal fan 20 and then is discharged downward toward the rack assembly 200.
Of course, referring to fig. 6, in other embodiments, the rear plate 15 is formed with the air inlet 11. At this time, the wall-mounted dryer 1000 is a rear air type dryer 1000.
Referring to fig. 7, if the rear plate 15 is formed with the air inlet 11, the wall-mounted clothes dryer 1000 sucks air from the rear side, and the air passes through the centrifugal fan 20 and then is discharged downward toward the rack assembly 200.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4, the housing 10 further includes a base 17, the base 17 forms an air duct 13, and the centrifugal fan 20 is accommodated in the air duct 13. In the present embodiment, the base 17 includes a body 170, a rear plate 15, and a bottom plate 16. The base 17 may be a structure in which the body 170, the rear plate 15, and the bottom plate 16 are formed by integral molding, or alternatively, the rear plate 15 and the bottom plate 16 may be formed by integral molding.
It should be noted that the base 17 may be a highly integrated plastic component.
The front plate 14 is disposed on the base 17. For example, the front plate 14 is provided to the base 17 by means of a snap, a screw, or the like. The front plate 14 may be made of plastic or metal. The intake vents 11 formed in the front plate 14 may have a circular shape, a rectangular shape, or the like.
If the front plate 14 is formed with the air intake 11, the rear plate 15 may be used to mount the centrifugal fan 20. The centrifugal fan 20 may be mounted on the rear plate 15 by fasteners such as screws. The wall-mounted dryer 1000 may be hung on a support such as a wall through the rear plate 15.
The outlet 12 formed in the bottom plate 16 may have a rectangular shape, a circular shape, or the like. In this embodiment, the air outlet 12 is in a grid type, that is, the air outlet 12 includes a plurality of sub outlets arranged at intervals.
In some embodiments, a control component 172 is disposed on the base 17, and the control component 172 is used for controlling the operation of the blowing device 100. The control component 172 may be a control circuit board. It is understood that the control circuit board includes a printed circuit board and components disposed on the printed circuit board.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the housing 10 includes a cover plate 18 covering the intake vent 11, and if the front plate 14 is formed with the intake vent 11, the front plate 14 and the cover plate 18 together define an intake air gap 121 communicating with the intake vent 11.
Thus, the air inlet gap 121 can ensure the normal air inlet of the air blowing device 100, so that the air blowing device 100 can work normally. The cover plate 18 may be attached to the front plate 14 by fasteners such as screws, or may be attached to the front plate 14 by interference fit or the like.
In some embodiments, the housing 10 is provided with a display device 181, and the display device 181 is used to display an operating state of the wall-mounted dryer 1000. For example, the display device 181 is used to display the outlet air temperature of the outlet 12, and display the working time of the wall-mounted clothes dryer 1000.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the blowing device 100 includes a heating device 30. The heating device 30 is disposed in the housing 10 and located at the air outlet 12. The heating device 30 is located between the air outlet 12 and the centrifugal fan 20.
Thus, the centrifugal fan 20 is used for exhausting air to the air outlet 12 through the heating device 30, the heating device 30 can heat the air flow formed by the centrifugal fan 20, and the temperature of the air flow flowing out of the air outlet 12 is high, so that the clothes hanging on the hanger assembly 200 can be dried quickly.
Specifically, the base 17 is formed with a mount 171, and the heating device 30 is disposed on the mount 171. The mounting seat 171 may be formed with a snap-fit structure, and the heating device 30 may be disposed on the mounting seat 171 by a snap-fit method. It will be appreciated that the heating means 30 is located in the air duct 13 formed by the housing 10.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the heating device 30 includes an insulating frame 31 and a heating element 32. The heat insulating frame 31 is provided inside the case 10. The heating element 32 is disposed in the heat insulating frame 31.
In this way, the heating element 32 can heat the air flow towards the outlet 12. The heat insulation frame 31 can reduce the emission of heat generated by the heating element 32 to the surroundings, so that the heating element 32 has a better effect of heating the air flow.
It will be appreciated that the insulating frame 31 passes through in the direction of the airflow so that the airflow can pass over the heating element 32 to raise the temperature.
The heat insulation frame 31 may be made of a flame retardant material, for example, the surface of the heat insulation material may be coated with a flame retardant material such as bromide, so that the heat insulation frame 31 may be prevented from being burned by heating.
In the present embodiment, the heating element 32 is, for example, a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater, and the PTC heater is formed by bonding a PTC ceramic heating element and a corrugated aluminum strip at a high Temperature. The PTC heater has the advantages of small thermal resistance and high heat exchange efficiency, and is an automatic constant-temperature and electricity-saving electric heater. The safety device has the prominent characteristic that the surface of an electric heating tube heater does not turn red under any application condition on the safety performance, so that potential safety hazards such as scalding, fire and the like are caused. A PTC heater is therefore the preferred choice for the heating device 30. Of course, the heating element 32 may be not only a PTC heater, but also a different material may be selected according to the specific situation.
In some embodiments, the heat insulating frame 31 is provided with a temperature detecting device 33, and the temperature detecting device 33 is used for detecting the temperature of the heating element 32. The control part 172 is used to control the operation of the heating element 32 according to the temperature detected by the temperature detecting device 33. For example, when the temperature detected by the temperature detecting device 33 is higher than the set temperature, the heating element 32 is controlled to be turned off to prevent the heating element 32 from continuing to work and causing a disaster due to the overhigh ambient temperature.
It is understood that the temperature detection device 33 includes a temperature probe and the like, and the temperature detection device 33 will not be described in detail.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the blowing device 100 includes a sterilization device 40, and the sterilization device 40 is disposed in the casing 10 and located at the air outlet 12. The sterilizing device 40 is located between the heating device 30 and the outlet 12.
Therefore, the sterilization device 40 can kill the fungus in the air flow, and prevent the fungus from attaching to the clothes to cause the odor of the clothes. The sterilization device 40 can also kill bacteria in the casing 10 and prevent bad phenomena such as musty odor caused by accumulation of bacteria in the casing 10.
Specifically, the sterilization device 40 is, for example, an ultraviolet sterilization device. It is understood that if the sterilization apparatus 40 is an ultraviolet sterilization apparatus, the sterilization apparatus 40 may emit ultraviolet rays to sterilize by using the ultraviolet rays. Of course, the sterilization device 40 may be other types of sterilization devices such as an ozone sterilization device.
The sterilizing device 40 may be mounted to the housing 10 by means of a snap fit or the like. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the sterilization device 40 is mounted in the base 17 by snap-fitting. The base 17 is formed with a mounting structure 173, and the sterilizing device 40 is mounted on the mounting structure 173.
It should be noted that the sterilization function of the wall-mounted dryer 100 is an optional function, and thus, the sterilization device 40 is an optional device. Alternatively, in other embodiments, the sterilization device 40 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 8-10, in some embodiments, the hanger assembly 200 includes a hanger 201 and a housing 220 connected to the hanger 201. The hanging rack 201 is used for hanging on the blowing device 100.
The housing 220 forms a closed receiving space 221. The accommodating space 221 is used for accommodating laundry. The cover 220 is formed with an air inlet 222 and an air outlet 223 both communicating with the accommodating space 221. The air inlet 222 is located above the air outlet 223. The air inlet 222 is used for blowing air downwards from the air blowing device 100.
It can be understood that the accommodating space 221 of the cover 220 is a relatively closed space, so that the cover 220 is not easy to transfer heat outwards, and the heat preservation performance inside the cover 220 is relatively good, which is beneficial to rapidly drying clothes.
Thus, the enclosed accommodating space 221 makes heat not easy to dissipate, thereby facilitating drying of the clothes. In addition, the air inlet is used for the blowing device 100 to blow air downwards, so that wrinkles are not easily generated in the clothes drying process under the action of wind.
The air outlet 223 facilitates the outflow of the moist air in the housing 220, which facilitates the drying of the laundry.
Specifically, after the centrifugal fan 20 forms the air flow, the air flow is heated by the heating device 30, passes through the air outlet 12, and enters the cover 220, so as to dry the clothes. It should be noted that the cover 220 can cover the air outlet 12 through the air inlet 222, so that the air flow flowing out from the air outlet 12 directly enters the cover 220, thereby reducing the loss of the air flow.
In one example, the cover 220 may be made of canvas, which has good waterproof properties and is strong, durable and temperature resistant. The cover 220 made of canvas has excellent quality and can improve the lifespan of the hanger assembly 200. It is understood that the cover 220 is not only made of canvas, but different materials may be used according to different situations. For example, the cover 220 may be made of various materials such as pure cotton cloth, cotton linen cloth, or non-woven cloth.
Referring to fig. 9, a zipper 225 is disposed at the front side of the cover 220, and a user can open the cover 220 through the zipper 225 to put in and take out the clothes.
