The weather-resistant long-life waterproof, anticorrosive and flame-retardant integrated coating and the preparation method thereof have the effects of ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance, acid-base salt corrosion resistance, flame retardance, strong base layer adhesive force, good low-temperature cohesiveness, good creep self-healing property, low construction energy consumption, safety and environmental protection, and solve the problems that the existing waterproof and anticorrosive material does not have self-healing property and flame retardance and is low in bonding strength.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

In a preferred scheme, the weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating comprises 26.5 wt% of regenerated dehydrated biological grease, 5 wt% of fly ash, 40 wt% of elastomer, 5 wt% of tackifying resin, 8 wt% of wetting agent, 1 wt% of modifier, 10 wt% of flame retardant, 0.5 wt% of ultraviolet absorbent, 1 wt% of antioxidant and 3 wt% of zinc oxide.
In a preferred scheme, the weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating comprises, by weight, 20% of regenerated dehydrated biological grease, 20% of fly ash, 22% of elastomer, 28% of tackifying resin, 2% of wetting agent, 0.5% of modifier, 4% of flame retardant, 1% of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.5% of antioxidant and 2% of zinc oxide.
In a preferred scheme, the weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating comprises, by weight, 50% of regenerated dehydrated biological grease, 8% of fly ash, 10% of elastomer, 7% of tackifying resin, 3% of wetting agent, 5% of modifier, 3% of flame retardant, 2% of ultraviolet absorbent, 2% of antioxidant and 10% of zinc oxide.
The regenerated dehydrated biological grease is one or the combination of two of regenerated vegetable oil and regenerated animal oil.
The tackifying resin is one or more of alkyl phenolic resin, C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin, rosin, terpene and EVA with high VA content.
The elastomer is one or more of butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and polyisoprene elastomer.
The modifier is one or the combination of two of ethylene oxide wax and polyphosphoric acid.
The flame retardant is one or a combination of more of hydrotalcite, ammonium polyphosphate, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.
The wetting agent is one or a combination of more of SDBS, CTAB and silane coupling agent, and the bonding strength between the hydrophilic interface and the hydrophilic interface can be improved by adding the wetting agent. The ultraviolet absorbent is one or a combination of more of UV-531, UV-O, UV-9 and a light stabilizer 744. The antioxidant is one or a combination of 1010, 168, 1076, CA, 330 and MEB.
A preparation method of a weather-resistant long-life waterproof, anticorrosive and flame-retardant integrated coating comprises the steps of adding an elastomer, tackifying resin, fly ash, an ultraviolet absorbent, an antioxidant and zinc oxide into a shearing kettle in proportion, shearing and stirring until no particles exist, adding a flame retardant, a modifier and a wetting agent, continuously stirring until a sizing material is uniform and no particles exist, adding regenerated dehydrated biological oil, stirring for 1 hour, and passing through a colloid mill to obtain the weather-resistant long-life waterproof, anticorrosive and flame-retardant integrated coating.
The invention has the following characteristics and beneficial effects:
the weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating has the advantages that the service life of exposed parts can be more than 20 years, the service life of concealed works can be as long as that of buildings, the peel strength of the coating with a metal material at 180 ℃ can be more than 6.0N/mm, the bonding strength of the coating with concrete can be more than 5.0N/mm, and the flexibility at low temperature can be more than-35 ℃.
Compared with the prior art, the invention also has the following advantages: 1. the exposed service life is longer, and the service life of the concealed project can reach the same service life of the building; 2. the creep property is durable, and the newly generated and original gaps and holes of the base layer can be sealed; 3. the application environment range is wide, the flexibility at low temperature is-35 ℃, the heat resistance is 90 ℃, the normal use can be realized, the construction temperature is not required, the bonding strength is high, and the adhesive force is strong; 4. the flame retardant property can reach B1 grade; 5. has strong acid, alkali and salt corrosion resistance.

The following further describes the embodiments of the present invention. It should be noted that the description of the embodiments is provided to help understanding of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The tackifying resin is one or more of alkyl phenolic resin, C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin, rosin, terpene and EVA with high VA content. The high VA content EVA means that the VA content reaches 28-50%, the higher the VA content is, the stronger the resin polarity is, the better the low temperature resistance is, and the stronger the substrate surface binding force is.
The elastomer is one or more of butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and polyisoprene elastomer. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding an elastomer, tackifying resin, fly ash, an ultraviolet absorbent, an antioxidant and zinc oxide into a shearing kettle, shearing and stirring until no particles exist, adding a flame retardant, a modifier and a wetting agent, continuously stirring until a sizing material is uniform and no particles exist, adding regenerated dehydrated biological oil, stirring for 1 hour, and passing through a colloid mill to obtain the weather-resistant long-life waterproof, anticorrosive and flame-retardant integrated coating.

The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating is characterized in that: comprises 20-50% of regenerated dehydrated biological grease by weight, 5-20% of fly ash by weight, 10-40% of elastomer by weight, 5-28% of tackifying resin by weight, 2-8% of wetting agent by weight, 0.5-5% of modifier by weight, 3-10% of flame retardant by weight, 0.5-2% of ultraviolet absorbent by weight, 0.5-2% of antioxidant by weight and 2-10% of zinc oxide by weight.

The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the environment-friendly biological grease comprises 26.5% by weight of regenerated dehydrated biological grease, 5% by weight of fly ash, 40% by weight of elastomer, 5% by weight of tackifying resin, 8% by weight of wetting agent, 1% by weight of modifier, 10% by weight of flame retardant, 0.5% by weight of ultraviolet absorbent, 1% by weight of antioxidant and 3% by weight of zinc oxide.

The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the environment-friendly composite material comprises 20 weight percent of regenerated dehydrated biological grease, 20 weight percent of fly ash, 22 weight percent of elastomer, 28 weight percent of tackifying resin, 2 weight percent of wetting agent, 0.5 weight percent of modifier, 4 weight percent of flame retardant, 1 weight percent of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.5 weight percent of antioxidant and 2 weight percent of zinc oxide.

The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the environment-friendly biological grease comprises 50% of regenerated dehydrated biological grease by weight, 8% of fly ash by weight, 10% of elastomer by weight, 7% of tackifying resin by weight, 3% of wetting agent by weight, 5% of modifier by weight, 3% of flame retardant by weight, 2% of ultraviolet absorbent by weight, 2% of antioxidant by weight and 10% of zinc oxide by weight.
5. The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein: the regenerated dehydrated biological grease is one or the combination of two of regenerated vegetable oil and regenerated animal oil.
6. The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein: the tackifying resin is one or more of alkyl phenolic resin, C5 petroleum resin, C9 petroleum resin, rosin, terpene and EVA with high VA content.
7. The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein: the elastomer is one or more of butyl rubber, brominated butyl rubber, chlorinated butyl rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and polyisoprene elastomer.
8. The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein: the modifier is one or the combination of two of ethylene oxide wax and polyphosphoric acid.
9. The weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating as claimed in claim 1, 2, 3 or 4, wherein: the flame retardant is one or a combination of more of hydrotalcite, ammonium polyphosphate, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.

A method for preparing the weather-resistant long-life waterproof anticorrosion flame-retardant integrated coating based on any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized in that: adding the elastomer, tackifying resin, fly ash, ultraviolet absorbent, antioxidant and zinc oxide into a shearing kettle in proportion, shearing and stirring until no particles exist, adding the flame retardant, modifier and wetting agent, continuously stirring until the sizing material is uniform and no particles exist, adding the regenerated dehydrated biological oil, stirring for 1 hour, and passing through a colloid mill to obtain the weather-resistant long-life waterproof, anticorrosive and flame-retardant integrated coating.
