Description

Self-leveling mortar and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to self-leveling mortar and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, cement-based self-leveling mortar has been commonly used for concrete floors of office buildings, apartments, shopping malls, schools, hospitals, factories, parking lots, ships and the like because of its advantages of high fluidity, self-leveling property, rapid construction, low labor intensity and the like. The cement-based self-leveling mortar is the third place to be arranged in the market application of the ten largest potential dry-mixed mortars and the admixtures thereof in the future. The performance of the cement-based self-leveling mortar should meet the requirements of high working performance, rapid drying, rapid hardening, shrinkage compensation, high flatness and the like, so that the self-leveling mortar becomes a product with high technical content and relatively complex technical links, and is called as the most complex product by engineering people. Generally, cement-based self-leveling mortars are based on a ternary composite system capable of forming ettringite because of the requirements of rapid hardening, high water binding capacity and low shrinkage, while ettringite formation has the properties of rapid formation speed, high water binding capacity and shrinkage compensation. However, the stability of the self-leveling mortar of the ternary composite system is difficult to control, and the problems of cracking, hollowing and the like are easy to occur in the practical application process.
The utilization of industrial solid wastes is mainly concentrated in the building material industry, and the annual consumption of a large amount of industrial solid wastes accounts for about 70 parts of the total utilization amount of the industrial solid wastes. Along with the development of infrastructure, natural resources such as river sand and the like are more and more in shortage, so that the price of the natural resources is higher and higher, and the utilization of industrial solid wastes in building materials has economic benefits and can generate larger environmental benefits and social benefits.
In the prior art, the performance (especially the stability) of the self-leveling mortar is difficult to reach the use standard; furthermore, the self-leveling mortar is prepared from natural high-quality materials, so that the cost is high. How to obtain the self-leveling mortar which has excellent performance (especially stability), lower cost and environmental protection is a difficult problem which needs to be solved urgently by the personnel in the field.
In view of the above, the present invention is particularly proposed.
