The working principle is as follows: firstly, an operator puts one end of a special-shaped shaft on a movable plate 11, inserts one end of a special-shaped pipe on a limiting column 44, then, operates a synchronous moving mechanism 2, a first air cylinder 9 is started to drive a connecting part 10 to move towards one end of the special-shaped shaft, the connecting part 10 is inserted into one end of the special-shaped shaft, simultaneously, the movable plate 11 moves synchronously along with a synchronous rod 13 to leave from the lower end of the special-shaped pipe, simultaneously, a locking assembly 47 operates to fix the special-shaped shaft between a vertical plate 42 and the connecting part 10, then, a clamping mechanism 3 operates to fix one end of the special-shaped shaft to ensure that the upper end surface of the special-shaped pipe is horizontal, then, a punching device 8 operates to punch the upper end surface of the special-shaped shaft, then, the clamping mechanism 3 operates to move, the special-shaped pipe is loosened, a rotating mechanism 4 operates to drive the connecting part 10 to rotate ninety degrees, the special-shaped pipe fitting is enabled to rotate to the next end face, then the clamping mechanism 3 is moved to operate, the special-shaped pipe fitting is fixed, the punching device 8 operates to punch the special-shaped pipe fitting again, and finally the steps are repeated to punch four end faces of the special-shaped pipe fitting.
