Abstract

In this embodiment, the ferromagnetic fixing bolt 2, the ferromagnetic fixing bolt gasket 2-1 and the ferromagnetic fixing bolt nut 2-2 are 304 stainless steel full-tooth hexagon bolts (1 bolt +3 nut +4 flat gasket) with a specification of M18 × 80 mm.

In this embodiment, the wiring tail 6 is an OT-40A copper open copper nose with an aperture phi of 14.2 mm.
During manufacturing, the strong magnetic fixing bolt 2 is sleeved into a strong magnetic fixing bolt gasket 2-1 to penetrate through a round through hole with the diameter of 19mm on the insulating connecting plate 1, the strong magnetic fixing bolt 2 is fastened on the insulating connecting plate 1 from the back by a group of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets 2-1 and strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts 2-2, and the tail end of the strong magnetic fixing bolt 2 is welded and fixed with the center of the round strong magnetic 3.
And then the bonding contact rod 4 sequentially passes through the wiring tail 6, the contact rod fixing nut 4-1 and the pressure spring 5. The contact rod fixing nut 4-1 fixes the wire tail 6 on the head of the grounding contact rod 4. The bonding contact rod 4 penetrates into another round through hole with the diameter of 19mm of the insulating connecting plate 1, and the round through hole is provided with a group of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets 2-1 and strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts 2-2 on the front side and the back side of the insulating connecting plate 1 respectively. The two groups of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets 2-1 and the strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts 2-2 are fixed with the insulating connecting plate 1 through matched hollow bolt cylinders; the hollow bolt barrel is provided with external threads, and two groups of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets 2-1 and strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts 2-2 are fixed on two sides of the insulating connecting plate 1 through threaded connection. And a fixing ring at the end part of the pressure spring 5 is fastened on a bolt cap of the bonding contact rod 4, and a fixing ring at the other end is fixed between the group of strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts 2-2 and strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets 2-1 which are positioned above the insulating connecting plate 1, so that the bonding contact rod 4 passes through the hollow bolt barrel and can smoothly shuttle in the hollow bolt barrel, and the tool is manufactured.
When the device is used, a bond wire of the electric welding machine is connected to a wiring tail 6 of the device, then the insulating connecting plate 1 of the device is taken up, the round strong magnet 3 of the strong magnet adsorption fixing part is placed on the surface of an object to be welded, and the elastic pressing bond part can be tightly attached to the surface of the object to be welded under the stretching pressure of the pressing spring 5 to form a closed loop with the welding handle wire. The device is convenient to use, simplifies operation, improves construction efficiency, ensures operation quality, prolongs the service life of the bonding connecting wire, and has strong practicability.

A special strong magnetic grounding for an electric welding machine is characterized in that the strong magnetic grounding is composed of an insulating connecting plate (1), a strong magnetic fixing bolt (2), a strong magnetic fixing bolt gasket (2-1), a strong magnetic fixing bolt nut (2-2), a round strong magnet (3), a grounding contact rod (4), a contact rod fixing nut (4-1), a pressure spring (5) and a wiring tail (6); two ends of the insulating connecting plate (1) are symmetrically provided with a circular through hole respectively;
the strong magnetic fixing bolt (2) is sleeved with a strong magnetic fixing bolt gasket (2-1) and penetrates through a circular through hole in the insulating connecting plate, the strong magnetic fixing bolt is fastened on the insulating connecting plate from the back by using a group of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets (2-1) and a strong magnetic fixing bolt nut (2-2), and the tail end of the strong magnetic fixing bolt (2) is welded and fixed with the center of the circular strong magnetic (3);
the grounding contact rod (4) sequentially penetrates through the wiring tail (6), the contact rod fixing nut (4-1) and the pressure spring (5), and the wiring tail (6) is fixed at the head of the grounding contact rod (4) by the contact rod fixing nut (4-1); the grounding contact rod (4) penetrates into the other circular through hole of the insulating connecting plate, and the front surface and the back surface of the insulating connecting plate of the circular through hole are respectively provided with a group of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets (2-1) and strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts (2-2); the two groups of strong magnetic fixing bolt gaskets (2-1) and the strong magnetic fixing bolt nuts (2-2) are fixed with the insulating connecting plate through hollow bolt cylinders; the grounding contact rod (4) passes through the hollow bolt barrel and can move in a reciprocating mode.
