Further, a movement adjusting structure is attached to the barrel 511 so that the glue application die 580 provided at the end of the barrel 511 can move toward or away from the fastener base material. Specifically, the movable adjusting structure may include a sliding seat 560 disposed at the bottom of the barrel 511 and a linear guide 570 slidably engaged with the sliding seat 560, the sliding seat 560 is connected to an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, the barrel 511 is driven by the air cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder to move back and forth relative to the linear guide 570, so that the gluing die 580 moves towards the zipper substrate and moves to a position right above the zipper substrate for glue solution coating operation, and when the gluing process is not performed, the gluing die 580 can move to one side of the zipper substrate away from the zipper substrate, so as to perform dismounting and replacement of the zipper substrate, and perform production and manufacturing of glue solution, which is more convenient to use.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the glue coating die 580 may include an upper die body 520 and a lower die body 530, the lower die body 530 is provided with a glue inlet and a buffer groove 531 communicating with the glue inlet, a lower die lip 532 is provided on a side of the lower die body 530 away from the glue inlet, the upper die body 520 is provided with an upper die lip 521 cooperating with the lower die lip 532, a glue outlet gap 540 communicating with the buffer groove 531 is configured between the upper die lip 521 and the lower die lip 532, an end of the lower die lip 532 is provided with a first positioning surface 541, an end of the upper die lip 521 is provided with a second positioning surface 542 and a circular arc convex surface 543 connected with the second positioning surface 542, the second positioning surface 542 and the first positioning surface 541 are located in the same plane, the circular arc convex surface 543 is provided on a side of the upper die lip 521 facing the glue outlet gap 540, and a contact surface of the glue coating die 580 and a zipper substrate is smooth and round by providing the circular arc convex surface 543 on the upper die lip 521, therefore, the phenomenon of scratches and wrinkles in the gluing process of the zipper base materials is effectively prevented, the gluing of the gluing die head 580 on the zipper base materials is more uniform, the flatness of the surface of the glued zipper base materials is further improved, the end portions of the upper die lip 521 and the lower die lip 532 are aligned more easily when the upper die body 520 and the lower die body 530 are installed through the arrangement of the first positioning surface 541 and the second positioning surface 542, and the installation accuracy of the gluing die head 580 is improved. The upper mold body 520 and the lower mold body 530 can be provided with heating holes 550, metal heating rods 551 are inserted into the heating holes 550, the metal heating rods 551 are connected with a heating circuit, the upper mold body 520 and the lower mold body 530 are heated through the metal heating rods 551, and then the hot melt adhesive in the buffer groove 531 is heated, so that the hot melt adhesive is ensured to have good fluidity.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the front surface of the housing 100 is provided with two limiting assemblies, each of which includes a first cylinder 140 disposed on the front surface of the housing 100, a piston rod of the first cylinder 140 is rotatably connected with a first roller 150, the first roller 150 is disposed right below the gluing die 580, and the first roller 150 is driven by the first cylinder 140 to approach or depart from the gluing die 580. In the process of producing the waterproof zipper, the distance between the first roller 150 and the gluing die head 580 in the vertical direction can be adjusted by the first cylinder 140 according to the thickness of the hot melt adhesive or the waterproof adhesive required to be coated on the waterproof substrate, and the gluing die head 580 can uniformly coat the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive with the required thickness on the surface of the zipper substrate passing through the first roller 150 under the supporting action of the first roller 150. Specifically, since the length of the produced zipper base material is limited, in order to realize continuity of film pasting and reduce down time, a plurality of zipper base materials are connected into a whole by a staple, but there is a problem that the gluing precision of the gluing die 580 is damaged due to the contact of the gluing die 580 and the staples during the process of applying the hot melt glue or the waterproof glue, for this reason, a first sensor and a second sensor for detecting the staple on the zipper base material are arranged on the machine case 100, the first sensor and the second sensor are respectively arranged at the feeding ends of the hot melt glue applying mechanism 400 and the waterproof glue applying mechanism 500 along the conveying direction of the zipper base material, the first sensor and the second sensor are electrically connected with the control electric box 200, when the first sensor or the second sensor detects the staple on the zipper base material, a signal is transmitted to the control electric box 200, the control electric box 200 controls the piston rod of the corresponding first cylinder 140 to retract, the first roller 150 provided corresponding to the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400 or the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 is made to be away from the gluing die head 580, so that the staples on the zipper substrate pass through the gap between the first roller 150 and the gluing die head 580, and it is ensured that the staples do not contact the gluing die head 580; after the portion of the zipper base material provided with the staples passes below the glue coating die head 580, the control electric box 200 controls the corresponding piston rod of the first cylinder 140 to extend out, so as to ensure that the glue coating die head 580 uniformly coats the hot melt glue or the waterproof glue on the surface of the zipper base material passing through the first roller 150 according to a certain thickness.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, an embossing assembly 700 is disposed between the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 and the traction mechanism 300, the embossing assembly 700 includes an embossing driving roller 710 and an embossing driven roller 720 disposed parallel to each other, the embossing driving roller 710 is coupled to a front surface of the cabinet 100, and the embossing driven roller 720 is coupled to a third air cylinder 730, and the third air cylinder 730 is used to adjust a gap between the embossing driven roller 720 and the embossing driving roller 710. When the waterproof zipper is produced, the distance between the embossing driven roller 720 and the embossing driving roller 710 can be adjusted through the third air cylinder 730 according to the actual thickness of the waterproof zipper, so that the zipper base material coated with the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive is pressed to form lines on the waterproof film formed by the hot melt adhesive layer and the waterproof adhesive layer under the action of the embossing driving roller 710 and the embossing driven roller 720. Before the waterproof zipper is produced, the embossing driven roller 720 can be driven away from the embossing driving wheel by the third air cylinder 730 to increase the gap between the embossing driven roller and the embossing driving wheel so as to pass the zipper base material through the gap between the embossing driven roller and the embossing driving wheel.
Further, an air gun 800 for blowing out hot air is disposed at the upper end of the front surface of the chassis 100, and an air outlet of the air gun 800 faces the feeding end of the embossing assembly 700. In the process of producing the waterproof zipper, the control electronic box 200 starts the air gun 800 to heat according to the set relevant parameters, when the temperature of the air gun 800 is heated to meet the processing requirement, the air gun switch is pressed down, so that the air outlet of the air gun 800 is close to the feeding end of the embossing assembly 700, the waterproof film structure on the zipper substrate is heated by blowing hot air, the waterproof film structure is kept in a non-solid state, and uniform grains are pressed on the waterproof film structure.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, a tape holder 900 for unwinding a PE film is disposed at an upper end of the chassis 100, the traction mechanism 300 includes a third driving roller 310 and a third driven roller 320 disposed in parallel, and a gap for pressing the PE film on a surface of the zipper substrate is disposed between the third driving roller 310 and the third driven roller 320. The third driving roller 310 and the third driven roller 320 are arranged in parallel, the third driving roller 310 is driven to rotate by a motor, so that the third driving roller 310 and the third driven roller 320 are respectively in friction fit with the upper surface and the lower surface of the zipper, and the zipper base material is driven to be conveyed along the conveying direction under the action of friction force; meanwhile, the traction mechanism 300 can also adhere the PE film which is unwound from the adhesive tape frame 900 to the zipper base material coated with the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive, the PE film can isolate the waterproof layer structure formed by combining the hot melt adhesive layer and the waterproof adhesive layer from contacting the outside, and the waterproof layer structure is prevented from being cooled and solidified, so that impurities such as dust fall on the waterproof layer structure to influence the quality of the waterproof zipper. Specifically, the third driven roller 320 is driven by the fourth air cylinder 330 to be close to or far from the third driving roller 310, and before the waterproof zipper is produced, the third driven roller 320 can be driven by the fourth air cylinder 330 to be far from the third driving roller 310, so that the gap between the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller is enlarged, and the zipper base material can pass through the gap between the third driven roller and the third driving roller; when the waterproof zipper is produced, the third driven roller 320 can be driven to be close to the third driving roller 310 through the fourth air cylinder 330, so that the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller 310 are respectively in friction fit with the upper surface and the lower surface of the zipper to realize a traction function, meanwhile, the distance between the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller 310 can be adjusted through the fourth air cylinder 330 according to the actual thickness of the waterproof zipper, and the PE film is flatly adhered to the zipper base material coated with the waterproof film structure under the rotating and pressing effect of the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller 310.
Further, in order to ensure that the PE film transferred from the tape dispenser 900 to the feeding end of the drawing mechanism 300 maintains a certain tension, so that the PE film is smoothly transferred, a first tension wheel 340 is disposed between the tape dispenser 900 and the feeding end of the drawing mechanism 300, and the surface of the PE film is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the first tension wheel 340. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, in order to ensure the flatness of the PE film fed into the drawing mechanism 300, make the smooth adhesion of PE membrane in the surface of water proof membrane structure, be provided with second link 360 on the piston rod of fourth cylinder 330, the one end that the piston rod of fourth cylinder 330 was kept away from to second link 360 is provided with the second U-shaped mouth, third driven voller 320 rotates through the second round pin axle and connects in the second U-shaped mouth, the one end that second link 360 is close to the piston rod of fourth cylinder 330 is provided with riser 370, the upper end of riser 370 is provided with third link 380, the one end that the piston rod of fourth cylinder 330 was kept away from to third link 380 is provided with the third U-shaped mouth, it is connected with fourth pinch roller 390 to rotate through the third round pin axle in the third U-shaped mouth, fourth pinch roller 390 makes the PE membrane laminate in the outer peripheral face of third driven voller 320, make the PE membrane that gets into drive mechanism 300 keep the smoothness.
As shown in fig. 9 to 11, in another embodiment of the present invention, a support roller 160 is disposed right below each glue application die 580, the support roller 160 is disposed on the front surface of the housing 100, a squeegee assembly is disposed on the right side of each support roller 160, the squeegee assembly includes a second cylinder 170 disposed on the front surface of the housing 100, a piston rod of the second cylinder 170 is connected to a squeegee member 180, and the squeegee member 180 is driven by the second cylinder 170 to move in the up-down direction. In the process of producing the waterproof zipper, the distance between the glue scraping piece 180 and the support roller 160 in the vertical direction can be adjusted by the second cylinder 170 according to the thickness of the hot melt glue or the waterproof glue to be coated on the waterproof base material, under the supporting action of the support roller 160, the glue coating die head 580 can uniformly coat the hot melt glue or the waterproof glue on the surface of the zipper base material passing through the support roller 160, and then the glue scraping piece 180 scrapes the hot melt glue or the waterproof glue coated on the surface of the zipper base material flat according to the required thickness, so that the phenomenon that the hot melt glue or the waterproof glue is not uniformly coated on the surface of the zipper base material is avoided.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a method for manufacturing a waterproof slide fastener according to an embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention includes the steps of: step A: preparing a zipper base material, and sequentially enabling one end of the zipper base material to pass through the zipper guide frame 130, the heating assembly and the traction mechanism 300, wherein the traction mechanism 300 provides power for conveying the zipper base material; and B: according to the type of the required hot melt adhesive, selecting corresponding raw materials to be put into the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400 for preparation; selecting corresponding raw materials to be put into the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 for preparation according to the type of the required waterproof adhesive; and C: the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400, the heating assembly, the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 and the traction mechanism 300 are controlled to work by controlling the electric box 200, firstly, hot melt adhesive liquid is coated on the surface of the zipper substrate by the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400, then, heat is preserved by the heating assembly, and then, waterproof adhesive liquid is coated on the hot melt adhesive liquid by the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500, so that the hot melt adhesive layer and the waterproof adhesive layer are combined to form a waterproof membrane structure; step D: the waterproof membrane structure is cut along the midline of the zipper engaging teeth so that the zipper slider can slide over the zipper to open and close the zipper. Compared with the prior art, one end of the zipper base material sequentially passes through the zipper guide frame 130, the heating assembly and the traction mechanism 300; in the process of producing the waterproof zipper, the zipper substrate is continuously conveyed under the action of the traction mechanism 300, firstly, a layer of hot melt adhesive solution is coated on the surface of the zipper substrate through the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400, and then, the hot melt adhesive solution is kept at a better temperature through the heating assembly, so that when the zipper substrate coated with the hot melt adhesive solution passes through the position below the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500, the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 uniformly coats a layer of waterproof adhesive solution on the hot melt adhesive solution to construct a flat waterproof membrane structure. Thereby make hot melt adhesive layer and waterproof adhesive layer combine to constitute waterproof membrane structure, processing technology is simple, has improved waterproof zipper's production efficiency, has reduced manufacturing cost. The preparation method does not need to compound a waterproof layer with a high melting point and a thermoplastic resin with a low melting point together in advance to obtain a composite film, then the composite film is adhered to the zipper substrate, corresponding raw materials can be selected to be respectively put into the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400 and the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 to prepare according to the type of the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive which are actually required, the applicability is wider, the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive are sequentially coated on the surface of the zipper substrate in a molten adhesive solution mode to form the waterproof zipper, the molten hot melt adhesive can permeate into the inner pores of the zipper substrate, the bonding property of the hot melt adhesive layer and the zipper substrate is improved, meanwhile, the heating assembly is used for heating, the cooling solidification speed of the hot melt adhesive is slowed down, the hot melt adhesive can completely permeate into the inner pores of the zipper substrate, the bonding property of the hot melt adhesive layer and the zipper substrate is further improved, and the adhesive force between the waterproof film structure and the zipper substrate is further improved, the waterproof effect is better, and has prolonged waterproof zip fastener's life.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, in some embodiments of the present invention, in step B, the hot melt adhesive coating mechanism 400 and the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 each comprise an adhesive supply assembly 510 for supplying an adhesive solution and an adhesive coating die 580 for coating the adhesive solution on the surface of the zipper substrate; the glue supply assembly 510 comprises a barrel 511 and an extrusion screw arranged in the barrel 511 for conveying glue, wherein one end of the barrel 511 is connected with a feeding hopper 512, and the other end is provided with a gluing die 580. The corresponding granular raw materials for preparing the hot melt adhesive or the waterproof adhesive are put into the feeding hopper 512, the raw materials are introduced into the charging barrel 511 through a feeding hole communicated with the charging barrel 511 through the bottom of the feeding hopper 512, the raw materials are heated through a heating device arranged on the outer wall of the charging barrel 511 to be changed into the hot melt adhesive liquid or the waterproof adhesive liquid in a molten state, the extrusion screw is driven to rotate through the driving motor 590, the hot melt adhesive liquid or the waterproof adhesive liquid is conveyed to the gluing die head 580, and therefore the hot melt adhesive liquid and the waterproof adhesive liquid are sequentially coated on the surface of the zipper base material to form a waterproof membrane structure. Specifically, compared with the prior art, the process comprises the steps of firstly preparing the low-melting-point thermoplastic resin into a solid hot-melt adhesive film, heating the solid hot-melt adhesive film into a molten state when the waterproof zipper is produced, and then adhering the waterproof film. The preparation method of the embodiment of the invention selects corresponding granular raw materials to be put into the charging barrel 511 for heating preparation according to the type of the required hot melt adhesive or waterproof adhesive, so that the required hot melt adhesive liquid or waterproof adhesive liquid in a molten state can be generated, and then the hot melt adhesive liquid or waterproof adhesive liquid is coated on the zipper base material, thereby simplifying the production process, simultaneously preparing a proper amount of hot melt adhesive liquid and waterproof adhesive liquid according to the actual requirement, avoiding waste and further reducing the production cost. Further, in step B, a movement regulating structure is attached to the barrel 511 so that the glue application die 580 provided at the end of the barrel 511 can move toward or away from the base material of the slide fastener. Specifically, the movable adjusting structure may include a sliding seat 560 disposed at the bottom of the barrel 511 and a linear guide 570 slidably engaged with the sliding seat 560, the sliding seat 560 is connected to an air cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, the barrel 511 is driven by the air cylinder or the hydraulic cylinder to move back and forth relative to the linear guide 570, so that the gluing die 580 moves towards the zipper substrate and moves to a position right above the zipper substrate for glue solution coating operation, and when the gluing process is not performed, the gluing die 580 can move to one side of the zipper substrate away from the zipper substrate, so as to perform dismounting and replacement of the zipper substrate, and perform production and manufacturing of glue solution, which is more convenient to use.
In some embodiments of the present invention, in step C, the heating assembly includes a heating box 610 disposed on the chassis 100, and a U-shaped heating pipe 620 is disposed in the heating box 610. In the production process, the control electrical box 200 controls the U-shaped heating tube 620 in the heating box 610 to be electrified and heated, so that the zipper base material coated with the hot melt adhesive solution is heated by the U-shaped heating tube 620 before being conveyed to the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 to be coated with the waterproof adhesive solution, the hot melt adhesive solution coated on the surface of the zipper base material is kept at a better temperature, and the waterproof adhesive solution can be uniformly coated on the hot melt adhesive to form a smooth waterproof membrane structure. Specifically, the heating box 610 is provided therein with a passage through which the base material of the zipper passes.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, in step C, two limiting assemblies are further included, each of the limiting assemblies includes a first cylinder 140 and a first roller 150 rotatably connected to a piston rod of the first cylinder 140, the first roller 150 is disposed right below the gluing die 580, and the first roller 150 is driven by the first cylinder 140 to approach or separate from the gluing die 580. In the process of producing the waterproof zipper, the distance between the first roller 150 and the gluing die head 580 in the vertical direction can be adjusted by the first cylinder 140 according to the thickness of the hot melt adhesive or the waterproof adhesive required to be coated on the waterproof substrate, and the gluing die head 580 can uniformly coat the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive with the required thickness on the surface of the zipper substrate passing through the first roller 150 under the supporting action of the first roller 150.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments of the present invention, in step C, an embossing assembly 700 is disposed between the waterproof adhesive coating mechanism 500 and the traction mechanism 300 along a conveying direction of the zipper substrate, the embossing assembly 700 includes an embossing driving roller 710 and an embossing driven roller 720 disposed parallel to each other, the embossing driving roller 710 is coupled to a front surface of the housing 100, the embossing driven roller 720 is coupled to a third air cylinder 730, and the third air cylinder 730 is used to adjust a gap between the embossing driven roller 720 and the embossing driving roller 710. When the waterproof zipper is produced, the space between the embossing driven roller 720 and the embossing driving roller 710 can be adjusted through the third air cylinder 730 according to the actual thickness of the waterproof zipper, and the lines are formed by pressing the waterproof film structure coated on the zipper base material while the zipper base material is conveyed through the matching effect of the embossing driving roller 710 and the embossing driven roller 720. Before the waterproof slide fastener is produced, the embossing driven roller 720 may be driven away from the embossing driving roller 710 by the third air cylinder 730 to increase the gap therebetween so that the fastener base material passes through the gap therebetween.
Further, in step C, an air gun 800 for blowing out hot air is further included, and an air outlet of the air gun 800 faces the feeding end of the embossing assembly 700. In the process of producing the waterproof zipper, the control electronic box 200 starts the air gun 800 to heat according to the set relevant parameters, when the temperature of the air gun 800 is heated to meet the processing requirement, the air gun switch is pressed down, so that the air outlet of the air gun 800 is close to the feeding end of the embossing assembly 700, the waterproof film structure on the zipper substrate is heated by blowing hot air, the waterproof film structure is kept in a non-solid state, and uniform grains are pressed on the waterproof film structure.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 8, further, in step C, an adhesive tape rack 900 for unwinding the PE film is disposed at the upper end of the chassis 100, before preparation, the PE film is placed on the adhesive tape rack 900, and one end of the PE film is drawn to the feeding end of the traction mechanism 300 and attached to the upper surface of the zipper base material, the traction mechanism 300 includes a third driving roller 310 and a third driven roller 320 which are disposed in parallel, and a gap for laminating the PE film on the surface of the zipper base material is disposed between the third driving roller 310 and the third driven roller 320. The third driving roller 310 and the third driven roller 320 are arranged in parallel, the third driving roller 310 is driven to rotate by a motor, so that the third driving roller 310 and the third driven roller 320 are respectively in friction fit with the upper surface and the lower surface of the zipper, and the zipper base material is driven to be conveyed along the conveying direction under the action of friction force; meanwhile, the traction mechanism 300 can also adhere the PE film which is unwound from the adhesive tape frame 900 to the zipper base material coated with the hot melt adhesive and the waterproof adhesive, the PE film can isolate the waterproof layer structure formed by combining the hot melt adhesive layer and the waterproof adhesive layer from contacting the outside, and the waterproof layer structure is prevented from being cooled and solidified, so that impurities such as dust fall on the waterproof layer structure to influence the quality of the waterproof zipper. Specifically, the third driven roller 320 is driven by the fourth air cylinder 330 to be close to or far from the third driving roller 310, and before the waterproof zipper is produced, the third driven roller 320 can be driven by the fourth air cylinder 330 to be far from the third driving roller 310, so that the gap between the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller is enlarged, and the zipper base material can pass through the gap between the third driven roller and the third driving roller; when the waterproof zipper is produced, the fourth air cylinder 330 can be used for driving the third driven roller 320 to be close to the third driving roller 310, so that the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller 310 are respectively in friction fit with the upper surface and the lower surface of the zipper to realize a traction function, and meanwhile, according to the actual thickness of the waterproof zipper, the distance between the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller 310 can be adjusted through the fourth air cylinder 330, so that the PE film is flatly adhered to the waterproof film structure subjected to embossing treatment under the rotating pressing effect of the third driven roller 320 and the third driving roller 310.
Further, in step C, in order to ensure that the PE film transferred from the tape dispenser 900 to the feeding end of the drawing mechanism 300 maintains a certain tension, so that the PE film is smoothly transferred, the first tension wheel 340 is disposed between the tape dispenser 900 and the feeding end of the drawing mechanism 300, and the surface of the PE film is attached to the outer circumferential surface of the first tension wheel 340.
